Very large apartment with sitting room with little balcony for a family of 3, master facing street, noise & siren could be heard occasionally, it was the end of our trip it did not affect our sleep at all, we were over the jetlag. Comfortable king bed, working fridge and kitchen, . Spotless clean, clean & change towels once during our 5 day stay. I originally booked another hotel a lot cheaper, but the master has staircase & bathroom downstairs. Not safe to use stairs at night. Hotel in munich is very expensive, book as early as you can to get discount. Walking distance to train station 6 min & flixbus station 20 min, 12 mins to get yourguide day trip bus stop & downtown 12 min. We only bought a group day pass for public transportation on the last day to the palace & munich residence. The location is safe & central for all our day trip from munich. I am very picky about noise, bed quality and location, sofa bed in the sitting room with door, a washing machine & hanging rack in the room with sunny balcony to dry washing if you need them the next day. Flexible check in & out with people at the front all day during business hours.

It was only One block from the train station. We enjoyed having a larger area with a washing machine after traveling for a while. The check in was great, really friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendation .

Although it was close to the train station so we didn't have to walk so far, my daughters didn't really like the location as we had to walk past lots of sports betting places , very male dominant area. Nothing happened they just felt uncomfortable

The photos accurately reflect reality. The hotel boasts a prime location, with major attractions and the train station just a short walk away. Conveniently, there are pharmacies and shops nearby as well. The room was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and more—small touches like salt, pepper, and laundry detergent were a pleasant surprise. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor drawback was the occasional noise from ambulances and police vehicles outside, though regular traffic was barely noticeable. This, of course, is not the hotel’s fault—such sounds are simply part of the city’s ambiance.

Located near central train station, daily housekeeping, basic kitchen utensils, 2 pods for clothes washer, 8 coffee pods for Nespresso, near a few grocery stores, slippers provided, courtyard/backyard area, very clean. We rented two, one bedroom apartments. Room 727 (top floor) and 623. 727 had a good view over city on NYE for all the midnight fireworks!

Turn-dial heater made finding the right temp tricky, the smell in reception area, no salt/pepper/oil in kitchen, touristy area that’s a bit shady later in evening (but we had no issues), lights could be a bit softer Room 623 had a less functional kitchen area vs 727

The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The room always smelled like fresh clean laundry, the kitchen and toilet were sparkling clean. The best part is that they so ever thoughtfully provided a basic pack at the start of the stay, that consisted of pepper and salt in small packets, sponge and dishwashing soap and a kitchen towel. It was very convenient so we bought eggs and could start cooking them even at the late night for those who arrive late and restaurants are closed. There was a washing machine with wash pods as well! They provide 2 wash pods every two days. The counter people were very helpful and kind.

- My wife and I stayed here on 2 separate occasions in early May. First in room 603 as a couple and later in room 105 when our adult daughter joined us in Munich. We highly recommend staying at the Arabest. The 2-room apartments have a good design. There is a door that closes off the main living area from the hallway so you can really have 2 separate bedrooms (our daughter used the sofa bed in the living room). - We were pleasantly surprised to get a bottle of red wine when we arrived. We were supplied 2 packets of laundry detergent, tea, coffee, and milk in little sealed containers, dishwashing supplies, and a laundry drying rack. We were very comfortable there. - We were very appreciative of the front desk which was staffed from 8 am to 10 pm. They told us where all the local grocery stores were. They warned us that grocery stores closed at 8 pm Monday through Saturday and were closed on Sundays. 8 am to 10 pm are also the hours for the front entrance. Outside of those hours, you use a side entrance. We were also able to request extra supplies like towels.

Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, good wifi, washing machine, etc. close walk to the train station which made it great for doing day trips outside of the city. Price was good value in comparison to other hotels nearby, having a kitchen to cook in is always a bonus when you’re travelling for long periods.

Bedroom needed some form of air conditioning (the hotel were doing renovations to add this to all the rooms they just weren’t finished when we arrived). Kitchen needed some proper knives and it also would’ve been nice to have a little dishwasher. Couch wasn’t super comfy but it felt like a pullout so that’s probably why. All little things though, in the end we had a comfortable stay for a reasonable price so we were happy.

We were traveling with our two teenage sons. The aparthotel had more than ample space with one bedroom, a futon bed in the dining/living room, a small kitchen stocked with plates/utensils/full fridge, and small washing machine. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The clerk assisted in providing a parking pass to a garage about 1.5 blocks away. There was also a cafe just around the corner for breakfast in the morning. The walk to Marienplatz/old town was about 10 minutes.

Bring ear plugs for sleep at night. The area had a lot of city noise (ambulances, etc) The AC worked great when it was on, but it turned off on its own during the night and had to be re-started by touching the power button on top of the thermostat.

This modern elevator apartment hotel is one block from the Munich train station, about 10 minutes walk to old town, public transportation train, tram, buses all near, it is a.great location as home base to visit Munich or other places. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room is #314, a quiet large one bedroom apartment with Balcony to enjoy outdoor dining too, full kitchen appliances and large bathroom with excellent shower pressure and water temperature, two step washing machine easy to use. This is very well run apartment hotel, extremely clean and with a convenient location, we enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to anyone to stay here too.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, close to all essential shops and restaurants. Parking is available for a reasonable fee, which is a great bonus. The staff were very helpful and promptly provided everything we requested. Most importantly, the bathroom includes a bidet, which was a much appreciated feature ☺️

The Wi-Fi was initially weak, but the team promptly addressed it by having a technician replace the router. There was some morning noise due to renovation work, including drilling, but it wasn’t a major issue as we were usually out early exploring the city. These were minor observations and not defaults, as they didn’t impact the overall quality of our stay
