It was only One block from the train station. We enjoyed having a larger area with a washing machine after traveling for a while. The check in was great, really friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendation .

Although it was close to the train station so we didn't have to walk so far, my daughters didn't really like the location as we had to walk past lots of sports betting places , very male dominant area. Nothing happened they just felt uncomfortable

The photos accurately reflect reality. The hotel boasts a prime location, with major attractions and the train station just a short walk away. Conveniently, there are pharmacies and shops nearby as well. The room was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and more—small touches like salt, pepper, and laundry detergent were a pleasant surprise. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor drawback was the occasional noise from ambulances and police vehicles outside, though regular traffic was barely noticeable. This, of course, is not the hotel’s fault—such sounds are simply part of the city’s ambiance.

Located near central train station, daily housekeeping, basic kitchen utensils, 2 pods for clothes washer, 8 coffee pods for Nespresso, near a few grocery stores, slippers provided, courtyard/backyard area, very clean. We rented two, one bedroom apartments. Room 727 (top floor) and 623. 727 had a good view over city on NYE for all the midnight fireworks!

Turn-dial heater made finding the right temp tricky, the smell in reception area, no salt/pepper/oil in kitchen, touristy area that’s a bit shady later in evening (but we had no issues), lights could be a bit softer Room 623 had a less functional kitchen area vs 727

Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, good wifi, washing machine, etc. close walk to the train station which made it great for doing day trips outside of the city. Price was good value in comparison to other hotels nearby, having a kitchen to cook in is always a bonus when you’re travelling for long periods.

Bedroom needed some form of air conditioning (the hotel were doing renovations to add this to all the rooms they just weren’t finished when we arrived). Kitchen needed some proper knives and it also would’ve been nice to have a little dishwasher. Couch wasn’t super comfy but it felt like a pullout so that’s probably why. All little things though, in the end we had a comfortable stay for a reasonable price so we were happy.

This modern elevator apartment hotel is one block from the Munich train station, about 10 minutes walk to old town, public transportation train, tram, buses all near, it is a.great location as home base to visit Munich or other places. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room is #314, a quiet large one bedroom apartment with Balcony to enjoy outdoor dining too, full kitchen appliances and large bathroom with excellent shower pressure and water temperature, two step washing machine easy to use. This is very well run apartment hotel, extremely clean and with a convenient location, we enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to anyone to stay here too.

This property was perfect for a three person stay. It was very clean, quiet and spacious. It was very nice to have two separate rooms (with doors) to offer TV watching and talking while others slept. There was a washer, but we didn't have to use it. There was a very nice balcony facing into the courtyard of the building. The bathroom was large offering a very nice shower and hot water, towel drying rack, toilet, bidet and sink. A hair dryer and shampoo/liquid soap were also available. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Location was very convenient and close to our travel plans. We would definitely stay there again!

There was nothing we didn't like!!

The apartment was quite spacious, clean and being at the front it overlooks the street. We were very lucky to be able to see the Oktoberfest march from our apartment. The receptionists were very informative and helpful. There was no problem with towels being replaced on request. The Aparthotel is located very close to Munich center, it's about a ten minute walk, and only about three minutes away from Munich Hbf, which made it very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the shower room very spacious.

The only issue was the cutlery in the kitchen. There was only two pieces of each, like forks etc. Adding extra cutlery does not break the bank and keeps people happy.

Great apartment for a family of four. The kids enjoyed the sofa bed and the parents were very comfortable in the bedroom. spacious with lots of storage

The location is great to be close to the train station and old town. there is a cafe downstairs and supermarket nearby. However it is very close to some seedy adult shops as well. We didn’t mind but might bother some people

Prior to arriving we informed the hotel we would be arriving between 7am-8am. They confirmed that they would try to check us into a room sooner based on availability. When we arrived at 7 the hotel front desk was not open. We walked around until the attendant arrived (approximately 8 am). We were able to get checked in at 10 am. Staff were nice. The room was very nice. It had an entry way where you could keep jackets and shoes. The room was very spacious and had a balcony view with a lot of natural sunlight. You can hear bells from some of the buildings, but it wasn’t too loud when windows and balcony door was closed. There was a fridge, small kitchen, dish washer and washer. We didn’t have a chance to use the washer, but there were 2 detergent pods available to use. The bathroom was spacious and had great artificial ventilation. The shower was a little challenging to get a handle on, but once we figured it out it worked well. They had hand soap, body soap and shampoo/conditioner available. It wasn’t the best quality for a person with sensitive skin but it met my husband’s needs. The bed and linens were comfortable. The location worked well for us. The property is near the Muchen Central station where we arrived by night train. This was were we went to catch the train to get around. Also we went to Oktoberfest and it was a 12 min walk to the fair grounds. We would certainly stay here again.

When receiving the acknowledgment of our arrival between 7 - 8 am I wish they would have made us aware that the hotel door for check in didn’t open until 8 am. They did have a bag check but you place your items in room with no luggage tag or camera. This was a deterrent for us to leave our bags so we used an alternate luggage check service near the main train station. Also, when we first entered our room it had a weird/bad odor, but after opening the balcony door and windows it went away. With these dislikes, it would not keep us from coming here again.

The location was great for us, right near the central train station and 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The kitchen was a bit small for 5 persons but we manged to cook. The room had a nice patio and there was enough space for all of us. Bathrooms were high standard (clean, hot water with strong power

The only main flaw was that there was no one at the front desk when we checked out even though we were told that from 8am its open (we checked out at 9 am and the lobby was locked with no representatives at the place besides the cleaners.) So we could not get our deposit back right away and only 3 weeks later we received 90% of the amount (after many messages, so was not a comfortable experience).
