The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful, just keep in mind that you have to pay a deposit for a kettle if you need to boil water (I assume you get it back afterwards but I don't know). The big selling point for me was the breakfast included in the price in the mornings which I thought was very good. I primarily chose the location of this hotel due to its proximity to Munich Hauptbahnhof but I miscalculated, leaving later than planned and only 20 minutes before my train to Zurich. It's not a great distance but loaded down with a lot of baggage and not being fully familiar with the city, I only just made my train by 2 minutes or less (it started moving while I was walking up the aisle). That's completely not the fault of the hotel, it is within walking distance of the central station of Munich but give yourself at least 40 minutes to get there comfortably without needing to rush and a safety margin if you need to correct your path (also there was a lot of construction on the way). I would recommend this hotel for location, room, price and especially the breakfast.

I didn't have any issues with my stay that negatively impacted it.

The breakfast was adequate but nothing special, however absolutely okay for the pricepoint. Nice location, close to the U-bahn and if u feel like walking not to far from the city centre (like 5 min to the old town). Nice staff. EXCELLENT kebab in the local area!

The pillows where amongst the worst I've ever slept on, flat and no structure to them (I slept with clothes underneath, then it was ok), however the bed itself where ok. Not too clean rooms, especially the shower. Not particularly good ventilation, u wanted the window open during the stay there but couldnt while sleeping cause of the trafic.

Great for main train station and getting to everywhere else. A few minutes walk and yes there’s a lift. The fact breakfast is included is brilliant and it’s a good breakfast- hot eggs/ sausage, cold meats and cheeses, fruits and yoghurts, cereal, juices, and a variety of breads (local). V g coffee. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

No air con and it was hot. Reception area/ street presence doesn’t do this great little hotel and its staff justice. Hairdryer in the room.

Good location. It comes with breakfast and it's actually quite good. Considering the price I am very surprised that it comes with breakfast. Oh and it has a mini fridge which is a good thing.

The double bed is just two single beds put together. And somehow the bed is very easy to move around so it's not really comfortable. You can still only sleep on one side or you will fall in between the beds. Wifi is not good, very slow. And the walls are very thin so if you can hear the family next door quite clearly.

Totally worth the money. Located in a perfect place (near the central station which save you so much time to go to every tourist destination). If you are not too picky in choosing a place to sleep, this hotel is perfect with a reasonable price.

I just hope that the cleaning staff should knock the door and wait for a response, rather than immediately unlock and came into the room.

We were in Munich 3 nights so 2 blocks from train was great to get anywhere we wanted. On busy street so heard sirens on and off during the night. A fan was provided. Staff wonderful. Room clean. The best part was the absolute amazing breakfast!!!

Small bathroom. Shower only. Room size adequate. Would have been nice to have something to put luggage on and not the floor. Otherwise great place for the money!! Lobby small and not inviting.

The location of the hotel was excellent as we were travelling by train it was only a 4 minute walk from the main station. We were greeted by very friendly staff at reception. The room was comfortable and clean. The best thing about this hotel was the lovely breakfast and the very helpful and friendly breakfast staff.

Everything was fine.

Helpful staff at reception. Easily changed a room at check-in because of some issue in a bathroom. Several languages are spoken. Breakfast was fine. There is no much variety, but for 1-2 nights stay it is fine.

The staff in a kitchen is very busy during a breakfast, could not warm up a lactose free milk on request. Had to mix it up with hot water. The room is quite small.

-Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. He gave me an early check-in at 12pm and upgraded my room -Room was big enough and the beds were comfortable -Walk straight for 4 minutes to the central station -24hr reception so early morning checkout wasn't an issue

-It's near the central station so the main road during the day might have some noise like sirens and honks. But at night it was fine, I slept very well

As a seasoned traveller who lived for 10 years in germany a while back it was extreemely refreshing to be greeted and talked to in a friendly modern way. German customer service in hotels is often like going to see the headmaster in school to be told off! ( and im fluent in German !!! ) Not here , so refreshing
