The breakfast was great, location superb, we also had a housekeeping accident which the hotel managed so well. The gentleman from syria serving in the breakfast area was amazing. Always so welcoming and helpful. It was very hot in munich and having a well ventilated room and AC was great.

The hotel is located very close to the train station and also to the city center. Lots of great restaurants nearby and other eating options. The room was really comfortable and roomy and the staff friendly and very helpful.

Enjoyed - offered secured parking, was a good nightly rate, very clean room. The hotel was close to many attractions on foot and close enough to train station to walk with luggage if needed. Disliked - parking was by lift, which was a bit scary and nerve wracking to navigate with a rental car I didn’t want to scuff up. The room had a strong smell to it, what some other people have described as cleaning products but to me smelled like a strong men’s cologne… opening up the window and leaving it during the day helped a ton but the moment you shut the window it came back.

The room was well appointed, albeit rather small, but as a solo traveller it was comfortable and perfect for my needs. The location is within walking distance of the metro, train station and Munich old town.

In terms of the hotel there is not anything I disliked. Unfortunately, although the hotel is situated centrally, the local population in the area is largely migrant, therefore the traditional German restaurants and atmosphere is not present in the area. When travelling I enjoy experiencing the local cuisine, customs and traditions, in this case meaning German. You do not feel that you are among typical Munich residents but a mix of Turkish, Greek, Syrian, Somalian and various other foreign nationals. On the plus side, if you need a haircut, there's a barber every 30 meters.

Disclaimer: I've managed to get the room for a bundle of discounts, and it definitely worthed that money. Very clean and organized, really fast wi-fi, the staff was very nice and helpful. For me it was a bang for a buck!

However, if you pay the full price, you might have the bar set higher, and there are several minor uncomfortable things that could annoy if you are too picky. LIke the shower door needs extra force to be opened, the bathroom lights are not very bright, the tea cup is tiny, and the toilet is unreasonably bad at flushing your byproducts. Nothing serious anyway, I personally had a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was exceptional — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, and within walking distance to most major tourist attractions. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality and willingness to help made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Very Hospitable and professional staff. From the welcome to the hotel, and the stay we had a wonderful experience. The bar in the lobby is cozy and lovely. The rooms were clean, all basic amenities were well taken care of. The cleaning crew and the hotel staff deserve a special mention as they did their part real well to keep us comfortable. The Staff attending at the bar is very caring and hospitable. For raddler lovers, the beer here is welcoming and the bar snacks even better.

Have no specific dislikes. We enjoyed our stay and will surely visit when in the city again.

Lovely big hotel with a 24hr Comcierge- helpful when my flight was delayed and I got in past midnight. My room was on the ground floor- clean and comfortable, and the water pressure was excellent. The air conditioning was working which was also good! It’s a fairly short walk to the city centre, and while the area seemed a bit unsavoury at night, it was reasonably busy in the restaurants till quite late, and so I felt safe getting back in the evenings, rather than walking down the street with no one around. The hotel was also quiet- I really enjoyed it.

The area isn’t the best, but I don’t think it’s dangerous- it’s just not on a main road. It felt fairly safe though.

Staff was super polite and friendly, and the breakfast was amazing, with a lot of options. I really liked the decoration and general space for the breakfast and bar, which serves good food and drinks until late at night, in case you don't feel like going out. The room was well illuminated and the bathroom was good. Aside from that, there is a market right in front if you need anything and the hotel is both a short walk away from the historic center and two blocks away from the main station.

At night the surroundings can be a little bit weird since the hotel is located near the station, but I had no real problems with it. But I didn't like that my room was turned to the street because I didn't feel too much like keeping the curtains open, in case there were people on the other buildings' windows. Also, I found the pillows to be a little bit uncomfortable, but nothing that annoyed me too much.

The hotel is approx. 5 minutes walk from the main station in Munich and has been recently refurbished. Good attention to detail in the room, bed was comfortable and plenty of space to work and also to charge multiple devices. There is a small fridge which is always useful. The room temperature was also good, not too hot. Breakfast is served from 6.30 which is great, and there is a really good selection of hot and cold breakfast the quality of which I would rate as much better than average. Staff were helpful and friendly, and check in and out was quick and efficient.

A very minor issue, however the soundproofing to adjacent rooms is not great. This is probably typical for the age of the building and presumably was not improved in the recent refurbishment.
