Breakfast was great (in the main hotel part) & a very good selection! Enough staff to clear tables and ensure the food was replaced when depleted. The room size was good for an inner-city hotel. Clean, well maintained. The room we had facing the inner courtyard was very quiet (on the second night - main hotel section, not the annex). Location was great. 5-minute walk from the main train station.

If you have a room on the street side, it is very noisy with the windows open. There is A/C, yet we like to have windows open in the night and the noise from the traffic below was loud and disturbed our sleep. We had a different room (courtyard facing) on the second night (in the main hotel section) which was much better.

Spacious and comfortable room (we stayed in the annex) with basic toiletries provided (shampoo, body wash, vanity kit), mini fridge, kettle and teas/instant coffee. Good housekeeping service. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety. Location was great for accessing the central train station and only a 15-20 minute walk from old town. There was a lot of construction happening in the neighborhood but hotel room was surprisingly quiet. Security seemed good since you needed hotel card to access interior doors but we were unable to get the safe to work (I’m sure staff would have helped if we had asked).

Great location, very near both train station and bus station. Easy to get to city centre. Place felt really safe, not like some of the reviews I've seen. Unsure why. Lady at check in was fabulous, and helped us with the safe when it wasn't working properly. Thank you. Also. If you're staying above the first floor, there is an Elevator, we were on the 6th floor, and elevator went all the way from ground to 2nd then all the way to the top.

Lots of building work around the district right now, but can't helped.

Location is very central. Near the train station and tram stops. The room was clean and had almost everything we needed. The decor was very artsy and lovely to see. Breakfast provided was quite good.

Everything was great when we were there. However, the vending machines only accepted coins. It would have great if it accepted payments by card. It would have also been great if an iron and the board were provided. Suggestion: During breakfast, the table which has the bread and toaster should be moved to another section of the restaurant because it takes time for the bread to toast and therefore, people who just want to take other buns and cakes have to wait quite a bit long to get to them.

I was surprised that my single room was actually quite spacious and comfortable; I just needed a hotel for one night whilst transiting through Munich. There was a large entry hall inside my hotel room and the big bathroom was off this hallway (ie the entry hall, bedroom and bathroom were all a part of my private room) so it felt like I had much more space than the usual hotel-room layout where you would just get a cramped ensuite directly off the bedroom. There were some nice touches, like the sweets on the pillow and chocolate to have with your tea or coffee. The breakfast spread was extensive and tasty, though the breaksfast buffet was very busy when I was there in the late summer.

The hotel is near the Hauptbahnhof (main station), so as is often the case with areas around large stations, the neighbourhood is not the greatest. But the trade-off is the convenience of being near the station (noting that there are huge construction works going on at the station at the moment, so there's a bit of terrain to cover with your wheely suitcase if you're walking to the hotel from the S-Bahn from the airport or from the station; try using the side exit from the station near the model railway shop, as it's closer to Paul Heyse Strasse, though I'm not sure if there's a lift).

The room was very large, as was the bathroom. The hotel had an interesting vibe, and the artwork was a real talking point. It is close to the main station and in walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff were great - friendly and knowledgeable, and were able to direct me to a late night food spot on a Sunday night.

Our room (bathroom in particular) was not very clean on arrival. This is a hotel where you most definitely want to keep your socks (and possibly shoes) on! The pillows are awful -some of the worst I have ever seen, however we did get more when we asked. Breakfast itself was decent but the dining room gets very, very crowded and noisy.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Location was very convenient just around the corner from the train station and 10 walkable minutes away from Altstadt. Great daily breakfast with many options. Room we’re so spacious, with comfortable beds and clean. Every room has their own shower, with very good pressure and extremely clean. Staff was super nice, helpful and very empathetic on our questions. They even prepared a breakfast to go for us on the last day of our stay since we were leaving too early. Hotel decor has great artworks, and are exhibited all over the place. We felt very safe in the area. In general, our stay was amazing. We’ll be back in the future! Thanks for everything! 💕

The room we had was regular. Had a desk and was fronting the street but not noisy at all. We were welcomed by Francisca I recall (Italian anyway) who was so nice and friendly. Breakfast is good with some vegan options and some vegetarian options: veggies, cereals, cheese, breads, eggs. For the location and price paid is good. We chose “the room without elevator” on booking, but the building had one so no problem with this.

Maybe just a bit more attention at breakfast for the soy milk which was spoiled. We pored over a bowl full of cereals and imagine everything went to trash as it was not eatable.

The location excellent, next to the station and close to some nice wholesome food restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was superb. Additionally, we had a problem with our connecting train and had to stay an extra night, something the hotel accommodated us very well travelling back and forth across Munich due to a communication failure on behalf of the train company. One thing is to change platform, another thing is to change the station, and on the other side of the city. But as I said, the hotel staff were more than obliging to give us our room back.

Nothing, except they ran out of pancakes on the Sunday breakfast and did not serve them the other days. My daughter was disappointed, but she will get over it, with a nice waffle in Amsterdam, which is our next stop. And, the fold out bed was a bit hard on the back.
