Modern and well located. Close to the main train station and 15min away (walking) from the historical city center, where there are lots of stores, restaurants, and touristic attractions. There is also a metro station about 1 block away. And the Breakfast was good.

We were offered to pay a small amount for a bigger and better room, which we payed, but ended up in a room exactly the same as all the others we saw upon our stay. We also asked on the first day about a late checkout and they said it would not be a problem, but on the checkout day, they suddenly came up with a late checkout fee. The location is great, but the street itself where the property is located is not very nice, very dirty, and dark at night.

The hotel was clean and fresh. Close to the train station so even that is a plus.

The receptionists needs to improve their level of service. It felt like they didn’t wanna be there and serve the customers. For example if there is a queue they need to speed up, smile and for example say thanks for your patience when it’s your turn. I also got message from Melia that I could check in online and pickup my card in the reception early in the morning. When I arrived I got information that there was no rooms ready until after 3 PM. The check in then took around 30 minutes and the process was really slow. So please update your early check in with information that the room is ready later in the day because there was no difference at all.

It has a friendly bar which gets crowded in the evenings. The location was 2 blocks away from the old town so you could get there by walking in 15-20 min. The hotel area is filled with Afghans, Pakistan, and Turkish people so there are lots of shops and restaurants where you can taste middle east foods and lots of barbershops (and I don't know why!) Also, it is 20 min walking distance from the central train station.

Our window roos was opened to the hotel's back yard and since we were on the 4th floor our view was just a yellow wall.

The hotel is within 8 - 10 minutes of walking distance from the train station on flat road, and therefore it is also near some restaurant. The room is clean and it has all the basic amenities and it is clean. The check in check out is fast. They offered welcome voucher for drinks at the bar. Very good breakfast. There is a gym in the hotel but locating it might be quite challenging, clean equipment.

Nothing to pick on, probably the size of the room is slightly smaller, and the location of the hotel might be on a slightly quiet side of the city.

About a mile from Marienplatz. Hotel is clean. Front desk staff were nice.

The kettle in the room had a lot of calcium deposits that appeared suspended in boiled water when making coffee. Need to be replaced. Upon our arrival in the room, the toilet smelled really foul - someone had just pooped in the toilet. Notified front desk and had our bathroom cleaned while we were out. The air conditioning stops working (obviously controlled remotely by hotel) while we were sleeping at night.

The hotel is well-located, around 10 minutes walk from the central station and one block from a subway station. It's not the best location for seeing Munich but we were staying one night before going to the airport, and the proximity to public transport is great. It's approx 10-25 minutes to walk to the old town centre, depending exactly where you're going. The lobby is nicely-renovated and the breakfast was excellent (different types of eggs, yoghurt, quark, fruit, toast, brezeln, coffees, teas, juices, cooked vegetables, cold meats) - it was great value and really delicious :) We also received a welcome drink on arrival and found the staff to be friendly and very professional. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had good pressure. Wifi worked well in our room.

The room felt uninviting and needed some basic updates (e.g. warmer lighting, some soft furnishings, power points on each side of the bed). It seemed that a lot was invested in updating the lobby and downstairs area, but not so much in the rooms.

Modern and pretty looking hotel, located about a 15-20 minutes walk from the city center. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. The coffee capsules and tee bags as well as the complimentary water in the room were a nice, useful touch. Breakfast various.

Slightly overpriced for a one-night stay, especially considering it's 2 km from the actual city center. The € 30 parking fee for 24 hours also felt steep, making the overall value for money less than ideal in my opinion.

The room was nice and big. The bed was comfortable and everything was pleasant. The staff at the reception desk, especially Lorenzo and Ernesto, were nice, helpful and informative.

Staff was smoking or Skyping under the window. The smoke came directly into the room. When they talked, one could hear the entire conversation. It was too warm to close the window. The cleaning staff sometimes did not replace water or clean the cups. The left the empty water bottles and dirty glasses, Some staff in the restaurant could barely understand German or English. One evening I left the restaurant to look for another place to dine. The waiter could not understand German or English.

When we got to perform the check in we discovered that our room had an hydraulic issue and our room needed to be closed, but the staff were really supportive and reallocated us to another hotel near to it, and every time we need some support they were ready to attend us providing information and support.

I would like to experiment the room of this hotel, but I understand that they had an issue on it, the important that my stay was resolved by the staff

Very central to city attractions and well mainted

We booked an extra bed for the room which was not there, the night staff guy was brilliant, we received an apology and some free drink tokens, but were told the drink tokens were not sufficient for most drinks. Hotel manager could have done better with regards to reimbursement for the inconvenience.
