The hotel and staff were great, clean and tidy, had everything we needed. The restaurant had excellent food and service, particularly at breakfast time, there was a sweet lady cooking for us and I asked her if I could order eggs and she promptly replied "I cook them for you" with a big smile! Loved her.

The location, not the fault of the hotel, was my first time in Munich and I would do better research next time, it's in a red light district.

Location not the best as lots of beggars on the street but it is close to the Old Town so very convenient (about 15 mins walk). It was very noisy on the Saturday night with guests very loud in the corridors. It was also very expensive.

We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 AM, fully aware that the standard check-in time was 2:00 PM. However, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. To our surprise and appreciation, they allowed us to check in early and access our room right away. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us, especially after a long flight, it gave us the chance to rest and recharge before exploring the city. We also checked out quite early, and once again, the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout the process. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Munich.

Although the location of the hotel is super convenient in sense of public transportation the surrounding neighborhood isn't great since many immigrants are in the area However it's good you do not have to walk far in the street but rather only up to the near station, which is not too bad

Great location, short walk to the Munich main station, tram station as well as main attractions, if you wish to take a short walk. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is also a supermarket next to the hotel so that was very useful if you need to get anything.

Nothing to complain about. Area around has many foreigners which made the area seems "dangerous" but as long as you move along the main roads, you should be fine! It did not feel that unsafe as described by some.

We booked this room for 4 nights over Christmas to have something nicer than our usual lower budget hotels! This hotel was very close to the train station which was great and an easy 20min walk into the heart of the old town. It was close to lots of public transport options. The room was clean, the beds were king singles and comfy. We loved a mini fridge, an arm chair and the little extras of hand moisturiser, free water, larger towels etc. we were very glad to have splurged a little more to have a lovely place to spend Christmas. There is a supermarket next door too!

Nothing. Breakfast is quite pricy at 24 euros but it was a substantial cooked and continental buffet.

Excellent service and staff best location.

The location was fantastic and within an 8-10 min walk to the city center. We felt safe walking at night and parking was very convenient beneath the hotel that had an elevator directly to the lobby and rooms. To our pleasant surprise, the air conditioning actually worked which was a first for us in Europe. We were concerned the street we were on would be busy and loud but we were able to shut the window and turn on the air and we did not hear street noise at all. We booked this hotel at the last minute and got a great rate. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend.

It’s a real hidden gem - we literally missed the entrance to the hotel, it was quite low key. The check in staff was very friendly and welcoming - taking time to explain the various amenities available to us. We reserved a twin room which was very clean and spacious - it was great to have the room to reorganise our luggage. We were on a main street, but the windows were double glazed and gave us a quiet night when we closed them for the evening. The restaurant and waitstaff were outstanding - very good menu options and the maître d’/ waiters were very professional. On our return visit to Munich, we weren’t able to secure a room on that date, but we made sure to re-visit the hotel’s restaurant - it was the oasis of calm in a rather dodgy (to us) area.

We initially found it difficult to find the hotel’s entrance, walking past it until someone on the street redirected us - this is not a fault of the hotel, but we observed a ‘rough’ element on our walk from the Hauptbahnhof which made us feel uneasy - this was in broad daylight. We are seasoned travellers who like to make our own arrangements - we accept that railway stations will always be a hub for a great mix of humanity - desirable or not.
