We booked this hotel because of it's proximity to the train station and the Christmas markets in city center. It is an easy two block walk to the train station entrance. There is a little nook in the lobby with a coffee machine for tea and coffee. There was plenty of room for our family of 3 to spread out.

The bed was too hard. Our room was cold. The bathroom facilities in our room were funky. But that wouldn't deter us from staying there again if we were in Munich.

The location was super handy for us, literally a few steps from the train station, which made getting around Munich and taking day trips really easy. Our room was clean and comfortable, just on the smaller and simpler side, but it worked well for our stay. The staff were friendly whenever we needed help, so overall it felt like a good and practical base for a short trip.

We stayed in Room 209 and there were a few things that could be improved. The curtains did not fully cover the window, so a lot of light came in early in the morning which made it difficult to rest properly. On our third night someone knocked twice on our window, which was unsettling as the window is large and right beside the bed, with a gap in the curtain that made the room feel exposed. I did not check who it was, but it made me feel uncomfortable. The lighting in the room was also quite dim, so brighter lights would make the space feel more welcoming

The double room was small but thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Windows were solid and soundproofing good, allowing for a quiet sleep despite busy traffic outside. A refrigerator and great air-conditioning were particularly appreciated for a hot summer visit. Housekeeping was very good. The location has good access to train station and airport bus, and is a 20 minute walk to the heart of old Munich. Very good value.

Like most neighbourhoods around train stations, the few blocks around the hotel are rather mixed, with pawn shops and sex shops alongside used phone stores and dusty convenience stores. But I never felt safety was an issue, even when returning late at night.

We stayed 3 nights from May 20 to 23, 2025. We got room 604. - Excellent location as it is a short walk from the main train station in Munich, Munchen Hbf - Good sized room, with desk and chair. - Modern decor, flooring, furniture etc - Elevator available - which we used to go up to our 6th floor room. - Complimentary tea and coffee - Next door to a cafe that opens at 7am where we had - Safe in the room where we could keep our valuables when we left the room. - Friendly and helpful front desk staff

- The A/C in room gave trouble and did not work for the first half of our stay. Fortunately the outside air temperature while we were there was cool enough so that when we opened the window, it cooled the room adequately. - The neighborhood is typical inner city with homeless, sketchy and other displaced people. However, we did not feel unsafe when walking around.

We loved this hotel's prime location right by the train station. The vibrant and lively neighborhood, while a bit noisy, added to the experience and wasn't a problem for us. Marienplatz was an easy walk away, and we also had plenty of U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations at our fingertips. The friendly reception staff made our stay even better. Our room was a comfortable size with a cozy bed, and we appreciated the thoughtful addition of tea and coffee making facilities. With abundant power plugs in the room and by the bed, it was incredibly convenient. Truly great value for money!

The in-room bathroom offers limited privacy, which is perfectly fine for couples but could be problematic if you're sharing with a non-intimate companion. Upon entering, we found some flies in the room, and one of the towels provided was stained.

Centre city is not far from the trian station, and an easy walk to Marienplatz and surrounding sites. It's full of large hotels, people, and lively activities. This hotel is clean, modern, comfortable, and a great value. There was a mini fridge, a safe, coffee/tea in the room with space for all our luggage. On our arrival, the receptionist (an older gentleman) was very helpful in directing us to a parking garage. Be prepared to spend about 30 Euros per day. The younger receptionists were not so interested in helping/answering questions.

The bathroom was modern and had a very good shower. The downside is the bathroom walls were made of glass, so when the bath lights are on, the whole hotel room is lit up.

The location is really great: Under 5 min to the station and around 5 min in the other direction to reach the Stacchus/Center City. The room had been clean and well kept, the management helpful (i.e. I wanted to store my luggage as my train departed later than check-out time which was no problem at all). I really can recommend it!

The prize for breakfast is (as it is in most German hotels) just way up over the top! Otherwise: nothing to complain, and as there are bakeries in the near vicinity it had been no problem to find less expensive places to breakfast...

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was on the small side, but it was ok. Close to the train station and main attractions. The room was fortunately not facing the street, so at least the noise from the busy area did not disturb us. Close to a Lidl supermarket, a Subway shop and many means of transportation. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is next to a strip club, so there was some night noise. The area is not very nice, as many close to train stations areas are.

The location was brilliant, 5 min walk from the train station and 15 min walk for the Marienplatz. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Hotel was very clean and tidy, staff were helpful and polite 👌

The shower/bathroom has glass "walls" - This means that despite some strategically placed frosted strips to cover your bits, you are on full show to your partner or room mate whilst having a shower or using the toilet. This also causes a problem. If needing the toilet in the middle of the night as you either try your luck in the dark or put the light on and wake everyone up. Also due to the hotels busy location it can be quite noisy with the banter of some of the local youths hanging around the street corners, and the sirens from the emergency services can wake you at any given hour....!

Clean. Close to the train station with excellent Connexion from the airport. Coffee and tea provided all day, with a grocery store (Little) very close by. Walking distance, 15 min. to Marien Platz. Clean, comfortable beds with duvets. It’s located in a busy area, but our room though at the front, was Quiet. Lots of Turkish and Arab small restaurants with excellent quality food. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the reception staff lady with roots to Tunesië and the young man. Citymap provided, umbrella for use in case of rain. There is a fridge and a safe box.

There is good lighting for reading in bed, but I found the rest of the room somewhat dark.
