Firstly, I had a very comfortable stay. I stayed with my son for five nights at your hotel. The system you have in place at check-in and check-out was very smooth. Everything I needed was in the room. The coffee machine was especially fantastic. I would have been happy if I could have had the room cleaned, though, such as towel changes and cleaning the floors. Other than that, due to its location, the price seemed a bit high. However, its central location provided a lot of convenience. We left happy.”

Central location allowed us to walk around the entire old town, get the hop on bus just 3 blocks away and catch our train at Hbf just 3 blocks away. There were 2 grocery stores across the street and many, many local restaurants and take outs.

There was some street noise which meant we closed the windows at times.

The property is nicely decorated, modern and well appointed. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The property was quiet, we only ever saw one other person in the building. The room was well soundproofed as the road is quite busy but we didn’t hear it at all. It was very easy to communicate with staff via WhatsApp (for example to request extra shampoo). We were informed via WhatsApp the room was ready early and could check in straight away. The lockers were very useful on our last day to store our bags after check out and it felt very safe leaving our belongings there. Good location near to central station, although make sure you use exit E from Hauptbahnhof, otherwise you have to cross busy roads and tram lines. We were able to walk to many of the sights and restaurants.

Nothing, it was perfect for a weekend stay in Munich.

The location is ideal for the Hauptbahnhof, and there is a Lidl directly opposite. The large room is stylish, nicely furnished, fairly well equipped. The bed is large and comfortable, the shower excellent. Communications from the company, by email and whatsapp, are very swift and friendly, and compensation was readily agreed for issues 2 and 3 below.

Four things: 1) the wording of the notice that greets you when you arrive warning you not to set off the fire alarm by cooking and therefore being liable for up to 2500 Euros - in the event, I was semi-reassured by the online team, and I cooked for myself each evening, but always with steam rather than oil, and rather nervously; 2) the fact that the TV's casting function was down *for the duration of my stay (2 weeks)*; 3) the fact that the lift was Ausser Betrieb for the last four days of my stay (on the 6th floor); 4) the apparent inability of the (in words) very responsive support team to achieve any action on the TV or the lift.

The location, close enough to the train station. The room size was good, rooms were extremely clean and excellent value for money.

I made the booking at the last minute. Did not realise that the entire check process needs to be completed on the Numa app/website and there was no staff to speak of that we inetracted with during the stay. That made the check in process cumbersome - to stand outside the doot and fill up the forms/upload the documents to get the door unlock code.

The property location was perfect as it was just walking distance from the central station, Tram stop, café, restaurants as well as the grocery store. The room was spacious, clean, with all the facilities and amenities mentioned on the website. Check in and check out process was digital and seamless.Although we did not use the kitchenette much, it had all the essentials required for cooking. The staff was very helpful, communication process was excellent. The staff provided us with extra duvet immediately when we requested.

Numa Blend was a great value for the money! Located one block from the main train station was a huge advantage for connecting to the subway and suburban trains. The WiFi, shower, and kitchen facilities were wonderful. The storage lockers were much appreciated when I arrived earlier than expected. I absolutely will stay here again if I return to Munich!

Not really a problem but the street it is on is somewhat noisy during the day. After 11PM it usually quieted down. Although furnished with a desk and a dining table, a comfortable plush chair would have been a nice addition.

I was pleased to stay at the Numa, no complaints. Comfortable, spacious and very close to the Munich Hauptbahnhof central station. Entry via the app / passcode was simple. It has automatic blinds which are fun. I'd stay here again.

The location on the street is, shall we say, busy, but I encountered no real issues. The bathroom has one of those annoying 'the floor is gonna get wet' showers and was quite slippery after the fact. Be warned. As the pictures show, it's not impossible to use the toilet when someone is in the shower, but you'd better be best friends at a minimum.

Location is everything for us - close to the Hbf and also to the old town. Bed and pillows are super comfy.

Checkin and checkout easy.

Area is a little rough for munich I thought, but not too bad.
