Before I checked introduced hotel i saw the marks and the marks were pretty badly...i tought o my god where m i going?! But for that price its more than enough you get inside...Everybody who putted bad mark on this accomodation is a crazy and selfish a little bit!

I will say nothing...becouse this location coudn't be more near to octoberfest festival that i came for...10 mins by walk..and as i say of course that its not the best hotel, but for that more than fair money (compers to others) what you expect? You have safe sleeping, heating, your bathroom....i would definitely come back there and hopefully next otcoberfest i'll be there again...ratio of money/and what you get...cant be better...best regards..

Staff were friendly and helpful. But then, we aren't complicated and didn't have high expectations.

No breakfast available on site. But this isn0t major, as there are cafes/bakeries a few blocks away. And a short walk for breakfast isn't a big deal.< No parking available, but there are parking garages nearby costing about 30 Euros per day. But if you travel by train, perfect, as it's a few hundred metres from the main train station.

Everything is good. But housekeeping lady came to time and she said I have to clean and I will go to home when you will leave. She came about 10:00am and 11:00 am. I know check out time was 11:00 am but she should not say her problem and time.

I did not like only housekeeping lady. She was show her nervous. All hotel members respect each guest. In the room we could not find fridge. Also in the hotel do not have any fridge.

The staff is friendly. Responds to any request. Check-in is fast. The room has everything you need: kettle, hairdryer, heating, towels, shampoo. A great option for a couple of days. Close to the station and central square. Restaurants and shops nearby. I don't understand why people give bad ratings. The room is quiet, warm, no one bothers you. Yes, there is a cabaret at the entrance to the hostel, but visitors to the cabaret do not in any way interfere with the rest in the room

There was a kettle in the room, but no cups or spoons. Asked for extra at the reception

The 3 staff we met at the front desk were very kind, our sink was blocked and they changed us to another room and they are also talented with languages (at least Spanish, french, English and German). It's a place close to the center of Munich very well connected with a train, bus and tram. A quiet place for staying that I would recommend.

There was a weird smell in the hall

The guy on the morning shift is a great person and very good communication with him, super attentive, I would come back again

The night shift man is very rude. He doesn't respond to greetings. That's the only bad thing about that hotel. They should replace the night shift man, and the hotel would have a better theme.

The bedroom was really comfortable and exactly what I needed before and after train rides! The location close to the train station and Sbahn is great.

The location is a bit sketchy, be careful at night if you're traveling alone. There's a lot of nightclubs and noise in the same street.

It is close to main train 🚂 station. No thrills hotel. Close to Pizza Hut & McDonald's and many restaurants. Great budget place. The most friendly and helpful manger anywhere. Stay here and save your money for other things.

I don't find fault with this place.

The reception staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. My stay was highly satisfying, and I greatly appreciate the outstanding service provided.

There was nothing about this hotel that I found unsatisfactory.

Excellent location, clean rooms and friendly stuff, those are the things which make our stay in the hotel memorable. Our first choice hotel in Munich. Value for money is definitely best thing.to Highly recommend
