The hostel is really nice, clean and good equipment. Bathroom is spacious and we all have a locker to keep our stuff safe.

Booked with a friend and got our beds at the opposite side of the room. We asked if we just could exchanged the number of the bed to be next to eachother or on the upper bed but he reffused. At the end, the others beds were not even booked so it was totally possible. Nothing dramatic but why not doing it when it something easy that can make the guest happy ? Abit silly.

Hostel was clean really close to the hbf, so I leave my stuff there in my last day and pick it up before I go to train. Stuff is so nice too but one of them yelled at me because I was about to missed my train so I run the hostel to get my stuff but it was check in time and he been have to leave his job to open door to me :( sorry again to get there late but the last train was canceled so I was have to take that last train. This is why I came there really late

I stayed in hostel part, 4 bad and the other 3 of them was snoring so I couldn’t sleep at night( I used really high volume headphones) but I think this happened when u stay in a hostel so no complaint. I would stay again because price is really good deal for München.

Very comfortable stay at Jaeger Hostel in Munich. The mattress and pillows were surprisingly comfy for a hostel, which made for a good night’s sleep. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main train station and easy access to the city’s main attractions. The 24-hour reception was a big plus, especially for late check-ins. The breakfast was another highlight: good quality, and great value for money. Everything was clean, including the shared bathroom, which was only used by our dorm room, definitely appreciated.

The only slight downside was that the bar wasn’t open during our stay. Not a major issue, just had been looking forward to the happy hour.

It was amazing! The staff were lovely, elevators working, AC in girls room and we could control it, the bathroom was kept clean and i made amazing friends there, i loved my stay and even extended it one more day with the lovely help of the staff. Breakfast buffet was totally worth it and i even got late checkout. It was great overall

Maybe fans or ac in the lobby because the heat is horrible and more washing machines because they have an amazing deal to do laundry. I had the bad luck to get the bottom bunkbed that was lower than the rest, i couldnt sit up because it was short, but just one out if the three beds was like that

I paid less than €20 for a night. The hostel was renovated, staff was nice and check in and checkout was efficient. The bed was clean. There was a bathroom to share for the 10 beds dormitory that was also renovated. Electric plug close to each bed, lockers available in the room (take your lock).

The beds were not sturdy so every time someone is moving or doing their pack up on the bed it’s impossible to sleep as it’s shaking the two beds. To shower door was not able to close so the shower room was flooded, this needs to be repaired. The AC didn’t seem to work so we just had one fan for the whole room and it was warm to sleep. Would be good to have some curtains for each bed to have some privacy when sleeping.

Stayed for a night to catch an early flight out of Munich airport. Very close to Munich HBF which is great for catching the train to the airport. The room initially was quite warm as I stayed when the evening was 25 degrees but miraculously the AC kicked in around midnight and I slept quite well after that. The front desk did inform me that I was lucky as they’ve been having issues with their AC so do bear that in mind if you are planning to stay during hot temperatures. The only issue was that the beds felt “fragile”, I’m a small woman and assigned the top bunk and I felt like I was going to break the thin ladder that led up to the bed. If you moved the bed would creak so I’m sure the person below me was not very pleased when I had to get up at 3am. For its purpose it was great, felt lucky that the AC came on though

Good location

The shower doesn’t have a fan or a shower curtain, just one of those walls that covers only half the opening, so the whole room gets soaked any time someone takes a shower. Also the laundry situation was bad. There is one washer and one dryer for the whole building. I paid 5 euro for laundry, and they didn’t have soap for me, but I went ahead and got my own, I washed my clothes but the dryer takes several hours to finish drying, so I just took mine down the street and gave my dryer token back.

The location is great as it is a 5-6 minute walk from the Central Station. The property is good for solo travellers and even for a group looking for a cheap accommodation. They even have luggage storage facility here and charge you 1€ for the lock (I’d recommend carrying your own lock and luggage storage would be free for you). They have a cafe near the reception where you can chill and have your meal as well

The staff (at least a couple of them) were very rude and didn’t really know how to smile even. Other than them, the other staff were very courteous and willing to help out any way they could

Location is perfect. Just minutes from the central station, from where you can go anywhere. Personnel was helpful. Breakfast was decent. Common area was nice but quite simple. Room was ok, concerning its size (we were 2 adults and 1 child in a 4-bed room) and beds had good mattresses. All areas were clean and tidy.

Not enough light in the room, during evening. Slow elevator. Towels for rent and not in standard room equipment (its written in their page, though, we were prepared for it). No tv, no wifi in the room, not enough amenities. An average hostel with its main advantage being its location.
