The room was spacious and clean and staff were helpful on our first night.

The room was noisy and you could hear people above and next door. The property seemed a little run down but there was renovations being completed while we were there.

Staff were friendly and helpful, never had to wait long to get breakfast as if someone wasn't present the front desk would get their attention. Liked how I had the option to not have cleaners in everyday as I like to have my own space on holiday and I try to keep my own space clean. The room was great and the available amenities were nice including the free minibar (all the drinks were great choices) which I probably should have used more but was out quite often. Breakfast was great, loved all the choices, tried to give most things a go and no complaints at all.

Wasn't sure if the garden I could see from my room was accessible, would understand if not as it's their property. Didn't realise there was free wifi. If it isn't already, having the info somewhere in the room would be helpful. A double bed sheet rather than 2 single sheets would have been nice. Wouldn't really call these complaints as they were things that if I cared enough for I would have asked anyway.

Location is great for trains/trains, we were there for Oktoberfest which is approximately 20 minutes stroll from the hotel. Room was excellent with a small balcony and all the facilities you need, the only thing I would say is that we like a few cups of coffee/tea and you dont get many little capsules of milk, not an issue you can ask at Reception or there is a Lidl at the bottom of the street for a pint of fresh milk. Good choice at breakfast. Quite a few restaurants, takeaways and bars in the area and only a short walk from the main centre (or tram if you prefer).

Nothing, perfect for what we wanted

Staff was incredible. The room was a great size, I enjoyed the two floors, a space to go if you needed some quiet time. Bathroom was a great size also. My only thing (and it's not really a negative--but just an observation. I like to unpack when I first arrive and not "live out of a suitcase". The room could easily house a small even tall skinny dresser or something to put your clothes in. downstairs --not in the bedroom are two narrow places for clothes with like 4 hangers. My partner used that, and I just piled my stuff on top of my suitcase and picked thru it. Again, not a complaint, but travelers for more than a few days like to unpack put suitcase away, be tidy...little difficult here. However, all that to say, I wasn't bothered by it and enjoyed the hotel a lot. We never made it to breakfast, but the restaurant and bar were very nice. We did go down and have cocktails one evening and the detail paid to fixing the drinks were huge with me. Well done. I would stay here again.

Only thing I didn't like was lack of storage place for clothes,....thats all. See above.

The reception staff were a-maxing! They went above and beyond every time we had a query - a special shout out to Thomas! The room was wonderful, very clean. Location was great - a stones throw away from the main train station. The free mini bar was definitely wonderful!! A great place to stay!

Just a suggestion… It would be great if hotels started to have Netflix etc capabilities on their TVs. Every Airbnb I’ve been in has this and for some it’s important. If you are from a country that doesn’t speak the local language it is difficult because there are not many options when watching the local TV.

Our room was very clean, you can see that they pay attention to cleaning properly. Breakfast was beyond any expectations, just perfect. Different variety of veggies, cheese, ham, gravlax, eggs, sausages, fruits, etc… everything very fresh and well cooked, we enjoyed it very much. Location is good for those who travel by train, it is just couple of minutes by foot from the Central station.

Design is very outdated (but you can see it on the pictures, no surprises). There was a smell in the room from the bed, I think it’s just an old bed with fake leather bedhead. Air was a bit stuffy and dry. Although location is convenient for those who travel by train, the neighborhood is somewhere you don’t want spend your time. Very unpleasant

Great hotel, exceeded our expectations. We had a room with inner garden view, nice and quite. Very good room size, amazing bed. Free minibar, re-filled every day - never had it anywhere else, that was a huge plus! Water and coffee in lobby was a nice touch. Loved the interior design - modern, but at the same time with classic touch. Nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice, especially enjoyed Bavarian sausages, fresh fruits and pretzels. Very close to the Old Town, plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Some people here complained about the neighborhood, but I think it's normal for station area. There are lots of good hotels in the area with many guests, we didn't have any problems at all. Close to Central Station and metro, but we used Uber, never waited longer than 3 min.

Breakfast was a bit pricey, but the prices in Germany are quite high, so I guess it was adequate.

Location awesome, Tram 1 min, U and S Bahn 3 min within walk distances. Hotel cozy and peaceful. You can directly up to your room from parking garage. Garage not belongs to hotel it’s common area but hotel has elevator entry in it. Foods great and employees are very helpful and customer oriented.

If you turn left after exit hotel, you may see some adult & gambling shops around. Back street not charming but right side of hotel directly goes to city center and charming places.

There is so much to like about this hotel. The location is perfect for walking to all of the main sights of downtown Munich. Parking is under the hotel, so it's a simple elevator ride from the car to the reception. An interesting thing at this hotel - the mini bar is free, and if you stay for more than a day, they refill it each day. It had 2 bottles of mineral water, 2 different bottles of beer, a coke, a sprite, an apple juice & an orange juice, plus there was a small bag of paprika chips. I never emptied all items, but whatever I used got replaced. How cool! They also had a coffee maker in the room & a pot to make tea. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is very good - there is simply nothing to be unhappy about. This was my second time at this hotel. After staying here last year, I decided to make this my hotel of choice when in Munich.

I stayed here for a stag do and shared the twin room with a friend. The room was plenty large enough for the two of us to not be in each other's pockets and it even had a small terrace to get some fresh air and listen to the sounds of the city. The rooms very clean, the bathroom huge and best of all the minibar is free and replenished everyday. The excitement of discovering two free beers early in the evening was eclipsed by then also finding a free Twix after a few sherbets later on. The location is pretty good being walkable to the cathedral in 10-15 minutes, although there is a fair amount of noise from the street below if the door is open. I would highly recommend a high floor for this hotel.

The hotel staff were mainly fine but smiles were obviously charged extra (we were a group of English gentlemen on a stag do to be fair though). The breakfast is very good with a great selection but the price is extremely high and had I not been hungover I probably wouldn't have paid it! It was 104 Euros for two of us for two nights, indeed.
