Reception staff were wonderful: friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was very good, and again the staff were welcoming and attentive. My bed was comfortable, and the hotel provided a small fan to help moderate the heat. Although it was expensive, I appreciated having a secure place to park nearby. A relatively short walk to the Hauptbahnhof, and a manageable walk to Oktoberfest in one direction and the Altstadt in another. I would stay here again.

The only thing I didn’t like which the hotel had the ability to change was the central heating. Staff were able to drop the temperature in my room 2 degrees, but even with the fan I found 19C too warm for comfort. It’s a common issue in European hotels when the calendar turns to October. Not the hotel’s fault at all, but Munich seemed to be undergoing construction everywhere , which made getting around during Oktoberfest even more of a trial than usual.

The location is perfect in the centre of Munich and literally a five minute walk from the train station. On arrival we were greeted warmly by a very nice lady who spoke perfect English and allocated our room immediately. The room itself was very spacious with large windows overlooking Munich and has excellent facilities - all in all it was a very comfortable room. Breakfast the next day was a varied buffet style selection served by 2 friendly & helpful ladies. There was also the facility to store our bags in the hotel for the day after we had checked out , again facilitated by another friendly lady on reception who spoke perfect English. All in all a perfect experience and I would really like to visit again.

It was very close to the train station and walkable to Oktoberfest. The staff serving the breakfast were all very nice. The front desk reception was so helpful. We had a situation with not wallet in a taxi and they helped us track the taxi driver down and get him to return the wallet. We also were helped with restaurant selections and getting a space to load our car when we checked out.

Hotel Prasident is conveniently located just 3 blocks from the railroad station and 3 blocks from the historic district of Munich. The area is safe but a little seedy with gambling spots and fast food around. When we saw the small door and reception desk we thought "this may not be the best place to stay". But looks are deceiving. We took the elevator to our room and it was high quality. The beds were comfortable, there was space, and everything was new and clean. I swear the water pressure in the shower was the best we experienced during six weeks travel in Europe. And the breakfast was great. Large quantity of foods, fresh bread, good coffee. One of the better breakfasts we have had. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

I would spruce up the lobby a bit to make the hotel look more attractive when people walk in.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would like to share our positive experience. The location proved to be a major highlight, with the city center, metro, bus station, and main tourist attractions all conveniently nearby. The hotel itself was clean and satisfactory, meeting our expectations. However, what pleasantly surprised us was the breakfast. It exceeded our expectations with its delightful variety and delicious options. The different choices offered made our mornings truly enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel, especially for its superb location and the delightful breakfast experience.

5 mins walk from main station so great location. Easy walking distance to main areas of Munich. Loads of shops and cafe's nearby the hotel.

Okay to walk out towards the city direction, but the other direction is a be "seedy" Too many sex shop and lap dance clubs and people hanging about the streets. Just make sure you turn Left out the hotel door and not go the Right, unless of course you are looking for that kind of thing.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, first day we left our car in the car park contracted by the hotel (14 € while the others 30 € and street parking is limited, street parking is free on only sundays), breakfast is various according to the other hotels in european countries, room we stayed is big enough, room cleaning is made up to our choise, location is very close to karlplatz and centeral places, also metro station is close, there are many markets nearby the hotel,

Neighbourhood the hotel is a little bit weird, because hotel is also located in a very busy street, the street can be some noisy during the night but this problem is possible for all hotels which are close to centeral areas. That's up to your choise

Have stayed a few times before for work and pleasure and always reliable. Good central location, a couple of minutes walk from central station and tram stops and about 10 mins walk to Marienplatz. Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast choices and a comfortable, low-key stay. Would highly recommend

Hotel was extremely convenient to the Munich Main train station, which was great because we didn't have a car for transport and hauling even wheeled suitcases for long distances is not fun. There were plenty of small restaurants and groceries right nearby, especially big selection of Miiddle Eastern eateries. Hotel room and bathroom were small but clean. Area was quiet for sleeping. Staff were very polite and helpful and spoke perfect English.

The neighborhood is a bit messy and the outside of the building is a bit dirty looking although most buildings in Munich seem to have a certain amount of air pollution/soot deposited on the outside. The view out our hotel window was not particularly scenic since it looked out on a backyard area although it was surprisingly quiet at night when we had it open for fresh air.

Great hotel. Well located, close to everywhere, close to the old city and public transportation. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The service and attitude at the reception is excellent, especially the lady who is there almost every day in the morning. The room was spacious, well heated and very comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel is of a very high standard and the personal service you get there is efficient and very kind. There is a very large selection of very high quality food. Very fresh, very tasty and never missing anything. Even the coffee that is prepared according to the guest's choice tastes better than in cafes. We will definitely return there on any future visit to Munich. Thanks!!!
