Love the modern room and all its natural light. the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch! Loved that we could walk from the main train station and also just a 12 min walk to the fairgrounds!

No negative beside the outside noise at night was a little loud but that has nothing to do with the hotel> this is what you get for a center city location!

Next to the central station and a few minutes walking to a lot of sightseeing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I could, I'd give them 1000 stars. The breakfast has very good options with vegetarian alternatives. The mattress was really comfortable and in the room there's a small fridge and air conditioning, which keeps working even if you leave the room.

The streets surrounding the hotel have quite strange people and in the evening smells like pot everywhere (not in the hotel!). I found on my bed sheet something like pubic hair, and that was kinda disgusting.

Great Location - Easy to find and close to main train station

The hotel location is very convenient, it's just 15 min walk from the Munich Hbf and very close to the city center. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Good quality breakfast with a nice selection of foods.

On the day before checkout we asked a receptionist if we could leave our luggage after checkout and pick it up a few hours later, which he confirmed being no problem at all. On the next day however when we were checking out and asked to leave our bag as the hotel, the another receptionist was hesitant if he could accept it or not, so I had to kind of insist that it was already agreed the day before. At the same time there was a couple of suitcases behind the desk already, so I'm not sure why we had to ask twice about ours.

The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and always smiling and willing to help. Very big thank you to the front desk staff who were very helpful! The hotel is located about 5 minutes from the central train station which was ideal for what we needed and around 10 minutes into Munich centre. Breakfast was good (some days there was a little less variety than others but perhaps because we arrived at a busier time on this day) - we appreciated the cereal bars and yogurt drinks which we could take away with us and the “to-go” coffee cups were also ideal! Rooms were clean and ready for our lunch time arrival - thank you!

We didn’t seem to get milk in our room with the coffee; not a problem for us as we can drink it black but some people may prefer having this milky in the morning. Rooms were on the small side; we did need to manoeuvre around doors (and each other) sometimes but I do think this was obvious from the photos so not a complaint there.

The hotel was good and comfortable. Marienplatz is a maximum 10-minute walking distance away. Markets and kiosks are easily found around the hotel. The staff was very friendly. And also the hotel was clean.

The isolation of the windows wasn't enough to sleep in the night. The hotel is located on a crowded street, and the nights are busy there. We couldn't sleep because of the noise of people from outside. We were there during Oktoberfest time; I don't know the crowd and the noise because of the festival. However, there were noisy neighborhoods. We stayed there 3 nights and literally couldn't sleep all 3 nights. I wouldn't stay there for the next time.

Very convenient location next to the main train station. Good breakfast and very polite receptionists. We stayed there for one night with a 6 year old boy.

It’s not about the hotel but the area; it’s next to casinos, live shows, etc. so extra caution should be exercised during night times. Again it’s not something the hotel staff can do but there are drunk people around until early in the morning; I’ve also experienced broken glass from beer bottles right outside the entrance.

The location is awesome, you can reach everywhere with walking. Main station is also 5 min away by walking. The all receptiontionist are great. They are willing to help you. It is good to have Coffee machine and fridge in the room. Thank you to all of them.

House keeping entered to our room even we put a sign of “please do not disturb”. He or she took all bottles and threw them all. Anyway, the reception solve the problem and give the “free of charge” waters.

Actual physical location was good, it was a short walk from Munich Hbf and to the old town and surrounds. And overall, the hotel stay was great for the money. Rooms were tidy and bathrooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was good too.

Not the hotel's fault but the district may attract unpleasant characters but irrespective I felt safe. Munich streets being littered all over the place didn't help, but again not the hotel's fault. Other thing was that the bed was not comfortable for me - I guess I have a picky back.

The breakfast was good, a typical buffet. The breakfast room is not big but there was enough tables to choose. The hotel location: best is the vicinity to the main railway station and other public transfer, and wide selection of restaurants near-by. But like in all metropolis, proximity to the railway station means also a troubled environment and some noise from the street all the night (but not badly disturbing). All the staff members very very polite and helpful.
