Great hotel with basic amenities , perfect for a long weekend or week in the beautiful city of Munich. Good location, super friendly staff and great that the bar\ restaurant is downstairs . Super central to all of old town Munich. Room was super clean and has an option to get daily cleaning but we didn't bother with that. Good selection of restaurants and coffee shops near by for late night snacks or early morning breakfast. Very close to the rail station. Has kettle and tea and coffee in the room. Check in using the big tablet outside the hotel was great for arriving late and you can use your phone to open your hotel room door and the outside doors to get in after hours. I felt very safe the whole time!

Can be slightly noisy at night and early morning, but can't really fault the hotel for external noise. Bathroom door had a big gap when closed which some with a more private disposition could struggle with. Quite warm at night as didn't want to keep windows fully open because of said street noise. Presence of a few late night clubs etc might concern some families but what we experienced felt very safe.

I only stayed for one night, but mk | hotel münchen city made a great impression. The location is super convenient — just a short walk from the main train station, which made it easy to get around the city and perfect for a short stopover. Despite being in a busy area, the room felt quiet and calm. The room itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like a comfortable bed and good lighting. The design is minimalist but stylish, which gave it a fresh, uncluttered feel. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. For a one-night stay, it ticked all the right boxes: central, comfortable, and efficient

The bed was very comfortable and in general the room was nice. Breakfast was good.

The location! Even though the location itself is good, as the hotel is located very close to the Hauptbahnhof and on walking distance from the city center, the street is very noisy and it felt very unsafe. The exact street was all the time crowded by many groups of men who were fighting or shouting at each other, ALL THE TIME! In the evenings I had to close the window in order to be able to fall asleep. Although I didn't have any unpleasant experience, I was not really feeling safe to walk along in the evenings. Also the room was not the cleanest one. The floor was not cleaned throughout the whole stay and I was there for the whole working week. Dust was in every corner even when I came.

A nice easy room to get into and within easy distance to the train station. Room has plenty of space and was well ventilated. We had plenty of room in the bathroom and were very happy with the quality of the facilities. Felt safe and comfortable, and was a perfect fit for our stay.

Nothing relevant to the hotel. Some of the local streets had some interesting characters, but nothing that would even remotely stop me from coming back here.

This hotel is located at a convenient location, just a short walk from the train station, and not too far from the historic centre. My room was spacious and comfortable, and reasonably priced. The personnel was friendly, and the restaurant area seemed nice, although I did not use it.

Although it did not bother me, the area can become a bit dodgy at night with group of men hanging on corners of the street. Perhaps not ideal for solo female travelers.

Conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Central Station, this hotel offers reasonable accommodation. The room was simply decorated but clean, and with the windows closed, the noise outside was barely noticeable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the buffet-style breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The beer and food at the restaurant on the first floor were both excellent.

Loved the room. Modern and comfy. Nice and warm too as it was quite cold and miserable out. helpful staff at reception. Gave me spot on directions to Marienplatz.

Did say on the website there was tea and coffee facilities, well i had 2 fruit tea sachets which was fine for an evening drink but really could have done with a coffee in the morning. I'm sure if i'd noticed i could have probably got one from reception but it was late. Checked out early and no-one was at reception so just left my key on the desk. I had paid on arrival so presumed it was ok to do this.

Lovely evening meal. Lovely food. Shower, separate toilet, washing facilities all goood.

The arrangement of the bed was not ideal. Noise from courtyard outside on going to sleep Movement of furniture, too much loud noise at back of hotel. Hotel room too hot for October, had to open windows, made the noise outside even louder Breakfast expensive , you could walk over the road and get a good breakfast in the cafe, for half the price

Initially thought the room was dirty as floor had some fluff and a lot of dirty marks, however to be fair the bathroom , bed and rest of room was very clean. Was only given 1 single toilet roll throughout the whole stay (even though it was only half used!) would have expected a spare. Room.advertised as tea/ coffee maker etc however there was only 3 fruit tea bags, would have expected some coffee sachets and some milk containers.

The room was large and clean with a modern bathroom, and the bed was excellent. Location was great for the train although the street is under repair.

The self-check in/out was slow and frustrating. So was the info portal. My bathroom sink didn’t drain. No light in the shower. No air-con. The wifi password is in the lift (I had to phone up).
