Very quiet, family-friendly hotel. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and very polite. Perfect location, so close to trains, Marieplatz is approx 10 minute walk away, Karlsplatz about 10 mins too. The honesty shop in the hotel was excellent. We could get all the essentials we needed for breakfast and a relaxing cuppa. Just a tip, if you'd like to order fresh bread, you need to do it before 5 pm the previous day.

The price would be the only thing I would mention. It was a little bit more expensive than you'd like for bed only but we would stay again if in the area.

Overall, everything was good. All appliances in the kitchen are high quality. Location is central enough to walk everywhere, although resembling wore of Middle East instead of Germany

They charge you 60 euro for a dog for just 1 night, and it was never mentioned before arrival (normal price you expect to pay would be 10 euro). The electric stove in the room did not work normally (even baking eggs was an issue). Cooking would be impossible. Parking is not good for minivans (used a city parking instead which is additional 40 euro per day). Kids found dust under beds.

Well-appointed apartment with plenty of supplies and layout, loved the communal area on top floor to hang out and relax, friendly and helpful staff, great communication, convenient location to train station and old town. Set the benchmark for the remainder of our 4 week, 6 city trip.

The night club below our window kept its large signage light on all night and its clientele were loud. Next time I'll ask for a room facing the inside court-yard instead.

Staff were very helpful and kind. I let them know in advance that we had an early arrival and they let us check in earlier. Which was so appreciated and helpful. Check out was at 10 am and they kept our suitcases until our later flight. The hotel is a bit old fashioned but it is very clean and the hotel room had everything we needed. It’s located close to the main train station and has lots of cafes near by and close to Oktoberfest. All in walking distance. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Lovely spacious flat. Not the newest bathroom but in good condition and a good size. Lovely comfortable beds - I slept on the sofa bed and it was perfectly comfortable. Kitchen was well provisioned and it was a relief to be able to cook for myself. I had my granddaughter and her parents staying with me and the flat was ideal. Manager runs an honesty policy on use of laundry etc which felt nice in this day and age.

Great apartment to stay in the center of Munich. We paid the hotel for parking (15euro per day) and access is via a parking lift to an underground car park (you will need to book the parking via the hotel). It was a tight fit, but the hotel checks your car size to ensure you will fit. Could walk everywhere and the apartment was very comfortable including the sofa bed. Restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance.

Would have loved a washing machine to be provided.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating overall! We ended up booking an extra day because we only left late at night and there was not really any safe way to leave luggage with the reception as it's not staffed late at night but it worked out ok.

It's mainly intended for people who have HappiMag shares so it's not the best value for money if you are paying outright. Also, the honesty cafe was not available on the upper floor due to some renovations but there were items available in the lobby area.

Location is 7 mins walk from Exit E Hauptbahnhof. The kitchenette was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. While breakfast is not provided, bread can be ordered and food can be bought from the Honesty Box. Staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.

The area is home to some strip clubs which may be uncomfortable for some but was still safe to walk in at night.

Great apartment, well equipped! Clean and comfortable. Loved the 5th floor lounge and the possibility to buy stuff that one needed/wanted. Chiara, at the reception was great!!! Thank you again!

Very noisy rooms as they were facing the street. And we had to keep the windows open, as it was hot and there was no AC.
