The room was clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast had plenty of choice. Location 10 minute walk from Marienplatz & main train station.

Unfortunately there's construction to the building next door and it was quite noisy but hopefully that should not continue much longer.

Very nice hotel, pretty room and excellent buffet breakfast. It’s close to the city centre, and the metro/tram/bus stations are within 5 minute walk, from where you can get anywhere in the city. It’s also 10 minutes walk from the main station. There are also some stores and restaurants near the hotel.

Due to environment rules, they don’t do daily housekeeping, only upon request. And that’s ok, but when we requested it, they only changed the towels - the trash was left behind.

Convenient location, in walking distance to Downtown.

I tried the breakfast once. I am living in the USA for more than forty years, that is why I was looking forward to better rolls and bread in Germany. I was disappointed. Also they could have offered boiled eggs at least. I am originally from Hamburg, Germany and I guess the food in Bavaria is not exactly the same.

The location being close to the station and transport system. Walking distance to Marienplatz, Sendling Tor and the Oktoberfest venue that had the Christmas Market.

Cleaner hoovering outside our door every morning at 07:15, Room was exceptionally hot and couldn’t turn down the radiators. Noise from next door building works but that wasn’t the hotels fault. No safe in room although a safety deposit box was available at reception

Hotel Wallis is at an perfect location near the main train station in center of Munich. Unfortunately it isn't mine favorite place at Munich but the connections are really good and just what I needed. We found it very easily, got help from the staff too and had a nice room with view of the main street and it wasn't loud at all. Room had good beds, nice toiled and it was clean, with welcome fruit basket, coffee and drinks.

There is no physical lock from the inside of the room. The doors do lock automatically when closed but I would prefer to have an lock from the inside too.

Great location, nice rooms, reasonably price. Breakfast is included if you book your stay with them directly (we booked 2 rooms via booking.com, 2 of us got free breakfast and we paid for 3 others), and is a very good value for the money even if you pay for it yourself. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed there twice this month and will stay again if / when we come back to Munich

A/C in one of the rooms was not strong enough, but in this price range it's hard to find hotels that have A/C at all

- 24/7 reception - very nice breakfast - location - 100m from Karlplatz - parking - wifi

- if you need parking place you have to ask/reserve it _before_ booking as far hotel has limited number of parking places. In this case (my case) you should leave car in underground parking but it located two blocks away. - center of city (where hotel is) is not clean

Old building and lobby, like 60s style. Breakfast was OK... the rooms were nice and modern, it was comfortable and clean. Staff was nice also. Great location! near city center and train station.

Breakfast is OK... nothing super new or fancy, but fresh. Feels like a really old hotel, but with modern rooms... I wish the wifi worked better.

It was close to the train station and close to the central downtown area. The breakfast was very good. However, the neighborhood is very questionable and construction everywhere making you feel a little unsafe. Once you’re in the hotel, it is better. There was a smell in the room that dissipated about an hour after we turned on the air… the best part was it location
