The rooms are great! Can get a little hot to be honest and might be a little small but for solo travelers or 2 people on a budget, this was beyond amazing! The reception is great and helpful, there’s amazing snacks kept in the morning. Train stations are right in front and everything is walking distance!

The guy with hoop earrings at the reception was by far the worst possible person I have met at any hotel reception (night of first day). I went up after a 16 hr journey and he’s given me SO much attitude which made me feel really unsafe and weird. I asked him if we can use our room cards to enter the premises and he said “yeah, what’s the point otherwise?”. Like dude, shut up.

Bright, cheerful & modern room, proximity to Railway Station Marienplatz, beer halls, & victuals market. Toilet separate from shower room. Very secure entry to building & rooms. Quiet rooms. Lift to all levels. Breakfast snacks provided in reception area.

Very strict about check-in time. Had to pay to store luggage. No fridge in room.

Location, price, cleanliness and modern. The beds were very comfortable too. Also had breakfast pastry snacks, and great security. A metro entrance is right outside the front door with an underground shopping area with nice places to grab a sandwich or pastry.

The room was very small for a quadruple, which we knew going in, but there was not enough room for our stuff. They can store your luggage but it isn’t free.

The room is small but functional, and everything I need is in it. You can borrow a water boiler from the reception. The people at the reception are friendly and helpful. I also like the bread every morning. There's an iPad by the side of the bed that will help you know more about the city and recommend restaurants. The bed can be adjusted to recline, but it wasn't working in my room, and it didn't matter.

There is nothing about the hotel except the outside, where you see beggars and homeless people, although they are not aggressive and won't bother you.

I liked the coffee machine in the room, the bed and shower were great, hair dryer etc. The location is perfect! You'll find grocery shops, restaurants, transport, everything very handy and central.

The water in the shower wouldn't always heat up, sometimes it did, sometimes not.... and it could have had hangers to put the bath towels and hand towel (besides the hangers for clothes) - that would help a lot. And don't count on the morning snacks for your breakfast unless you take it right after it's served, otherwise you won't find anything. Nonetheless, there are plenty places around to eat.

It is what it is, but clean and great location. 1. Clean rooms 2. Well equipped 3. Good vibe 4. Good location close to train station and food street, just opposite to the tram stop.

1. The guy (bald), receptionist can be more welcoming and less ignorant. 2. Our room was facing the street so two problems: A. Constant noise from outside can be heard. B. You can’t have a dark room at night because of the opposite building’s light. 3. It’s a modern budget hotel so rooms are very cramped, pay bit extra and take the 15m one. Still rating this 9/10 cause most of the negative reviews are beyond their scope except for the first one.

Good location with easy access to public transportation and easy walking distance to town. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. In room coffee/tea was provided, as well as "snacks" beginning at 7 a.m. which consisted of a variety of pastries and bread options. The room was quiet.

Just be prepared, the space is tiny! A good trade-off in our opinion for a relatively affordable price and good location. It would be nice to have some sort of shelf in the shower for personal products, though a soap/shampoo product was provided. The blinds did not close very well, letting light in throughout the night.

Convenient location, easy to access and check in, small but cosy room with everything I needed (including aircon!). I know some have mentioned about the small rooms but I a really loved it! It was perfect and I would definitely book again! Loved the space-saving ideas!

The massive mirrors were a bit much for me but that’s personal preference and I know it’s to make the space feel bigger. The vending machines only accepting cash or German debit card meant I couldn’t use them which sucked a bit but I managed!

Good location, good price

We couldn't control the room temperature. It was too hot and too noisy to open windows.

Modern & clean room. The room was compact but laid out with everything you need so it made no difference. Great location situated midway between the train station and the town centre making it an easy walk either way - plenty of food stores nearby. Staff were friendly, and let me check in 30mins early. I loved that I could log in to my Netflix etc on the TV (little thing but makes a big difference after staying in a lot of places recently where you couldn't). Shower was nice (and huge win does not leak or make any floor puddles 🙌. Oh and I stored my luggage in their lockers on checkout day as I had a late train - what a perfect system.
