Location was very convenient. They will give you a free drink stub you can claim anytime during your stay at the bar which is located on the floor level of the hotel. It isn’t a 24/7 reception so you need to access the hotel from the other side with the pin they will give you upon check-in. The hotel is very modern and clean. It was spacious even the bathroom! The window had a movable (sliding door) so you can opt for not seeing the outside from your room. Overall a really good hotel, would stay again as it is quite good for the price!!

The complimentary water only comes in sparkling! We wanted still. There are two lifts, the other one was quite small.

The greatest asset of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. During our short stay, everyone at the reception was exceptionally helpful and consistently warm and welcoming. A close second is the hotel’s location—perfectly situated near the metro, bus stops, and just steps from the entrance to Old Munich and all its key attractions, making it ideal for tourists like us. Just 50 meters away, there's an underground plaza with essential shops like a drugstore, pharmacy, and supermarket, as well as several dining options. Similar conveniences can also be found within a 200-meter radius above ground. The room itself was impressively spacious, including the bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. It's worth noting that the hotel is a bit older, which shows in some of the wall finishes and furniture, but this is a minor detail compared to everything else it offers. Overall, a great value for the money and highly recommended. I will definitely book again when in Munich.

If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be the pillows—they were a bit too soft for my preference.

The location is perfect, close to Karlsplatz and Marienplatz for those who wants to go shopping (also tour the old churches/buildings). The central station is 2min walk away, as well as the underground subway/bus/trams. You have supermarkets and cafe/restaurants in your surroundings, so enough food to choose from. The room is bigger than what you usually get, it's spacious enough for you to have your suitcases laying around open. I liked that we had a small table for us to sit down and eat food. The bathroom was big, the shower was excellent and liked that we could open windows. The bed was really comfy and spacious enough for 2 people.

During warm days, having windows open is not ideal since there will be noises. The aircondition makes a loud noise due to it's fan so our solution was to open window in the bathroom and keep bathroom door closed with a slight opening. Also, switch on one of the night table lamp did not work so I had to manually plug and unplug cable if I wanted to use it.

Yours Truly's location was truly top-notch. Being located so close to Marienplatz and the train station made getting anywhere in Munich a breeze. The rooms were very comfortable, cozy, and most importantly dark! Sleeping in the room was a breeze and the lack of outside noise made it easy to fall asleep without getting disturbed. There weren't any frills or anything extra that would have drove up the price. It was just perfectly comfortable furniture and a relaxing bed, with an opulent shower that made me feel like a king.

Just a personal note because I didn't experiment. Maybe include an explanation that the little green card in the slot on the wall was connected to the AC/Heat unit. I pulled it out and kept it in my wallet the whole trip. Only to find out when I shoved it back in the slot, it turned the AC on.

The location was excellent for our activities, the building felt secure and the size of the room was very generous. Our windows faced the tram lines, which ran all day and all night, but the windows were well insulated and this was not a problem for us sleeping.

I would give this hotel a higher rating except for the low lighting throughout the space, including the bathroom. There is no light directly over the sink area (especially necessary if you use contacts or makeup) and bedside lighting is extremely poor. It may sound minor, but for 3 days it was annoying.

Excellent location, near lots of transit options. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of water pressure in the bathroom. The keyless room and building entry system was handy.

The room had large windows that provided natural light during the day, but in particular, the bathroom could use more/brighter light fixtures. It was not clear if air conditioning was available or operating during our stay. Our room was not overly warm, but lowering temp setting on the control box did not seem to have much effect on room temp. Noise typical of downtown locations does not make opening the window at night a viable option to cool the room. Towel warmers appeared to be not working either. Maybe air conditioning and towel warmers only operate during particular times of the year.

Probably the friendliest hotel staff I've ever encountered (and I'm an introvert who generally doesn't like small talk). The location was perfect for everything: getting from/to the airport, next to the old town, lots of options for coffee and quick bites around. The room was of a decent size, quiet and the bed was really comfortable.

Some minor additional upkeep effort is needed (eg. we had a built-in minifridge without the accompanying furniture door, some notable limescale in the shower). No breakfast option without going outside (weird relationship with the restaurant on the ground floor?) and not even a paid vending/coffee machine on premises.

The rooms were really updated and it felt like a luxury hotel, except at an amazing price.

The staff was super attentive, we asked for items almost everyday and they quickly got them and left it outside our room. The codes on the doors were very convenient because we didn’t have to worry about losing a key. The shower was very nice, I loved how the windows opened to give some fresh air, and the location was very convenient both to the old town and the main train station. There were also a lot of close food options at the stachus passage which is right in front of the hotel, there was even a grocery store down there.

During our stay at the hotel, the staff was incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel’s location was excellent. Whenever there was an issue with the room, they assisted us as quickly as possible and never left us in a difficult situation. On the contrary, they were very hospitable. We stayed at the hotel as two women, and the area was safe and centrally located between major transportation lines. If I visit Munich again, this will definitely be my hotel of choice! The room we stayed in was spacious and bright, and despite it being winter, the heating was more than sufficient. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows weren’t quite suitable for me—however, others might not have an issue with them. There was always access to an iron and a kettle, which was very convenient. Thank you for everything, and my best regards to the hotel staff!

Fantastic location for anyone exploring central Munich - 10mins walks at most to the central station, and less than 5mins in the other direction to the old town. Fantastic room with lovely facilities .... hotel's lounge and bar were a bit less spacious but still pleasant.

Breakfast wasn't the best experience I've ever had in a city centre - the cafe aligned to the hotel is a very short walk away so that was fine but the choice of options was limited and there wasn't that much space to enjoy what we'd selected
