Very comfortable room for 2 friends sharing - especially happy ac was very good (by American standards). Location was easy for catching public transport and walking to old town. Front desk guys were super nice! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Munich.

Shower door was a bit unwieldy and would have liked separate shampoo and body soap - very happy conditioner provided. Area is what you’d expect near main train station but friend and I felt completely safe.

Not really a dislike but the area looks a bit shady but we always felt safe walking around both day and night

The room was well designed to maximize space. The scent was really nice, and that makes a big difference in how you feel about a room. It automatically felt more luxurious. There was also a minibar.

Parking was awkward and a bit of a challenge even though our car was small. It was unclear where to go and the cost was listed differently in different places. The star was a little brusque.

This hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The location near the central train station means that getting to the hotel from the airport is easy. I took the Lufthansa express bus from the airport to the central train station and the hotel was just a few minutes walk from there. I was feeling a bit lazy on the morning that I was departing the hotel and decided to take a taxi to the airport even though I knew it could cost nearly 100 euro. I asked the staff member at the front desk if he could call a taxi for me. He said he could do that but then he asked why I wouldn’t take the Lufthansa bus and he explained to me where to get the bus to the airport. He convinced me that getting the bus was easy (as well as cheaper), so I went ahead and got the Lufthansa express and saved a bunch of euros thanks to the staff member at the front desk! The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the old town. Despite the slightly sketchy location, there are some good restaurants nearby: I ate at the restaurant in the hotel Le Meriden. I also ate at the Italian at the end of the block.

The neighborhood is a little sketchy, BUT the hotel is good value (probably cheaper because of the location).

We got bumped up to a better room than I was expecting since we arrived early. The room was large including the bathroom. The tv in the room allowed for casting from your phone so Netflix was an option. The hotel was also very close to many dining and shopping places. Walkable to the city center.

The room we were in had a mini fridge that didn't work, but we didn't really need it.

Temperature control in room - it was too warm and the thermostat did not regulate properly. Had to sleep with the window open each night which was not ideal (after raising the concern twice to staff.)

Amenities were ideal. No issues.

The toilet smell like piss, while is was generally clean, it was not cleaned properly in the cracks so it smelled bad. The towels also smelled a bit weird while they were clean. The main room doors slammed to hard from automatic shutting mechanism and we're therefore very loud. Also some small bags with snacks in a basket in the room were sold for 2€ which is insane. Same with the breakfast which was for 20,5€ and was like a typical hotel breakfast buffet. Definitely not worth it.

The hotel is very conveniently located if you are in the city for a few days: it takes just 1h to get to the hotel from the airport. The ammenities are also very good with a very nice bathroom. Also, the staff was very helpful: I got to check-in early and, in the meantime, they let me leave my lugagge at the hotel.

Although the location is very good to move aorund the city and to get to the airport, the area on its own is not very nice: not many cafés, restaurants or bars around to enjoy.

Great location. Very good breakfast jina will make you feel at home. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. There are some maintenance problems in the rooms our air condition was not working well they offered us to change room with no issues. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable.

Excellent location in the center, within easy walking distance to old town, central railway station, as well as to theOctoberfest grounds. recently renovated, clean and has some nice interior design elements in the lobby and in the rooms. Staff super friendly and helpful.
