Location is close to the train station and walking distance to Karlsplatz and Marienplatz etc. Access to guest washing machines in the hotel with no cost besides that for washing power, which was available at reception, was a pleasant experience.

Convenient location; just directly opposite Munich Train Station with tram and bus stops in front of the hotel too. Walking distance to the Lufthansa express bus too if you are taking it to Munich airport. Room was comfortable and spacious, albeit a bit dusty. We could open up 2 medium sized luggages and 1 small luggage. Breakfast was good and special thanks to Gulcan, who welcomed us so warmly every morning. All the staff we met were friendly and they even took time to engage my kid like Marino and Gulcan. Thank you for making our stay a welcoming and pleasant one!

The room was very large, nice, modern and clean.

The train station was right across the street, so a big plus for convenience but there was some noise.

The location was very close to the Munich Main station.

I recently stayed at Aloft Hotel Munich for five nights with my family, and our experience was wonderful. We had connected rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent—just steps away from the main Munich station, making it very convenient for transportation and exploring the city. The staff were very professional and accommodating, and I appreciated being able to check in early. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The staff were all very good about check-in and disclosure about services and charges. The room was sizable and comfortable, with plenty of outlets for charging electronics and a very comfortable bath/shower. The location is ideal, as we arrived by public transport and found ourselves at the heart of Munich train transport, city attractions and eateries.

There was very little that could have been improved. Maybe improve the in-room coffee setup, but just steps away, North of the Munich Hbf there are numerous cafes to choose from for a breakfast.

I was thoroughly impressed with the comfort and cleanliness provided. The room was exceptionally tidy and well-maintained, which made for a very pleasant stay. One of the standout features was the working area in the room, which had plenty of space and good lighting, making it perfect for catching up on emails or getting some work done away from the office. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and warm, which helped in making my stay both relaxing and productive. I appreciated the attention to detail in the services and amenities provided. This hotel definitely stands out as a great choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for a hassle-free and comfortable experience.

The mini-fridge in my room wasn't working properly. In addition, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring major attractions and enjoying local dining and shopping. This proximity to the heart of the city was definitely a major plus. However, the immediate surroundings of the hotel left much to be desired. The area can best be described as "sketchy," with a vibe that felt somewhat unsafe, especially during the evening hours. This detracted significantly from the overall experience.

The place just across from Munich main train station, but super quiet. It’s pretty clean, however, the carpet in my room can use a little more attention or perhaps it’s just the pattern that makes it looked like a bit dusty in some spots?! The bartender knows his job well, ‘as soon as I walked up with the ice bucket, he promptly received it and delivered ice returned. The same goes for drinks vouchers, despite how busy he is’! Housekeepers and his supervisor are seemingly working hard to provide super clean room for the guests! Most of the front desks are professional, except a certain one not very helpful. Nonetheless, Sascha is the best (speaking from someone who been staying at many different hotels for work and pleasure periodically), from the moment we checked in, he’s always pleasant, professionally welcome manners, pretty knowledgeable, and super helpful to guests’ inquiries; which made our stay felt much more enjoyable.

There is room for improvement for few front desk staffs not very helpful. We were hoping to be able to do some laundry; unfortunately, the laundry room is out of order at the time!

Everything was great. From the super-friendly lady at reception who allowed us to check in half an hour early (when our train arrived) to the bartender at WXYZ to the fantastic breakfast buffet to the friendly cleaning staff. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The location was brilliant too - near the attractions we wanted to see and right on the hub of public transport (intercity rail as well as trams and U-bahn).

Honestly, nothing!

Wonderful location just bang oposite to the Munich HBF. You must exit from Platform 21 or 22. Some contruction work was going on . This property more than met our expection good big rooms, Full stock of coffee and tea, quite room.very neat and clean linens. Location was too good. Plenty of eating options around the hotel. The hop on hop off buses were also just about walking distance from the property. Day stores were round the corner. All in all a good stay and worth the money paid

Nothing at all to complain

Easy access to train, literally steps away from the hotel. Large comfortable beds and decent size room. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Hotel had an issue with loss of hot water on our second day while son was showering which was not ideal. The hotel were already onto it by the time I reported it and when we got back after our day out the hot water gas been restored. No breakfast.
