We were welcomed with a warm smile by the most friendly, lovely gentleman (Nigerian, I think?) at reception. Truly wonderful guy. I had asked to be put in a room with a bath instead of just a shower, which he more than fulfilled and he also made sure to double check with us whether we liked the room. It was a lovely room!! Also, all the other staff at breakfast were a joy and very attentive, remembering what types of hot drinks we liked to have. The hotel is also very conventiently located - a 10 minute walk from the station and close to the underground and busses. The area felt safe and we really enjoyed our stay!

First of all we love the position of the hotel, it's near the main station. The room is spacious, bathroom also. The breakfast was good. The staff are kind specially the lady who welcomed us(we forgot to ask her name😅) she speaks fluent english. I thought it would be hard for us to communicate since we don't speak in german.,but she explains clearly everything.. Thank you, we had a great time!

I could have give a perfect vote if only the room is airconditioned . They provide us with an electric fan. But unfortunately with the hot weather, it's not really comfortable. We manage to open the windows

I appreciated that the distance to the train station was 10 min away, as was the distance to the shops. The tram runs in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff who let us leave our luggage until check-in time. Classic and tasty breakfast. The hotel's location in a quiet area is perfect to rest after a long day.

The wi-fi signal is very weak in the room, I had to stay at the door or go out into the hall for it to work. Also, breakfast should be more varied and refilled when a product is missing.

Places were near by just 10 minutes walk to central station. 2 minutes walk to halal shawarmas shops 2 of them. Services and receptionist were really nice. Breakfast doesn't have much varities, but it's still worth it.

They dont offer any mini coffee station in the room. You have to ask for kettle and iron stand , and they charge for the toothbrush kit, which is 2.50 euros each, and no water bottle was provided in the room. They charged 5 euros for each water bottle.

Check in was easy, the room itself was more than we hoped for as we had a terrace overlooking a park area. The beds were comfy and a bath was great after a long day travelling. Breakfast was continental with some warm options and filled us until lunch. All staff were helpful and accommodating. Location is a 5-10 min walk from the hauptbahnhof and a 5 min walk from the metro station hackerbrucke so easy to access all attractions.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The bathroom and bed sheets were cleaned and changes every day. Good beds. The breakfast has a little choice but it was tasty. And most impostant- the location was superb. The train station was ~ 1km, the tram station was 2min walk. At the other side off street was a mall with two grosery stores. Plenty restorants around the hotel and park where Oktoberfest is held, was like 400m from the hotel. Big kids park was in front off the mall.

The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was fantastic. The breakfast menu was varied, and we had a good selection to choose from each morning. Our room was very comfortable, and the shower worked beautifully each time. The room was always tidied up efficiently by the housekeeping staff. The beds were extremely comfortable. The fan that was provided kept us cool.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

While the hotel is older, it has been renovated recently and everything is in good working order. They even have an elevator, which not all old hotels in Germany have. Their breakfast is a classic German style breakfast, and for the small hotel it is really exceptional with even some tasty home made salads provided besides the good selection of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, veggies, fruits, cereals and bacon, eggs and spreads. The location is really central with only five minutes to walk to either the nearest underground or tram station which made getting to my various appointments quite convenient after getting a week-long city ticket. Last but not least: I had a top floor room which had a rooftop outside garden/sitting area that would have been fantastic to use had it been a little later in the year and warmer.

Since the hotel is small with not many rooms, they do not take in laundry so I had to go to the city dry clean near the main railway station on Bayerstrasse (the one closer to the hotel is self service only, that‘s not helpful when you are on a business trip with work to do) which was very fast and good, but of course it cannot beat the convenience of an in-house service. Although the room was well cleaned and bedding and towels all quite freshly washed, there was quite a noticeable layer of dust on the heating radiator bottom in the bathroom and on some of the less accessible sockets and light switches in the room.

Good size room with adequate facilities - could have had tea / coffee making facilities to improve the room. Very nice breakfast and very efficient staff serving. A great location to get into the city centre - about a 20 min walk or a 5 min ride on the tram. Tram stop is just around the corner. Hotel allowed us to store our bags on check out (as we had a late evening flight) which was very helpful.
