The accommodation was good and good location.

The temperature control in the room could not be controlled. This was confirmed by staff who I asked. This is a very poor design and a waste of energy, windows had to be left open to control the temperature in the room.

Clean. Close to station. Room is spacious for family. The small kitchenette is good since many restaurants were closed on holidays. Also breakfast is included, nice staff! Recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of fresh options to start the day right. The location was very convenient—close to the metro station, which made reaching the main attractions and other parts of the city easy and hassle-free. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Our stay was mostly good, but there were a couple of drawbacks. The hotel has only one lift, which was almost always busy, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time—this was quite inconvenient Another odd aspect was the cleaning policy: housekeeping didn’t clean rooms automatically each day. Instead, we had to specifically request cleaning at reception, which felt unusual and a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the cleaning lady from Ukraine was very polite and did her job thoroughly whenever she came. Still, the rule itself seemed strange and could be improved for guest comfort.

The hotel was in a great location with good connections to the U-bahn, S-bahn and tram services. The room itself was spacious, spotless and very comfortable and the hotel breakfast was excellent and very much enjoyed each morning. The various shops in the nearby shopping centre were also handy, letting us buy snacks etc with just a 2-3 minute walk. The Pizza place on the corner was very handy when we arrived quite late that night and the Bavarian Restaurant ‘Das Bad’ close by is also well worth a visit.

Nothing. It exceeded my expectations and any time I had to speak to the hotel staff, they were always very helpful and extremely polite. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Need to pay attention to amount in invoice. Printed Booking conf. save me 50 Eur. Restaurant is overcrowded at about 10:00 breakfast time on Sunday.

The rooms were very clean and well laid out. The location was good and the breakfast quality outstanding.

There was this very rude lady staff who kept on arguing with me and when I chose to turn my back because of her rudenesss and I left the lobby and went outside she even went as far as to follow me and was shouting and provoking me to answer back claiming she was pregnant. A while later we saw her smoking outside with her colleagues. Very rude imagine I avoided confrontation and yet she followed me outside. How unprofessional. The hotel cameras could prove this that she followed me outside.

A good price-performance hotel right next to Theresienwiese. It’s where Oktoberfest takes place but the attractions are available more or less all year round, which is convinient if you travel with the family. Hotel was clean, bed and pillow comfortable. We stayed in the 40 sth square meter “appartment” room, which was fantastic. Balcony overlooked the carnival grounds, so there was a hint of noise from it, but not significant. Nice black-out curtains, nice kitchen, very nice bathroom. Next to the hotel is a parking garage, accessible also even if you have a lowered car. Spaces nice and wide, right next to the elevator leading to the reception and rooms. Price was 15 EUR per 24h, ticket can be paid up-front for more days and then you can enter/exit the garage anytime. As described, tea and coffee available all day long. Espresso was good. Great, friendly and helpfull personnel. Must say one of the overall nicest hotels I got to stay in in Munich. Will return when possible.

Breakfast quite sparse. Would appreciate some more choice, especially fruit and cereal.

went for my birthday. we really enjoyed the stay, bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed and much more. it even came with a bag of microwaveable popcorn which i thought was such a cute touch. there’s a shopping centre practically in the back garden of this hotel, the main town was very easy to reach by any of the s trains. we also went to therme erding (would absolutely recommend) which had a direct train to it also

the ventilator thing in the bathroom was broken/not working and there are no windows there, as a woman that was a little awkward! the tv has an cast feature and it didn’t work for us either but it’s only a small thing, the tv itself had channels with good movies playing

We arrived early and they gave us the room as it was ready instead of just leaving our baggage there and checking in later. that was so kind. We also left our baggage in the baggage room after check out which helped a lot. The room was just fantastic with a kitchenette that was very well equipped. One cannot make a mistake booking into this facility with such lovely staff that are so trying to help with everything. Even the cleaners greeted us so friendly. The breakfast was very well done and comprehensive. That was a nice add-on for our day. we asked for one bed and got a king size bed that was so comfortable. Absolute luxury!!

There is absolutely nothing negative to be said about our time there. They are working hard to make it comfortable and they did!!
