We booked the Hotel Senator for our last night in Munich as it is conveniently located for walking to the Munich railway station. This is a 3 star hotel and provides good value functional accommodation with a more than adequate inclusive breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was located at the rear of the building and whilst providing no view was both comfortable and quiet despite being located so close to the city centre.

We were welcomed with a warm smile by the most friendly, lovely gentleman (Nigerian, I think?) at reception. Truly wonderful guy. I had asked to be put in a room with a bath instead of just a shower, which he more than fulfilled and he also made sure to double check with us whether we liked the room. It was a lovely room!! Also, all the other staff at breakfast were a joy and very attentive, remembering what types of hot drinks we liked to have. The hotel is also very conventiently located - a 10 minute walk from the station and close to the underground and busses. The area felt safe and we really enjoyed our stay!

First of all we love the position of the hotel, it's near the main station. The room is spacious, bathroom also. The breakfast was good. The staff are kind specially the lady who welcomed us(we forgot to ask her name😅) she speaks fluent english. I thought it would be hard for us to communicate since we don't speak in german.,but she explains clearly everything.. Thank you, we had a great time!

I could have give a perfect vote if only the room is airconditioned . They provide us with an electric fan. But unfortunately with the hot weather, it's not really comfortable. We manage to open the windows

Everything was amazing! The guy at the reception is suuuuuper friendly! The lady and the guy in the breakfast saloon were also super amazing! The hotel is super clean! Is close from both train stations! It’s a very convenient place and close by bars and restaurants! I also spent one night in the hotel bar and it was very pleasant! Breakfast amazing!

There is literally nothing to not like about this hotel! For me, the best price for the best place!

The location was excellent, the staff was extremely helpful and was trying to fulfill our special needs (where it was possible). The room itself was spacious, had a bathtub and a balcony. The breakfast was very good, reach and diverse.

It would be better if they provide an additional bed to our child (6 years old). But instead we had to share a bed with them (luckily, the bed was big enough).

Beds were comfortable. Reception staff friendly and approachable. Room and bathroom clean and modern. Breakfast very good value for money. No air conditioning available. But fans are in the room. Bring some soap or shower gel.

Cleaner looked miserable. Breakfast area can be crowded, at times, people looking for a vacant dining table. The lift is dated and too slow to arrive.

I appreciated that the distance to the train station was 10 min away, as was the distance to the shops. The tram runs in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff who let us leave our luggage until check-in time. Classic and tasty breakfast. The hotel's location in a quiet area is perfect to rest after a long day.

The wi-fi signal is very weak in the room, I had to stay at the door or go out into the hall for it to work. Also, breakfast should be more varied and refilled when a product is missing.

The room was very spacious and accommodated our family very well. The staff were extremely kind and helpful with assisting us on how best to travel to different parts of the city. The balcony was private and great for fresh air. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast included with our room. Staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and sweet. I would stay here again in the future.

Places were near by just 10 minutes walk to central station. 2 minutes walk to halal shawarmas shops 2 of them. Services and receptionist were really nice. Breakfast doesn't have much varities, but it's still worth it.

They dont offer any mini coffee station in the room. You have to ask for kettle and iron stand , and they charge for the toothbrush kit, which is 2.50 euros each, and no water bottle was provided in the room. They charged 5 euros for each water bottle.

Check in was easy, the room itself was more than we hoped for as we had a terrace overlooking a park area. The beds were comfy and a bath was great after a long day travelling. Breakfast was continental with some warm options and filled us until lunch. All staff were helpful and accommodating. Location is a 5-10 min walk from the hauptbahnhof and a 5 min walk from the metro station hackerbrucke so easy to access all attractions.
