The apartment is exactly corresponding pictures and description. Super clean, bright, spacious and confortable: I like the opportunity to sit in the dining room eating something after a long day out. The kitchen is really well equipped. The sofa bed for my son easy to make up. The area is safe and nice, the hotel is about 20 minutes far from the center by tram. I raccomend this solution expecially for families.

Parhaps the parking place is a bit to expensive - round 20 euro - and the breakfast, 17 euro each also (infact we did not try and in every case was lovely to have it, a healthy one, in the apartment... A good way to control weight because we all love huge German breakfast!).

The room was spacious and equipped with enough tools for cooking and having morning coffee and the free coffee machine was definitely a big plus. The WiFi is fast and suited for business travellers and you can work in peace in the lobby. The location is slightly outside of the main tourist attractions but within walking distance to Munich central station, which is a big plus.

The bed was not that comfortable as we did not sleep well during our stay. The bathroom was clogged and water went into the bedroom, when we opened the shower hole it was filled with hair. Many of the utensils were not cleaned properly and had stains on them.

The room accomodations were good, spacious sitting area and bathroom, good shower, kitchen was fine for our needs (breakfast and simple dinners). Location is great, right off the 16/17 tram line to the train station and old town, and walking distance to the S train to the airport. We also appreciated the free coffee in the lobby. The staff was very helpful with holding our luggage the days we checked in and out.

We would have appreciated more pillows as the ones on the bed were a bit small/flat. Also a coffee machine would have been good, we did instant coffee.

As a couple on a one-week holiday in the city, we appreciated the "aparthotel" concept, with a fitted kitchenette inside the room (near the entrance door). Both room and bathroom were spacious and gave off a general feeling of cleanliness, helped by the absence of carpets. Our room was located on the back side of the building with a view on a leafy garden, and was very quiet. However, I can't say what the noise situation would be for the rooms on the front of the building, which faces a busy road and a tram line. Among the various facilities provided by the hotel we used only the laundry room, which requires the installation of a dedicated cellphone app for the payment.

The location - near the railway, west of the main station - is uninspiring, just a wide road lined mostly with modern office buildings. However, the city center can easily be reached by public transportation (or with a 30-minutes walk). In the room, the furniture was functional but not particularly stylish, more like a "university guesthouse" feeling. As part of the "aparthotel" concept, the room is cleaned only once a week. It wasn't clear to us whether towels and other toiletries could be changed/replenished free of charge on the remaining days.

The room was spacious since we booked the larger one (executive studio). Really good location since its really close to the central station and even the Munich bus stop. There's a tram stop right next to it for easy access and getting to the centre in ~15 min. They were nice enough to include some snacks and a couple of beers on the table when we walked into the roo, since it was a birthday holiday! That was sweet.

The room was a bit dull and old. Needed some re-work, paint and decor. Even though was a apart-hotel for a 4 night stay at that price, they should include some cleaning at least. Cleaning was extra. Breakfast spread was average (but there's a nice cafe at a 4 min walk). Some of the staff could be nicer as well (only one lady was the super-sweet and helpful, not the others).

It was perfect for the 5 nights we were in Munich! It’s really conveniently located near the central train station, a local train station, the central bus station, and tram services. There are supermarkets nearby, and my dad and I made full use of the kitchen in our room to cook some lovely meals when we got tired of restaurant food. The room was clean and very comfortable, and nice to come back to after a day out, or stay inside when the weather’s bad.

One of the two washing machines in the communal laundry room was down for maintenance, which made it hard to find a time when it was free to use.

The hotel is just 7 mins walk from the subway, and the tram station is just in the front of the hotel. Our apartment has everything we need, I liked the most the small table with the mirror to have my everyday make-up done, and a kitchen with all needed utensils and a separate table, where you can have your meal not far from TV. There is 24-hours reception with a coffee free of charge and automatic vending machine to buy some drinks there.

As previous visitors say, sometimes there are small stains on the wall or celling from the previous hotel visitors, but the bed sheets and the towels were perfectly clean, and it didn’t bother us much. Still I think, that it’s perfect hotel according to the location and price, and for sure we’ll stay again there.

The lady who was on the desk when we arrived was very happy and helpful (dark haired lady) she helped us with everything we needed, including providing us with an Eu to Uk plug adapter as we had forgotten ours. The free coffee from the machine downstairs is a lovely touch and the gift we received because it was my birthday was also a lovely touch. Thank you for an excellent experience.

The shower had a little mould in corners and water went everywhere when we used it. Also, a few more English channels would be great as the news got a little repetitive, but these are only minor points and can be easily sorted

I had three year old twins with me and we arrived at 9am after a night flight. The hotel let us check in to the room as soon as we arrived which was amazing as the twins - and my husband and I - really needed a nap. The staff were friendly and the room was perfect for what we needed - the bed was so comfortable.

Upon entry, it wasn’t as clean as I had hoped although my personal expectations of cleanliness are high. Also, the trip was for my husband’s 40th birthday, and this was communicated with the hotel via email after the booking, on their arrival form and in person. However, the hotel still forgot. They dropped a cake and alcohol off the day after which was nice, but the day had already passed.

It was quiet and comfortable. Kitchen well-equipped, although there isn't a coffe machine. However, there is a free coffee and tea machine available 24 hours at the reception desk. There is also an ironing set inside a cupboard! Convenient location: 15-20 minutes walking to the main train station and 30 minutes walking to the city centre. There is also a tram stop opposite the hotel, (lines 16, 17), going to the main touristic places.

Cleanliness is every three days, but if you need anything you can ask for it at the cleaners or reception desk.
