Hotel very clean. Personnel was kind. Silence. Bed and mattress very confortable. Free coffee and tea. Good position to go to city center by super efficient public transport.

All was very clean, but the dish racks of the washing machine were old and rusted. I took a fine in Munchen for having circulated with car without asking a "green tag" (UMWELTPLAKETTE) certifying that the car is low emission. I didn't properly looked for information before travelling (my fault), but I think that the hotel personnel could have informed me in advance, in particular when I asked to the person of the hotel where to park (the hotel parking was full) they gave me some suggestion but didn't mention the need to require "green tag".

Quiet accomodation close to the city center via tram and near a S-Bahn station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay enjoyable. For a short stay it's pratical and pleasant option with a great deal for those who book in advance

The stovetop didn't heat properly and there was no daily cleaning service, so it felt more like an airbnb just smaller. Although there's a coffee machine available at the reception in the afternoon, I would have appreciated having a real coffee maker in the apartment. The kettle with instant coffee wasn't quite enoug for my needs.

Excellent amenities, comfortable beds, a couch and a table and chairs to sit and eat, a kitchen so we could cook meals and make our own breakfast in our room,also excellent complementary coffee downstairs in the lounge. The location is very convenient with a tram stop right in front of the house and a supermarket only a minute away. It was also quiet even though the tram was close by. We were very happy with our apartment and would definitely stay here again.

The Citadines in Arnulfpark was a great and comfortable base for exploring Munich. The room was spacious with great amenities, a nice modern bathroom, and small kitchen space with a fridge, microwave, stove top, and dishwasher to make quick and easy meals. The location, although not in the heart of the old town, was easily accessible with the tram and S-Bahn lines or approx 25-30 min walk which was pleasant. I liked the location as it was quieter, but still close to good restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and public transport as mentioned. It’s nicely located in between the old town, but also the Schloss Nymphenburg and gardens in the other direction. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. There was one occasion where we did get trapped in the elevator for like an hour (no one’s fault!) but the staff were very good about it checking up on us and after offering us upgrades and services. The breakfast was also yummy with good sweet/savoury options available.

We were delighted that the staff gave us early check-in when we arrived after a 24 flight from Australia. We were exhausted and really needed to rest and recover. Getting that early check-in was a very generous and helpful welcome to Munich. We greatly appreciated the kitchenette facilities and the fact that there was a supermarket within 15 minutes walk so we could prepared meals in our room. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by a further day. The staff were also very helpful in arranging secure parking for our two bicycles, and selling us tickets for the public transport.

It’s clean and comfortable. With the mini kitchenette, we can prepare our own breakfast and dinner. There’s also free coffee and tea all day which is a bonus. It’s convenient to travel around by tram. The tram station is just opposite the road. There are supermarkets near the train station which is only 5 minutes ride by tram.

There’s no garbage clearing during our stay. After we cooked, we have to put the garbage inside the room for a few days. The design of the shower is not good, water might come out of the shower cubicle and made the floor all wet.

This hotel is a little far from the central station, so I suggest you take the tram to get there. The front desk staff are fluent in English, which means the commucation is good. For this work trip, we took a 2-month-old baby. The hotel provides a free baby cot. In the ground floor, you can get free coffee for 24hrs.

They don't provide housekeeping during the stay. Each room has a simple kitchen and inculdes some kitchen tools, but the knife is not sharp and the stockpot is bigger than the induction cooker. You can hear the traffic noisy from outside.

The staff were very good. They were helpful and took good care. The facilities were good. The rooms are fully equipped with a kitchen, iron and washing machine. Furnishing is good.Sleep quality was great. Tea, coffee and drinking water is available in the cafeteria. They have a luggage storage available for guests as well. Tram station is just outside the hotel, from where you can directly go to Schloss Nymphenburg, Munchen Museum, etc.. The Munich Central station is just 5-7 mins by direct tram. Overall, a great and memorable stay

The elevators to 6th floor were not available at times.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Munich. It offers excellent value for money, especially considering its central location. While it takes about 35 minutes to walk to the city center, there's a tram stop right outside the hotel. Trams run frequently and take you to the center in just 10–15 minutes, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The room was modern, well-furnished, and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that daily cleaning is not included unless you stay for six nights or more. Otherwise, you have to pay an extra fee for daily housekeeping. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking to stay in a central part of Munich without breaking the bank.

To be honest, that was one of the best stays I recently have. hotel staff was really nice and experiences, check in/out was a moment with no issues - everything was well prepared and I do not have to bother with filling too much additional papers. Room - very nice, spacey, comfortable. Airco was working as expected, big and clean bathroom. And the most comfortable bed I sleep last year I can say. Also, location for me was great as I had just one step to the office. Free coffee available Great experience!

I really do not see any bad things here. Maybe the beer in the reception fridge could be colder (If I need to say something :)
