The reception desk was staffed around the clock, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the tea and coffee equipment was a nice and helpful touch. The TV doesn't include any streaming services but it does have a screen mirroring option which was useful. The bed was comfortable, especially the pillows which weren't the usual big German type. We had enough towels, toiletries and closet space for the whole of our stay

The parking was a little expensive considering it's not directly attached to the hotel. The shower is somewhat on the smaller side. The elevator only goes up to the third floor and we stayed on the fourth, which we didn't mind but might be good to know for travelers with lots of luggage

An ideal hotel for a short stay in Munich. Although it's not located in the city center, the hotel offers all the amenities you might need. It's well-connected by public transport and about a 30-40 minute walk to the main train station for those who enjoy walking. The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on its quality. However, there are a few good restaurants nearby, and a Penny supermarket for convenience.

Everything was excellent . Tram and bus stops are virtually right outside the hotel . There are 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk . Plenty of cafes and restaurants and bars nearby . Perfect base for running Munich Marathon .

Proximity to Olympic park - 30 min flat walk. Beautiful Greek restaurant next door, along with sushi, and a couple of other eateries. Supermarket and pharmacy v close. Tram station to center 2 min walk. Big comfy bed (160mm wide), crisp sheets. Very clean. Lift facility. Extensive brekkie although no English option except for scrambled egg and spicy sausage.

Air con u/s although provided with a fan as substitute (🤔) - have a feeling that ac poor throughout hotel. Very small rooms but adequately furnished. V,v small shower room/toilet in our room. Very expensive for what it is.

Great location for concert and the Olympic park (walkable ) and trams into the city. Friendly local hotel with a nice bakery for breakfast next door.

Last stay got one of the cheaper rooms on the top floor and that was very hot. Went for a slightly more expensive room this time and was on a lower floor and much bigger/ cooler . Would recommend

The room was clean and comfortable, very cosy bed and nice shower. Great location and exceptionally quiet. Staff were very helpful, recommended restaurants in the area and happy to organise a taxi for us.

The elevator only goes to the 3rd floor, so carrying suitcases up a flight of stairs to the 4th wasn't easy. The room was small so wouldn't stay more than a night or 2.

The room was great, and the location was very well connected to the city center. The breakfast was delicious, but expensive. The hotel was overall really good looking and comfortable.

Rooms didn't have a mini fridge/bar.

Wonderful hotel with great location! Very kind staff, apartment was very clean and comfortable. Next to it are great restaurants, very good train lines so you can fastly go to city centre. Our big recommendation for this hotel! 🥰

Room was excellent (except for the shower size), breakfast was good, location was fine as we were attending a wedding in the Nymphenburg palace

Shower is a bit small, awkward to get in and out of. Did not seem to be a black tea option at breakfast but these are minor details

Very clean and quite adequate room Good quality soft sheets. Very helpful staff. Good value for money. Well situated for tram connections in and out of the city centre. Good selection of restaurants and some useful shops close by.

Bed and pillows not so comfortable for me.
