The building looks like a hotel for 1972 Olympics participants. The surrounding area is nice. Unfortunately, first I got to a wrong number. But it was most of my fault as I mixed up the room numbers on the wall, and instead of no. 13 as I would find it out afterwards, my key to my surprise and to the surprise of the landlord, opened room 12, which had been booked long term by another customer. It was a system glitch I believe. Thanks to the landlord, he came at 1am at night to help me get in my room. The room itself is wide, bright, clean. The furniture, bathroom is not old and maintained in good order. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well.

It's a great place for staying longer than one week. I lived here for two weeks for a business trip. It's a very quiet place with a nice view. The apartment I chose has windows on the west and north sides. I can see the woods and grass outside the windows when I am working at the table. The kitchen is small but good enough, and the cooking utensils and tableware are good. There are different cups for white wine, red wine, and beer. I really appreciate the environment surrounding. There is a large garden which can be seen through the north window, and I like to walk into the garden for a while after getting up, before going to sleep, after taking food, or after working an hour... There is a nice cafe and restaurant on the way to the garden, which can also be seen through the north window. It worked there for some time, good coffee, beer, and food. A Edeka supermarket is located on the west side, a few minutes walk, very convenient for buying food for cooking. A REWE supermarket is located on the south side, 5 5-minute walk. The Olympic Garden is on the west, a little far, but still within walking distance. The public transportation is very convenient. A bus line just outside Edeka, and many lines near the REWE. The most important thing is that the managers Frank and Ralph are very nice people, very helpful.

We stayed at this place for one week. The property fully met our expectations based on the photos. The host was responsive, helping us with the instructions and approving a flexible check-in. We were satisfied with the size and style of the apartment. It was clean and neat with all the necessary tools and amenities for us. I liked the quality of some furniture, which is well maintained. We were able to adjust the room temperature in winter. It was convenient to have a bath and a shower for different purposes. The location is far from the city centre, but you can easily find all the necessary transportation and stores near. We enjoyed our walks in the parks and a half-hour commuting. I will definitely recommend this place for people, who would like to feel the living area vibes in Munich 😊

There were some issues with the sink and faucet, which leaked due to the inappropriate composition, but we managed this issues. If you would like to cook in a stove, there is no such an option. Also, it was not clear, how much you should pay for dogs and parking, unless you write directly to the host. It increased the cost of accommodation, but it was bearable. It would be great to mention the price of these services before or during a booking procedure to understand the final sum 🤔

Located in a quiet area, easy self check-in, comfortable beds, fast WiFi, modern, friendly communication. Overall, a good experience.

It was generally clean, but some places hadn't been cleaned so thoroughly (toilet and the walls around it had some old stains ; wall clock had greasy fingerprints). We had soup for dinner but discovered then that there were no proper bowls or ladle to serve the soup. There were also no scissors. It would have been great to have the possibility to sort garbage, but unfortunately there was only one thrash bin.

The property is very clean, comfortable, spacious, and has most of the amenities of an actual house. Munich was the last leg of my vacation trip with my partner and after staying in hotels in various European cities, it was just lovely that we can finally stay in an accommodation that does feel like a home and since it has a kitchen my boyfriend cooked a heart dinner for our last evening in the city. We didn’t expect that one of the best highlights of our holiday together was the accommodation more than the tourist spots we visited. A totally unforgettable stay!

There was no rice cooker and washing machine (although I read in the description we may avail of the laundry service). Otherwise, all was perfect.

I really liked this one bedroom little apartment. I stayed on the ground floor. They have automatic closing blinds if you want privacy or to block the light. I had a dog with me, and this is directly next to a park where I could just step outside and walk her. Great grocery store and cafes within 100 meters. Also a bus stop right there too, which can take you all over. Two block walk to the more central road where you can take the tram anywhere. You can easily walk to Olympic Park. Inside the apartment had a small kitchenette with good equipment. Cooking meals would be a bit challenging, but doable. Parking is in the basement, which is awesome. There is access to a communal laundry room in the basement as well, although the dryers don't work well. Just plan on using the communal drying racks there in the same room. The ground floor rooms have no outside space, and I wish I would have booked a higher room, since they looked like they had balconies.

Wifi could have worked better. If you travel for business, you may want to check to see if they have improved it. Due to its proximity to both the neighborhood park and the Olympic Park (which houses the giant stadium where music concerts, like Taylor Swift, are held), you'll hear noises late into the night in the summer time, but only if you leave your windows open. Once closed, it's not a bother.

It is exceptional place with great quality and perfect location. It is sparingly clean and quiet. There is an underground parking as well. The apartment has a great view to the very nice flowering garden.

There just a few things I would improve. 1. It would be great to have a minimal set of kitchen stuff like sugar, oil, tea. We bought it so please just keep it. 2. Wi-fi is implemented quite strange way. Instead of have one roaming network there are 5 or 6 different networks with different passwords and your device jumps between the networks all the time. 3. Washing machine is on the -2 floor while the apartment has plenty of space to install it (but it might be by design)

It is extremely clean and very suitable for a family of 4. Although there is no restaurant nearby, it has all the equipment in its kitchen and there is a market that is easily accessible by walk. It is quite easy to access to your room. You will get 4 digit pass for the outside door and another pass for the key box.

You need to walk ~7 mins to tram/bus station. Streets are very quite at night. You may not see any person if you will come late.

Really convenient location with friendly and responsive staff. Nice and quiet neighbourhood with public transport, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance.

The cost of parking and bringing a pet (dog) is quite high. For my 3-day stay, I paid 45eur for parking and another 45eur for bringing a pet. Just to be clear, this information is available prior to booking, but I personally feel like it is on the higher side.
