It was bigger than I expected. The apartment had plenty of windows—about eight in total—which made it feel bright and open. The heating system was fantastic, especially the warm floors. Even though I was on the first floor, right next to a busy avenue, I couldn’t hear a thing from outside. I highly recommend this place.

There's always room for improvement, so I'll mention the only minor thing that bothered me: the cooking tools. There weren’t any wooden utensils, only metal ones, which made a really unpleasant and even slightly grating noise when used on the frying pan. That said, it’s a very minor issue.

Its nice small apartment had all the facilities which apartment had. best part is it had online check in system but the person on desk was extremely helpful he guided every for moving around the city and helped us for cab bookings, check in etc.

Google maps shows back side in location, hence cab could not easily find location. and it says its near tram station but the to get into city centre you have to walk for 900mts to catch tram. I suggest them to keep 1 manual to operate electric gas and other equipments as outside europe persons may find it difficult to use as we found it little difficult

very good location - coffee bar and supermarket 100 meters away, open from 7 am. Tram access to city center nearby, walking distance to Schwabing center and the museum area. All clean and working properly. Easy access without keys with a card you produce yourself with the code you received by email.

Telephone network access and internet through your network provider very poor - you have to approach the windows and even them is hard to connect. Apartment WIFI is working well, however you wouldn't use it for matters that need a safe connection.

The apartment is nice and clean. They provide all the necessary equipment. Check in and check out are also easy. Unfortunately, the staff is only available during working hours so it will be very difficult if there are problems or questions about the apartment. We arrived late at night, it happened that the weather in Autumn was quite cold for us from a tropical country, and we couldn't find a thermostat to control the room to make it warmer. and no one can be contacted. As a result, we were quite cold overnight, fortunately the blanket was quite warm.

The whole process for checking in was smooth and easy. The staff who assisted with the carpark issue was also swift in resolving the issue so that we can park at the lot designated (there is a additional top up required for the parking). It was also really convenient that Rewe is just below to stock up on groceries.

Location wise it is slightly away from the main shopping and attractions, however with the close proximity to the stations and a car, it was not tough to get into town easily.

Great location close to bus and tram stops and an easy wall to S-bahn. Plenty of local shops, small supermarket next door and lots more within an easy walk. Wonderful view of Olympiapark from the balcony - an easy walk from the apartment. Very helpful staff Very safe area.

I was disappointed that there was no armchair as appeared in the photos and that the only 'comfortable' chair was replaced with a hard plastic chair halfway through my 4 week stay.

Brera Service Apartments Munich was in a fantastic location with everything you need close by. The room was great. Most things you need are provided. The apartment is located in the middle of a quite street. On the end of the street is a Grocery Store & Coffee Shop/Bakery. You can catch public transportation less than 1 block away in either direction. This will take you to multiple locatIons or The U lines which will take you all over Munich and beyond.

My only drawback was if u have a long stay (which we did)...you'll need to go to the store to get your own toilet paper or shampoo/soap. Those are not refilled if you run out.

We had a very comfortable stay in this apartment. It offers a cozy kitchen with all the necessary items, plenty of space, and a well-designed, comfortable bathroom. There is ample storage, a beautiful view, and it’s conveniently located near public transport. The parking garage is excellent, making it easy to come and go. Overall, a great place to stay!

My only minor issue was the pillow, which could have been more comfortable.

Conveniently located near trams and underground. Within walking distance of historic centre and Olympic Park. Supermarket and cafe beneath the apartments. Easy process to access building. Staff very professional and friendly. Room comfortable with basic cooking facilities. Well soundproofed room and we had access to a spacious balcony (unluckily for us there was not stop rain and we could not eat outside).

We would have benefitted from having a second armchair.

It was above a supermarket which was great for getting bits & pieces liked having a balcony to sit out the apartment had everything you need for a stay

It didn’t bother me but this isn’t close to the city centre so be prepared to walk or organise yourself to use public transport I would stay here again at the drop of a hat but it wouldn’t suite everyone
