Ok, I'm going to qualify my review with the following observation; reviews are subject to the interests and needs of the reviewer. I was seven days into a week on the road for work and the initial plan was to head south to Garmisch by my old standbys were booked so I had a night to kill in Munich. Normally, I stay by the Hauptbahnhoff but the word "Ausbildung" caught my two years of Uni German inflected attention so I decided to give it a whirl. For those looking to bop about Marienplatz and the Isar, the Ausbildung is probably not for you but for those who cherish a touch of Monastiche Gemultlichkeit this place rocks! It's more functional than flash but it's warm, welcoming and within walking of some pretty nifty eateries, cafes and Willy's Biergarten just before the filling station if you're walking to the St. Theresa from the tram.

I was pleasantly surprised by Ausbildungshotel St. Theresia in München, where I stayed for business. As a training hotel, I was expecting a more basic experience, but I was impressed by the overall quality of the hotel. The hotel's location near Olympiapark was convenient and the surrounding environment was pleasant. I appreciated the little office area, which was perfect for getting some work done. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained. I liked that the room was dark in the morning, which helped me sleep in. Considering the price, which was very affordable for the region, I was impressed by the value for money.

The staff seemed a bit awkward at check-in, but this is understandable given their training status. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from the city center and the train station, which may be a drawback for some travelers.

I chose this place to be close to the Olympic Park as I had to attend a concert there. Which it is, although since the Park is a bit confusing to get your way around in the night and in the heavy rain, I still needed to get a taxi to get back after the concert. AS wifi in Park was down. But it is walkable to Park from the place.

There is nothing around, except the express cafe of REWE at the petrol station, so that was the only place to could go to in the morning to get a coffee and croissant. But public transport is close so the centre of munich is reachable quickly too.

We liked the location and its proximity to the trams. Very friendly staff, especially Rajmonda, who was so patient in explaining many things to us and helping us get about town. We could walk to a local service station that sold many things, like a mini=mart, and had an ATM. We could also walk to a beautiful, traditional restaurant with a beer garden.

Our room did not have any tea making facilities or a fridge, so we couldn't have a cup of tea or coffee or store cold water.

The hotel, while a little outside the city and near Olympia Park, is easy to get to on public transport. The tram stop is a couple of minutes away and takes you in to the city in a few minutes. Check in was quick and pleasant, even though I was a little early. The room itself, on the 8th floor, was not the largest room ever, but had more than enough space and comfort.

The cleaner was being a little too efficient, and was looking to clean the room before I left in the morning - from 9am. She was happy to come back later in the morning after I had left, so it was all fine.

I liked the room, it looked clean and tidy. Also the lady at the reception was super nice (the lady with the glasses). I’d like to thank her for the kindness. Also it is 10 min walk to the subway so it is not bad.

I think a kettle is necessary. There isn’t a lobby area really, at least nobody was there when I arrived. So it would be really nice to have coffee in the room. However my biggest problem was the cleaning lady walked into the room at 9 am. It was extremely disturbing.

Nice environment, friendly and accommodating staff. Receptionist is very nice, including the cleaning ladies. The room is cozy and clean. Bathroom is spacious and has a nice design, the beds are very comfortable. We also loved our view on the Olympiaturm and a small part of the Olympiastadium. The hotel is near the underground station and surrounded by a quiet neighbourhood that offers a good rest. It was an enjoyable stay and we would love to come back!

The room is huge, comfortable and neat. Moreover, the hotel provides various facilities that really facilitate traveler's life such as abundant sockets and a vast table helpful for the writer and people who need to do document work on the computer. I met a very nice receptionist. She provided me with a lot of useful info regarding traveling in Munich.

The hotel should improve its Internet network. It was broken many times in a short period.

Modern, clean, absolute new hotel just in 3 minutes walk from the metro station, bus and tram stops. Good location for quick transfer with bus, tram or metro to the city center, Olympic park or Main railway station. The reception is open until 10 p.m.

There is no automat with soft drinks but the receptionists are very attentive and offer everything from the hotel's bar.

People working there are all nice, I would still say big thanks to all of them. Though it was a short stay, we felt great care and support from them (late arrival of us, small parcel and parking arrangements). The room was good, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was super tasty.

I would say that the price was high but in general Munich city is quite expensive for staying. So it is a good value for money, if you properly manage your cost expectations.
