The apartment was clean and well provided for, the second room for children with the double bed in the living space was very convenient because it meant that the grown ups could stay up later. The shower was great. We appreciated the 11am check-out and all of the cupboard space provided. All the furnishings were smart and new as well.

Check in was complicated because the digital apartment key didn’t work. The lady on reception was helpful and gave us key cards, but it was sheer good luck that she happened to walk past us at the right time, because reception was closed when we arrived. Therefore I would advise arriving during opening hours if possible. Also neither the kettle nor the coffee machine worked.

I was a bit hesitant to make a reservation here after reading some of the older reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised during my stay. The room appears to have been recently modernized as everything was new. It's decently big and has everything you need during your stay including a small kitchenette. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The check-in process was simple and I was even able to get my room a bit earlier than the stated check-in time. There's also a grocery store located in the same building and transportation links (bus/tram) are located across the street. All-in-all, a great stay!

The location is good, tram 12 stops right before the building. Plus, there are a couple of supermarkets right on spot (one is in the same building and another is at the fuel station just right in front, the latter being open even on Sundays). About 20 min to the city centre and 15 to the Nymphenburg, well connected to both. I booked a room with a kitchenette and everything I needed was there, except for a hairdryer in the bathroom. The room was incredibly comfortable and good value for the money.

I did not like two things: first, it wasn't as clean as I expected upon arrival. Nothing major really, but I found some dust and a spider web on a curtain. The second thing though really annoyed me: checkout time is until 11.00 a.m., but I had cleaning ladies entering the room twice at about 9.00 and 10.00, without even knocking to see if I was still there. The first time I was having a shower in the bathroom and the second time having breakfast. This was really rude and never happened to me before nowhere else. I suggest the management talk teach their personnel some good manners.

Our 6-night stay with 3 adults and 1 child had some pros and cons. The room was nice and clean, but there was a bad smell during the first days, likely from previous guests’ cooking. Temperature control was good, but no housekeeping service was provided during our stay. Having at least a broom in the apartment would have been helpful. The small room had two single beds with no option to combine them into a double.

There are all the staff to live comfortable: kitchen with stove and microwave, tv, bed, shower. The room size was big enough for a single. . The room was freshly renovated. The personal was very polite and kind.

The instruction how to check in and check out that was sent me after booking was in German, but it would be better to have bi-lingual instruction: English/German. However in time of Google Translate it is not a big deal.

Nice neighbourhood, good transport connections (bus & tram station right in front of the property), Penny Market and other grocery stores nearby. Getting the keycard with the received code was super easy, no unnecessary queuing at check-in. Nicely equipped kitchenette with everything you would need (even pasta strainer!). There is a fire alarm in the room but we could easily fry the sausages without any problem, just make sure to open the windows so you will not trigger the alarm. The room was super clean.

Not a big thing, but the bed was VERY uncomfortable, if you have back pain, i would suggest to bring a smaller mattress topper.

Public transport stop in from of the building. Quiet great neibourghood with supermarket right in the building.

Everything was great except delivery truck unloading right in from of the windows at 6:30 in the morning. Access cards were very difficult to get since after code input there is nothing to indicate the locker is open, no sound, nothing, so we spent quite some time before realized we can open the door and get the keys. Also departure time at 11:00 is qiute inconveniets, should be 12:00 or better 13:00

Perfect accommodation for staying in Munich, very well connected with public transportation, grocery stores nearby. It was in a calm neighborhood, but still close to everything. The apartment was big and very clean; we had all the equipment we needed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I totally recommend!

Clean, large, with self-catering elements we didn't expect, including fridge. Nice, friendly staff who spoke excellent English. Despite position, plenty of decent restaurants within walking distance

A fair way out of town, but the trams were plentiful. The bed was up against a partition, so difficult for one of us to get in and out. Mattress VERY firm. Shower head could not be attached to riser.

Nice apartment located close to the Olympic park and about 50 minutes walk from the city center, or 25 minutes by public transport. It is well equipped with everything you need, including cooking equipment. Check in was done independently as well as check out. I would stay here again on my next visit. :)
