The owner of the property was very polite, helpful & flexible. Provided guidance for attraction areas in Munich and provided special access to private shopping center. The room was very clean and spacious. Also, in each room there are two AC units one for the seating area and one for the bedroom. For sure it is needed during summer time. They have daily cleaning and reasonable breakfast menu (€12.5 / person). Parking with reasonable fees (€7 / day).

Location is away from the center and you need a car to reach to the nearest grocery store. We have a car and it wasn’t an issue for us. The breakfast area is small. Access to the hotel is through very narrow road that leads to the hotel building. You need to drive carefully to figure out the access to the hotel. I am talking about the last 100 m to reach to the building. Neighborhood is not attractive (no view) . It looks like a mix of commercial office building’s & residential.

The hotel staff is excellent, and the owners are actively involved in its management. The owner personally picked me up from the airport during the Christmas, showing great kindness. I highly recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Individuals without a car will need to walk for approximately 10 to 14 minutes to reach the nearest metro station then around 20 minutes to reach the downtown area.

Free room upgrade was included in my booking. Room was spacious and clean. Kitchenwares were minimal, but was enough for two people's short stay (It's a residence hotel anyway). Located in a quiet and calm place. I especially liked breakfast. Although the kitchen was small, foods were assorted. Front desk staff was also kind and friendly. I needed to print out tickets. When I asked the front desk, he helped me without hesitation. The only thing somewhat negative is the distance to the nearby metro or bus station. I mainly used the Moosefeld station while staying here. It's about 800 meters.

Very clean and spacious. Really cool amenities such as heated floors and rain down shower. The breakfast was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and I believe they would have accommodated every reasonable request if asked.

I wanted the ability to turn on the air simply because it got a bit hot at times, but it was cold outside so we opened the sliding door a bit to let cool air in. I did not bring this to the staff's attention so they did not have the opportunity to address it with me. The property is located within a neighborhood and there weren't scenic views however the location was away from the crowds of people in city center and this probably allows the large accommodations without the large prices for a much smaller room downtown.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and welcoming who upon arrival, gave me all the info needed , e.g. U/S bahn to help me through my stay. Excellent !!

The hotel was spectacular on itself, clean modern well equipped, but the best part of it is the owners. Mr Kreis and his lovely wife are amazing people, caring and polite. They helped us with everything for the whole duration that we stayed there, pointed us to restaurants, sightseeings and they showed us the perfect German hospitality. We had lengthy talks at the start of our day where we discussed how our day will unfold, which trip to take, which place to visit where to eat and so many more. The hotel kreis has a face, and it is its owners. On the plus side mr Kreis is a sports car enthusiast, we shared the same passion and he even showed me his amazing lambo which I loved ;). Thank you and looking forward to visit you again.

Fantastic hotel in a quiet part of the city and a nice place to relax. Both U and S Bahn's close by to take you anywhere in Munich, recommend using the bus 194 to reach them as stops just round the corner from the hotel and takes you straight to Metro. Staff were all brilliant made the stay comfortable and enjoyable, from an enjoyable and varied breakfast to keeping the rooms clean every day. Always very friendly and helpful. The rooms themself were large and spacious, comfortable beds and seating area. Good powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Heating worked perfectly and was welcomed after the cold days. Will definitely use again if in Munich and recommend to others

The overall experience mas perfect. The room was actually a small apartment, almost brand new, in excellent condition, quiet, clean and comfortable. It is difficult to find something better for this price. Breakfast was nice with a variety of options. Staff was very helpful and friendly. As far as it concerns the location: Hotel is not in the city canter and this is known from the beginning. It is easily accessible from the highways and you do not mess with the traffic jam of Munich. It offers cheap private parking even for EVs. To reach the city centre you need to walk 10 minutes in a safe residential area to the closest metro station. From there you can go anywhere using Munich's excellent underground network.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area of Munich, ideal for families. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast area are extremely friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, I received a wealth of tips about Munich and detailed instructions on how to get to the city center. The subway is conveniently a 10-minute walk away and runs directly to the city center every 15 minutes. On a rainy day, we took the car to the subway station and were able to park it there for free all day. I had booked an Executive Suite. The room featured a very spacious balcony, and I was particularly impressed by the inclusion of a Dusch-WC (Taharet), a feature found in only a few hotels in Germany. The parking fee is only 7€ per night, which is incredibly reasonable given Munich's parking fees. The breakfast spread is extremely diverse, offering a wide range of savory and sweet options, with something new to discover every day. Next time we're in Munich, we'll definitely be booking this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Clean and tidy hotel 10min by walk from the nearest underground station. Very good breakfast and room with everything you need in top notch condition. I came earlier in the morning before the standard check in time and was allowed to check-in as the room was ready (most of the gotels will not allow this). I was even allowed to have a breakfast as a welcome gift. Those little things and more , especially super kind staff made me think I made a good choice for my stay in Munich.
