Highly recommend hotel Kreis. Staff was amazing, both at check in and the fabulous morning breakfast. Helped me figure out the train, which was easy to figure out and ride(10 minute walk to station or can rent scooter). We travelled during a heat wave and the AC worked fantastic. Bed and couch pull out was comfortable. Plenty of space, dishes, fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker easy to use. Paid $7 per day park had no issues parking at hotel. With a car many places close(groceries, wash). Many small helpful details in the room, can tell they are concerned about guest having a wonderful experience. My favorite was the breakfast, staff super attentive and quick to make sure had a cup of coffee when we sat down. I really can't find one thing to complain about, this is a wonderful hotel and great value for the money spent. Hope to come back again some day!

Since we needed a temporary solution for a few weeks while living in Munich, we ended up staying at this hotel for quite some time. The hotel boasts an excellent location for Munich, with great transport connections. Despite being in a very quiet area, it provides quick access to all the important and interesting spots in the city. The hotel itself is new and features high-quality furnishings and amenities. The soundproofing is also excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. However, what truly sets this hotel apart are the owners, Mrs. and Mr. Kreis. Both are incredibly warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure their guests have the best possible experience. They are exceptionally accommodating with special requests and leave almost no wish unfulfilled. Staying here feels just like being at home. We would gladly return anytime.

The owner of the property was very polite, helpful & flexible. Provided guidance for attraction areas in Munich and provided special access to private shopping center. The room was very clean and spacious. Also, in each room there are two AC units one for the seating area and one for the bedroom. For sure it is needed during summer time. They have daily cleaning and reasonable breakfast menu (€12.5 / person). Parking with reasonable fees (€7 / day).

Location is away from the center and you need a car to reach to the nearest grocery store. We have a car and it wasn’t an issue for us. The breakfast area is small. Access to the hotel is through very narrow road that leads to the hotel building. You need to drive carefully to figure out the access to the hotel. I am talking about the last 100 m to reach to the building. Neighborhood is not attractive (no view) . It looks like a mix of commercial office building’s & residential.

The hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness. The reception staff are excellent, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast is limited (no variety of options). The place is quiet. Parking is available (€7 per night). I recommend it if you prefer peace and being away from the city center. The hotel is about 30 minutes by car from the city center. It is about 45 minutes by metro, with the nearest metro station around 300 meters from the hotel. I booked a Deluxe Apartment with Balcony, which includes a small kitchenette, sink, and microwave. It does not have an iron or a washing machine. (The room is spacious and suitable.)

The hotel staff is excellent, and the owners are actively involved in its management. The owner personally picked me up from the airport during the Christmas, showing great kindness. I highly recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Individuals without a car will need to walk for approximately 10 to 14 minutes to reach the nearest metro station then around 20 minutes to reach the downtown area.

The customer service was EXCELLENT and we even got suggestions on where to eat which turned out to be fantastic! The actual rooms were well appointed and great in size. All of the amenities worked as described. This place has a dishwasher and small stove for use! The beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE!! Breakfast was GREAT and the customer service there was superb. The location is fantastic.

There is only one thing that can be said negative about this place. The parking is a bit tight, especially for a large van. This is not completely unexpected however as many places in this part of Europe don't have large ample parking for hotels.

Free room upgrade was included in my booking. Room was spacious and clean. Kitchenwares were minimal, but was enough for two people's short stay (It's a residence hotel anyway). Located in a quiet and calm place. I especially liked breakfast. Although the kitchen was small, foods were assorted. Front desk staff was also kind and friendly. I needed to print out tickets. When I asked the front desk, he helped me without hesitation. The only thing somewhat negative is the distance to the nearby metro or bus station. I mainly used the Moosefeld station while staying here. It's about 800 meters.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and welcoming who upon arrival, gave me all the info needed , e.g. U/S bahn to help me through my stay. Excellent !!

The hotel was spectacular on itself, clean modern well equipped, but the best part of it is the owners. Mr Kreis and his lovely wife are amazing people, caring and polite. They helped us with everything for the whole duration that we stayed there, pointed us to restaurants, sightseeings and they showed us the perfect German hospitality. We had lengthy talks at the start of our day where we discussed how our day will unfold, which trip to take, which place to visit where to eat and so many more. The hotel kreis has a face, and it is its owners. On the plus side mr Kreis is a sports car enthusiast, we shared the same passion and he even showed me his amazing lambo which I loved ;). Very clean and spacious. Really cool amenities such as heated floors and rain down shower. The breakfast was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and I believe they would have accommodated every reasonable request if asked.

I wanted the ability to turn on the air simply because it got a bit hot at times, but it was cold outside so we opened the sliding door a bit to let cool air in. I did not bring this to the staff's attention so they did not have the opportunity to address it with me. The property is located within a neighborhood and there weren't scenic views however the location was away from the crowds of people in city center and this probably allows the large accommodations without the large prices for a much smaller room downtown.
