I really appreciated the efficient self-check-in and the option to use my phone as a room key — such a time-saver and very convenient. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet, and equipped with a comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast offered an impressive variety of choices, which was a great start to the day.

The breakfast area felt far too small for the number of guests, which made it uncomfortable when others were waiting and watching for tables. In addition, I couldn’t pay for parking through the same app I used to access my room, which forced me to visit reception, where the staff member I encountered was not very welcoming.

The underground parking was a real highlight — bright, clean, and easy to navigate, which made arriving stress-free. I also enjoyed the smooth self-check-in process and the convenience of having my room key on my phone. The room was quiet, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with a mattress and pillows that ensured a good night’s sleep. The breakfast selection was varied and satisfying.

The breakfast room felt overcrowded during peak hours, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the meal. Another downside was the shower: due to missing or insufficient rubber seals, the bathroom floor became flooded after each use. Finally, I wasn’t able to pay for parking via the app and had to go through reception, where the service felt less than welcoming.

Everything was clean (except for the windows), comfortable and delicious. There is parking available. Food: limited variety, but enough for breakfast. There is a small fitness corner. Outside, there are comfortable tables where you can enjoy a glass of wine. There's a mini-shop inside the hotel where you can buy beer, coffee, dinner snacks, or sweets. The bed linen looked brand new, and the bed was very soft, comfortable, and silent. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. The air conditioners worked well and were clean, with no unpleasant odors. The room has constant natural ventilation thanks to the air recuperators. Sound insulation was decent.

Far from the city center. The windows in the room were dirty. There were no utensils or plates in the room. The toilet paper was cheap; it would be perfect to provide a higher-quality one. There were no cooking stoves in our two rooms. Even after the listed shortcomings, due to the cleanliness, the efforts of the staff in the kitchen, the exercise machines, the outdoor tables, the parking, the clean linen, the fast check-in, the comfortable bed, I give them a 10 and recommend visiting.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Check-In was available upfront through an uncomplicsred and detailed online mask. I received the keys to my room within 2 minutes after arrival. The rooms were perfectly temperared and smelled good. Humidity was perfect. Large rooms with a lot of storage space. Huge windows, large bathroom, hot water instantly and continuously. Tasty and very versatile breakfast. Definitely one of my new favorites.

The coffee wasn't strong enough 😅 but still tasty. No deal breaker, just an inspiration.

I chose this hotel with some strong preconceptions. Upon arrival, those preconceptions initially remained. I arrived at the hotel relatively late. The area was quiet and... I struggle to find the right word to describe it. When I stepped through the hotel entrance, I was greeted by a lively lobby that was modern and cozy. I can say it was very practical. You don't need to go through reception to access your room if you complete the online check-in. I did go to reception because I wanted to buy water for my room and took a key card just in case. You can actually open the door with your phone as well, which worked perfectly. I needed this feature once when I forgot my card in the room. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but this was during the biggest trade fair week in the area. The location is convenient - it's a 10-20 minute walk or e-scooter ride (using Bolt) to the exhibition center. This eliminated any worries about car parking or sitting in traffic jams. 100% satisfied! Thank you!

I found the rooms to be exceptionally clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything I needed. The staff were very courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist when required. The owner himself was remarkably welcoming and personally ensured that guests felt comfortable and satisfied with their stay. When I encountered a minor issue with the washing machines, I was immediately offered a complimentary transfer to another hotel downtown to use their facilities, which I found to be an excellent and thoughtful solution.

I really have to thank the staff. The staff were very helpful especially since I was long stay. The location was quiet and quite convenient but alittle far from centre. After I moved rooms, my experience went from 0 to 10/10. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, no cigarette smoke coming in daily, and the room had alot of sunshine

The first room I was put in was very bad, dark, damp, big spiders, smokers gathered right underneath window so it smelled of smoke and they talked loudly. Neighbours smoking next door even at 3am so it came in not just from outside but from the vents. Also the room looked quite dirty when I moved in and worse there was no air circulation to clear the smoke as it was a corner of the courtyard. Then they moved me at my request thankfully! Saved my life/lungs and definitely made the experience there much better

The location is perfect, next to the highway, and the center is only 15 minutes. Besides, there are walking distance to local restaurants.

The online checking is not handy. There is an error that occurred in the payment process. We have paid, and the system showed we didn't pay. The staff in the night shift didn't leave a proper note in the system to report the issue. When we renewed our key the next day morning, the other staff asked us to pay again. Though we didn't pay again, the handover process of the staff & the whole online process are a bit annoying. It shouldn't lead people to online check-in when the check-in service is available at the desk. The online check-in can be an option if it works correctly and streamingly. However, that was not the case.

The studio is spacious, nicely furnished with modern furniture and is exactly what I expected. The room has a large, modern and clean bathroom. There is a coffee machine, microwave and two cups. It is very quiet at night, you can leave your car safely in the parking lot.

This is a studio and there is not even a spoon in it and although there is a microwave, there is not even a single plate to put what you heat up. There is not even a cloth to clean the cup of coffee you make and only one chair - for two people??? These are just the little things that could have earned a real ten!!!

Communication was a problem. I paid for the parking and wanted to park underground. However it was not possible to open a gate. Talking to reception didn't help at all. I don't understand the concept with the sink. There is no plates, knives etc. What should I wash there or maybe bring everything with me from home? It should be called Double Room and than 9t is perfectly fine. I got also way too much emails. I guess over 10 emails within one night stay. It is very disturbing
