The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Check-In was available upfront through an uncomplicsred and detailed online mask. I received the keys to my room within 2 minutes after arrival. The rooms were perfectly temperared and smelled good. Humidity was perfect. Large rooms with a lot of storage space. Huge windows, large bathroom, hot water instantly and continuously. Tasty and very versatile breakfast. Definitely one of my new favorites.

The coffee wasn't strong enough 😅 but still tasty. No deal breaker, just an inspiration.

I really have to thank the staff. The staff were very helpful especially since I was long stay. The location was quiet and quite convenient but alittle far from centre. After I moved rooms, my experience went from 0 to 10/10. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, no cigarette smoke coming in daily, and the room had alot of sunshine

The first room I was put in was very bad, dark, damp, big spiders, smokers gathered right underneath window so it smelled of smoke and they talked loudly. Neighbours smoking next door even at 3am so it came in not just from outside but from the vents. Also the room looked quite dirty when I moved in and worse there was no air circulation to clear the smoke as it was a corner of the courtyard. Then they moved me at my request thankfully! Saved my life/lungs and definitely made the experience there much better

I chose this hotel with some strong preconceptions. Upon arrival, those preconceptions initially remained. I arrived at the hotel relatively late. The area was quiet and... I struggle to find the right word to describe it. When I stepped through the hotel entrance, I was greeted by a lively lobby that was modern and cozy. I can say it was very practical. You don't need to go through reception to access your room if you complete the online check-in. I did go to reception because I wanted to buy water for my room and took a key card just in case. You can actually open the door with your phone as well, which worked perfectly. I needed this feature once when I forgot my card in the room. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but this was during the biggest trade fair week in the area. The location is convenient - it's a 10-20 minute walk or e-scooter ride (using Bolt) to the exhibition center. This eliminated any worries about car parking or sitting in traffic jams. 100% satisfied! Thank you!

The location is perfect, next to the highway, and the center is only 15 minutes. Besides, there are walking distance to local restaurants.

The online checking is not handy. There is an error that occurred in the payment process. We have paid, and the system showed we didn't pay. The staff in the night shift didn't leave a proper note in the system to report the issue. When we renewed our key the next day morning, the other staff asked us to pay again. Though we didn't pay again, the handover process of the staff & the whole online process are a bit annoying. It shouldn't lead people to online check-in when the check-in service is available at the desk. The online check-in can be an option if it works correctly and streamingly. However, that was not the case.

Whole interior of the hotel is perfect the lobby, room. Everything was comfortable, begining the conversation with the staff from the hotel, the bed, pillows. Everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly they gave us a coffee on the house which is great indicator that the happiness of their guests is their priority, they were very helpful with the instructions how to find the public transport and the hints with it. The room has everything that one hotel room needs to have. Wardrobe for the jackets, fridge for cold drinks, small kitchen if you want to make tea or small dinner for your partner. Huge TV, table, Big windows so you can have natural light in your room. The toilet was clean, with hairdryer, hot water and huge mirror. Keep in mind that the payments are made ONLY with bank card, no cash.

I needed somewhere to stay for Oktoberfest that was not too far from the venue but also not crazy expensive and this hit the sweet spot. The price was not bad for the time I was going and it's a very nice place to stay, room was spacious, bed was comfy and bathroom facilities were great. To get to the venue for Oktoberfest was a breeze, ten minute walk to the U-Bahn station, and from there about 20 mins, with one quick change and short walk. I never used a taxi in the time I was there as it wasn't needed. For price and location for Oktoberfest I was very happy with here. It's also easy to get to the other big attractions in Munich from here via U-Bahn.

Not a problem as such but there is nothing around the hotel, it is in a business park and the only thing I found was a nice cafe 5 mins away as the breakfast in the hotel wasn't great. But other than that there is nothing in the area.

I liked the overall look and feel of the hotel and room, modern and clean. I had a very quiet room. Breakfast was really excellent. I was able to store my electric bike in the underground car park but parked my car just on the street to save myself the €12 per night parking fee (July 2024). There's plenty of free street parking around the hotel. All the staff I encountered were friendly and tried to really look after you. An excellent experience.

There was no cutlery or plates or glasses in the room. I beleive you had to ask for them at reception. Also no tea or coffee. Normally you get a couple of capsules or sachets but nix. Maybe this is the norm in Bavarian hotels. Location wise it's too far out to walk into the centre, you'll have to use the bus (194) or walk to the Ubahn (600m). I used my electric bike but it still took me 25mins to ride there.

Very good hotel for a quick stay. Personnel was great. Parking is free of charge in the neighbouring streets. You can stay with your pet. A/C in the room was ok, good wi-fi. Probably they serve tasty breakfasts, we haven't tried ourselves, but when you go from the elevator to the reception area you cross the breakfast venue and the smell of the morning coffee and smiling faces made us feeling it must be tasty 😀. You can reach the centre in approximately 30-40 minutes by public transport. We were able to check in a bit earlier, as our room was just ready when we arrived.

Maybe a bit distant location, but if you want to pay a reasonable price then it's no problem. The check-in process may seem to be a bit complicated. We managed to be checked-in by a nice receptionist, however in the evenings, there is also a bar at the reception, and the same person serves as 2-in-1, as a receptionist and the bar tender. The check-in can be done as a self check-in on the tablets provided in the lobby. However, the new guests after long flights queuing to check-in and being directed towards the self check-in laptops, as the receptionist was busy serving other clients as a bar tender gives a bit strange impression. I understand cutting costs, but new customers may feel a bit abandoned.

The bed and especially the pillows were very comfortable. When I requested an extra blanket the lady at the desk helped me immediately. The curtains blocked out almost all of the light so the room could be nice and dark if you wanted to sleep late. The heated towel rail was probably my favourite thing in the room. The breakfast was amazing, at first I thought it was too expensive, but when I saw the variety of cheeses, meats, pastries and teas, I quickly changed my mind. The pastries are made fresh in the morning and were so tasty. The staff at the front desk were very attentive and lovely to interact with.

House keeping didnt remove/replace dirty/used dishes/cups.

we stayed in the hotel to attend adele's concert in Munich. for that purpose, the location of the hotel was great only 2 metro stops from the Messe. To get to Munich you have to take a 20 min ride by metro. The hotel itself was very nice, the rooms were quite spacious and they offered both outdoor and garage parking. They even had a small store with snacks and drinks at the reception which was nice as there were not many stores in the area. Overall we had a great stay, thank you !

There could've been more tables for breakfast as sometimes we struggled to find a place to sit. I believe that if the hotel is not full then the space is big enough however it was quite full during our stay hence there was not that much space for breakfast
