It was such a beautiful experience. I accidentally left behind two large suitcases and 250 euros. The cleaning staff found them and tried to contact me — they called me nearly 20 times! Unfortunately, my phone was on silent, so I didn’t hear any of the calls. Thankfully, I was able to arrange with the place I stayed to pick up everything the next day. They had kindly kept everything safe for me. I’m truly grateful — and honestly, just really happy about how everything turned out.

It was a great place to stay for a few days. There was a metro station very close to the building, so you could be in the city center quite fast, and the room had everything it described and it was very comfortable. (flat-iron, hairdryer, towels, mini fridge, microwave) I got every information for the check in via email and the whole process was very easy. And even when I had some trouble with my door code, I received help very quickly once I called their help-line, which was great!

The room could also use more hangers and hooks for your coats and jumpers. And if you are a woman travelling alone you might want to bring some extra lock options to feel more safe since there is no extra lock, or security on the door. Also there really is a strip club next to the bulding, so I always made sure to arrive back to my room before sunset - I never felt threatened but it is better to be safe.

Very clean and well equipped apartments. Security was excellent. We were going to the Messe to see Adele and this was a great location to do this. Very convenient for the train service. Room was well laid out with great shower. Quiet both outside and from other guests As there were 10 of us we used the lobby to meet up and play quizzes and games in the evening

Pity there was no air conditioning, would have made it perfect. They could do more with the lobby. A really nice space, but only provision is a coffee machine. Even a vending machine would be useful as there are no local shops - Lidl is a 30 minute walk away.

Good clean comfortable apartment, all the amenities including kitchen utensils, near the metro station. Room size adequate for stay for two persons but family may find it to be just a bit small. The facility was kind to allow us to keep our baggage till check in.

Putting in the number key can be a bit confusing for the first time but then becomes easy subsequently. For early arrivals, access to common sitting area should be allowed.

Self catering. Nice clean and comfy modern apartment, about 8 minute pleasant walk from U2 station to central station, could change to S bahn after 1 stop for quicker journey

Poorly equipped, no chopping board, no wine glasses, no draining board. no toaster. Could not contact any one by email if there was a problem. The lift broke down we were on 4th floor. No instructions for connection to central Munich by public transport. Under unit lighting held up by gaffer tape, it fell down, we complained it was held up again by gaffer tape fell down again - really shoddy job.

I liked the modernity of the whole building, my sister pointed out the lights but even though I told her that it was an easy thing that all the hotels do, there was a way they did with the lights that it amazed us every time we came back to our room.

Well there wasn’t many things but the main thing that I didn’t like was the piece that stand in front of the mini fridge. The cover fell on my leg and foot. It didn’t cause a serious injury but it made small cuts to my leg. That is not a big thing to worry about. We wanted to buy some water but there wasn’t any thing or anyone to buy it from. We liked the coffee machine but we wanted get more pods but we didn’t know who to ask.

Pluses are: 1. Nice location 5 minutes wlak to U-Bahn station and 27 minutes to Marienplatz. 2. No need to communicate with staff 3. No lines/queues at the check-in, very fast and comfy 4. Nice lighting inside the room 5. Small kitchen is available for you to make breakfast 6. Electric window blinds will cover you from sun light in the morning 7. Very good noice isolation 8. Easy process of check-in and nothing is needed for your check-out

There is nothing that we didn't like. As a piece of advice - to prolong check-out time until 11 am. And I coudn't find a remote control for a TV in the main common hall at the entrance

Check in was very simple, it was perfectly close to the concert area in Messestadt just 15 minutes by metro, the station is also very close. Bathroom was clean and beds war comfortable, modern, chic and good amenities

Not entirely clean, we found strange hairs in the bed before sleeping in there and there were spider webs hanging from the ceiling, also we didn't like that you couldn't lock the door from the inside but the area is safe at least

The apartment was clean and well-equipped for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and there were simple cooking facilities. We had to pay to park in the designated car park, around 15 Euros for a day. The nearest station into the city was a short walk away and transport from there was easy and fairly quick - 25 minutes to Marienplatz.

The area itself was non-residential and fairly industrial.

They care about many details, such as perfect water pressure/temperature, mirror clarity and lighting, wireless charing ports on night stands, elegant and useful kitchen stuffs. All the details have made the property very cozy to stay. :)

No AC. Could be extremely hot in summer. Also a little bit dusty if you keep the windows opened.
