The rooms were exceptional, as was the staff and the breakfast. It really doesn't get any better, staying at a garden property with free bubbly water, sauna, pool, and gym. The breakfast must have had at least 10 types of bread and that many versions of coffee, tea, milk, and cheeses or cold cuts. There was even rollmops and Nuernberger sausage, along with three types of egg, soft boiled, hard boiled, and scrambled. I arrived by plane, then took a bus, then the S Bahn, a little more complicated than needed to be. I eventually figured out the best way to get to town, but keep in mind that it will still take about 45 minutes to reach the main tourist attractions. Regardless, I would still stay again at this hotel for the type of comfort provided at a reasonable price.

Distance from downtown, took some figuring out how to get there the quickest.

Breakfast truly is really good and they are well staffed, which makes for an easy, enjoyable experience.

The hotel smells like an ashtray. I don’t think it’s solely their fault. A lot of the guests I saw while I stayed there for 24 nights were older Europeans who smoked a lot of cigarettes. One morning while I worked near the lobby, a large group of people smoked right outside the entrance and the open door let the smoke into the hotel. I got up and closed the door, which helped a bit. In California, for example, it is illegal to smoke 5 feet from a main entrance because second-hand smoking has been proven to also cause cancer. I’m amazed Germany is not on the same page. In general, the hotel smelled like an ashtray no matter where I went. So, if that is a deal-breaker when picking a hotel, I would recommend finding another stay.

The hotel and it's facilities were in nice tidy shape. The location in the middle of a peaceful residential area ensured that the visit went without encountering bothersome people. The breakfast had rather decent selection of food and drinks available. Sauna and pool area is always a nice bonus in Germany. No unnecessary interruptions by the hotel staff during my stay.

The room didn't have a fridge. Walking distance to local trains and underground could be somewhat shorter as the trip to city centre already takes considerable amount of time. There aren't that many grocery stores near the hotel.

The swimming pool!!! oh my goodness, what a gorgeous pool!!! especially the mural!! i had the pool to myself so i took some photos of the mural and i have shown it to so many people, it and the curtains... it was so gentle and calm and beautiful and 100% not expected, the entire hotel was great and the location was perfect, but i cannot stop thinking about that mural 😍

fantastic that breakfast was included but it wasn't the best food ever – however i realise this may have been skewed by exceptionally heavy demand due to my being there (coincidentally) during oktoberfest.

The key reason for selecting this hotel was location: between city center and outskirts, while having good public transport options. With that in mind, all boxes checked out perfectly. The breakfast was fabulous - 12/10 :) - I never had such a variety of breakfast options before and I stayed in plenty of hotels due to business travel. The room and the common spaces were nice and clean. Helpful and polite staff at the reception and breakfast restaurant.

The most annoying "scar:" on the otherwise positive experience was the smell inside the room: sublime note between damp cloth and old furniture. All-day open windows and air conditioning helped to limited extent, unfortunately. The building seems outdated - maybe some renovation would help to improve it. Parking space on the hotel premises was limited, but there was plenty of public parking spaces on the street nearby.

We booked this hotel during the Adele concert. It was so close to the venue (2 metro stops away). It had free parking. Breakfast was included, and it was probably the best breakfast we ever had in a hotel. So many options to choose from, delicious cheese and ham, fresh bakeries, omelette and warm dishes also! I even saw they have the make your own pho soup option, although didn’t try it. The place was packed because of the concert but the workers made sure everyone is comfortable, they cleaned the dining tables frequently. Check out was at 12 which is also an added bonus! Room was clean, bed was so comfy and wide enough.

It is a bit far away from city centre (it takes almost 40 minutes to reach it with metro) but we didn’t mind it. There is no AC in the rooms, so in summer the room can get quite hot and damp.

The room was spotless clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and there were plenty of options for breakfast. Very quiet neighbourhood, in a residential area and only a 10/15 min. walk to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn, which takes around 30 minutes to the the city center. Very nice location if you're attending an event at the Messe. If you take the U-Bahn it's only two stops away. We went to the Adele concert and ended up walking back to avoid the big crowds, it took us about 50 min. Overall very nice experience.

Only downside: the price was very inflated due to the Adele concerts in the Messe.

The hotel is great, location was very close to the Adele concert which was our primary reason for staying in this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. For both of us, the standouts were the breakfast which was fresh and exceptional, and then the pool & sauna complex which is located outside of the main building. Overall, very happy with our stay.

The shower needs to be used with caution as we ended up flooding the room on day one. The reception staff were prompt in sending a cleaner to help. Then a handyman to fix it. It makes for a good story though haha!

A several positive impressions: 1. Location - easy to reach centre of Munich, exit from Munich also 2. Reception -polite, useful staff. Quick check in / out 3. Parking posibilities - hotel's parking or nearby streets. Easy to find parking with no payment. 4. Breakfast - very good offer. Above standard. Cleaning of tables quick. Staff is great. The price is included in price of the room. 5. Internet speed - very good for the hotel in Germany; between 45 - 55 MBps in all hotel's areas 6. Room - it is not a new hotel, but: - room was clean - bed good quality - room is good furnished - bathroom - daily changed towels, clean; visible effort to keep high cleanless standard My final conclusion - great value for money.
