The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and modern - really liked the design! Thankfully we got the courtyard room, as it was really quiet! The AC worked well and the temperature was ok to control. Big plus for allowing dogs in the hotel :) our Albert really liked it! We also used the parking facility and it was super convenient. Finally, super good responsiveness and general communication from the Customer Service team via WhatsApp. We also loved the location, it was just perfect really.

The common areas could be cleaner. For example the corridor on our floor was all dirty with some liquids… probably not that easy to clean but it gave a messy vibes. Elevator was so dirty that we had to always keep our puppy on our hands or in the bag :( Also I was really missing a kettle in the room, to boil some water and make some tea. A mini fridge and maybe a wardrobe or at least some shelf would also be great. Also one design flaw - around the bed we only had a nightstand on one side - which meant that the other person didn’t really have anywhere to keep their water or phone at night. Those are overall small things but worth improving :)

The room was functional, and the essentials were there. The hotel is located in a convenient part of town with public transport near by, and many attractions within walking distance (subject to personal ability and preference).

There was no space for luggage in the room, which made things a little tight, but for a weekender, it's fine, especially if you do not intend to spend much time there. Self-check-in took some getting used to, especially since the front door opening function did not always work - luckily, we could always walk through the cafe/restaurant on the ground floor, which also served as a nice spot for a night cap.

We had a "comfy room" on the 5th floor, which was big, quiet and clean, with a nice modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Some reviewers complained that the rooms weren't clean, but it wasn't the case at all. The air conditioning is a bit noisy, but we simply let it on during the day and turned in off at night before going to sleep. We visited during a heat wave and it was more than enough to keep the room cool. Amazing location in lively neighbourhood with lots of bars & restaurants, close to the city center and a short walk from the English Gardens. The check-in is completely automated, but not complicated at all: once you book you get an email from the property with all the info you need, just make sure to check the updates through the link provided. Great price for the value. We'll stay here for sure for our next Munich trip!

There's no wardrobe in the room, which can be a bit impractical if you stay more than a weekend.

I stayed at Bob W for a week and had a great experience. The room was modern, spacious, and well-designed, with a bright and clean bathroom. I appreciated the TV and overall comfort of the space. The location in Schwabing was excellent — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the service throughout my stay was friendly and reliable. I’d definitely recommend Bob W to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay in Munich.

Breakfast, for us was self-paid. It's always in the adjoining French Bistro. Always very good.... also very good but a tad small were the cappuccinos. The rooms are pretty great. Our TV didn't work late one evening and the guy at the desk did everything possible to find batteries for the remote. It graciously brought it to the room when he found batteries. Excellent service.

My one complaint is a lack of any storage whatsoever. No doubt, it's part of how they can provide a nice room, in a good part of town for the price.

Everything was perfect. It's really easy to reach hotel. You can use S-Bahn S8 train line and change your train at Marienplatz subway (U6 metro line), it's 4 station away from the old town which is Marienplatz. After you buy daily airport tickets you can also use that ticket in U6 line (which is the intersection line between S8 line). The hotel is located in Schwabing area which is cool, silent but still populated area. Everything is close to you. You can eat Madam Crocque at Petit Fritz (which is a restaurant under the hotel), you can walk everywhere (every monunent or place that you need to see is 3KM away by most. Feel free to wonder in Schwabing as well because it has lovely restaurants too. The hotel was very good. Including staff and everything else. We chose the room with the terrace and view was also good.

The only thing that we found negative was staff is leaving the building/hotel at 11:30 pm and it can be a little bit tricky to find the way in to the hotel. But don't worry, the room card is also opening the main gate. The card reader on the right side of the main door. You'll see a panel which you can show your card and the doors are open.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to Giselastraße station, where there are U-Bahn lines that directly go to Marienplatz, city center, as well Olympic Park and Alienzarena on the other side. The center can be reached on foot as well, and it's a pleasant 30 minutes walk, where you can see Siegestor, even a bit of English Garden, and Odeonsplatz. What was also amazing was the restaurant Petit Fritz. The street in front of the hotel felt so alive thanks to it! In the morning, it's crowded by people having (excellent although a bit on the pricier side) French breakfast, and in the evening there's always people drinking wine. Amazing experience. The room itself was great, even though we imagined it to be small, it didn't feel small. The bed was comfortable, the TV supported Chromecast, the bathroom was clean and had a very modern feel to it. There's a place to sit, like a reading nook, which came in handy for late night snacks. Although there isn't a fridge in the room. All in all, we are very happy with the hotel, and it served us great as a base to explore Munich further. The hotel is modern and clean, and the staff was very helpful and kind.

Location was excellent, lots of restaurants and grocery stores, short walk to the U Bahn and English Gardens. Simple e-check in, a small apartment but good value for money.

Would have liked some drinking glasses, wasn't happy to use the plastic re-usable water bottles provided as water bottles are hard to clean and ours had a little water still in them. No power points near the bed made hard for recharging devices at night.

The location is great and the staff is very welcoming. Our courtyard-facing room was very quiet. The room was clean and the shower worked well.

The room was quite small and not laid out in a way where there was any place convenient to put two carry-on size suitcases. The air-conditioning didn't really work - just circulated the air without cooling it and it was uncomfortably hot. It was awkward to get from the window side of the bed to the bathroom during the night, given little space and a raised platform that it would be easy to trip over. The price was way out of whack for the quality of the room.

The room was really nice, with a large bed and a sofa. The hotel is well situated, at least for me. The proximity of the English Garden is a plus and you'll find all the commodities you'd need very near.

The breakfast is a bit expensive. I didn't try the business breakfast, because for me the breakfast should have been included in the price of the room, as I'm used to at this rate. But you can take it "à la carte" anyway, which I did. The products are really good, so although the option was too expensive, you can eat a very good breakfast there at reasonable prices.
