Staff were super helpful when we arrived a day earlier than we actually booked! Helped find us a room and sorted everything in a very kind and understanding way. Their dog policy is great. The rooms are simple but clean and the little balconies are cute. We use this place a lot as a "layover" location when driving from Berlin to other cities in Europe as it has a secure car park next door and is close to a few good restaurants and the lake the walk the dogs before waking up refreshed to start driving again.

The mobile app they use isn't great. We thought once we checked in it could open doors and activate the elevator, etc. Turns out it can but we had to get it activated at the front desk anyway, which then makes the app pretty redundant as by then you have a keycard as usual.

Very good location near the center, nice area full of ethnic restaurants & bars, superb breakfast, very polite and willing to help personel ( Sven is the perfect Maestro of the hotel !), "easygoing mood" in general...

Some minnor issues regarding house keeping aspects , meaning meticulous cleaning service in the room and the balcony. Pro Air condition in the room - during summer months could be an issue as well - ( though a portable air condition unit is offered in the room ) but i was already aware of that, before my booking.

The location was very convenient, lots of places to eat nearby, walking distance to the train station. Though the bars were along the sane street, it was never noisy. The free breakfast (The Classic) was enormous, good for big sized appetites (see photo). Staff were very helpful and friendly. They prebooked our taxi going to the Hbf station on departure day. The room was small, but good enough for the price. We didn't get to enjoy the balcony because it was so hot in Munich The lift is also small, but works perfectly.

No airconditioning, but the staff was nice enough to provide a portable air con to help battle the heat. The shower is a tight space, the floor can get slippery, so we had to be careful climbing in or getting out. An antislip mat would be helpful.

The rooms are large, well equipped and the venue is at a walking distance from public transportation. nice aeea full of bars and restaurant. don’t miss out ENGLISH GARDEN is one of the biggest city park in Europe and it’s only 5 minutes walking. we had a problem with the hotel and the staff was pleased to help and find a compromise. I appreciated the attention to client of the reception staff.

staff at the bar forgot to give us cutlery for breakfast and we had to ask for them twice. Service at the bar was very slow but then a new waitress came and it went better.

The location is perfect for both a short break and for exploring the city, walkable to the center and right next to the subway and the park. The room was spotless and with a nice view over the neughbourhood.

The only downside is that the ventilation system in the room was quite noisy and can't be switched off except by completely shutting down all room electricity. While not particularly loud it's still quite annoying and my wife had to use earplugs to sleep.

The hotel and rooms are very nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is great, with nice bars/cafes local to the hotel which is in a relatively quiet residential area. In theory it is also walking distance to the English Garden, however we were there during the extreme weather of Dec 23 and walking anywhere wasn't possible.

It would have been handy if the restaurant had been open, however this did not really impact our stay.

Easy access to the Uban (train), 10 minutes into Old Town. A lot of great food options very close, a grocery store and a lot of shopping. The staff was very nice and helpful!

No A/C or fan - so with the windows open, Saturday night was a bit loud. Some curtains and headboard had stains which gave the impression that the room was not thoroughly clean. Although the floors and bathroom were very clean.

Hotel location is great. Local area is full of life, lots of restaurants and feels very safe. Staff in the hotel are excellent and always happy to help. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff lovely. Parking behind the hotel very secure.

Rooms could do with air conditioners as it was very hot when we stayed.

Location, comfortable beds, good size room. Window opened. Friendly staff. Beautiful decor. Quiet at night. Would definitely stay again. Shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion provided

Fridge didn’t work. Shame bar wasn’t open.

This central location is in the heart of Munich’s vibrant Schwabing neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants, stores and the Englischer Garten nearby! The hotel’s interior is modern and gorgeous and the rooms are well decorated and super comfortable, many with balconies.
