This place is in a great location, close to metro stops in a very nice neighbourhood and close to the English Gardens (which are amazing!). Very modern, pristine clean and with great staff who were very knowledgeable and helpful. It is neither fancy nor quaint European, but it is clean, safe and a great place to stay.

This place is good. A little expensive but we were there for Oktoberfest, so that is to be expected.

Cool hotel in a convenient location. Nice area around with plenty of food options about. Easy walking distance to many things. The room itself was clean with a good layout. We appreciated the small touches provided by the hotel like snacks on the beds for kids and a kids book in the room. We also appreciated design touches like the row of hooks in the room ( so helpful ) and the bench area by the window. The rooms are standard size however we felt they did a good job of use of the space through the design. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all of our queries and provided a kettle and clothes iron on request.

We had a room with for my wife, son, and I. It worked our perfectly with space and convenience. The hotel was located perfectly to restaurants, coffee, stores, and public transportation. The staff is what really makes a hotel. Each person was extremely helpful. The people took great care of cleaning the rooms. The desk staff were so nice and could answer questions and even called a taxi for us with great care. Our son was sick with a cold and they were able to direct us to a Apotheke. The breakfast was great and was well prepared. I am often apprehensive staying in hotels because you just do not know what they will be like always. We would stay at this one again when we return. The room was comfortable. The beds were awesomely comfortable. I really enjoyed the variety of lighting and tech that went into preparing and designing the rooms. Great value, clean, and family friendly.

We hated to leave and would have liked to stay another few days. It was better than the big chain hotels we see in many places. The service is beyond what we experience in U.S. hotels of the same price and ammenities.

Honestly this hotel is in a perfect location on a well-lit, quiet street, but very close to the main shopping area, less than a 5 minute walk. Warmly decorated, friendly staff, wonderfully appointed rooms with a decent amount of space, and the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Although we didn’t eat there, the hotel has its own restaurant, but there are also several good places to eat on the same block as the hotel; a couple Italian places and a couple of Asian places, all very cute.

The only issue was that we spent one evening at the bar and wanted to order some food but they didn’t have anyone in the kitchen to cook, I guess staffing shortage, and that was OK, but we were left with little options.

hotel is modern and minimalist, spacious, well-air-conditioned rooms and excellent soundproofing… nothing can be heard from the corridors or neighbouring rooms. Breakfast is fresh, with items prepared on the spot, and the location is great, surrounded by several restaurants.

Parking cannot be reserved, even after contacting the hotel hours in advance, no confirmation of availability was provided. suggested alternative parking is around 4 km away, which would have been useful to know beforehand, especially as I was traveling with two dogs. Fortunately, street parking is free on weekends, we were able to find a space nearby

We booked a room for 4 people. We arrived at the property an hour earlier and they let us check-in as the room was ready. It's in a very nice neighborhood with all the shops, lots of restaurants, bars and English garden very close by. The beds were big enough, you get some complimentary water and also we managed to get a parking spot in the hotel. Overall the look and feel of the hotel is very modern/chic and it's a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

It was not the most clean room ever, we had some hairs on the floor and also did not have enough towels for the four of us, however, the room was very spacious and everything was working. Not all the windows have shades, so at night you can see the street lights.

Great location next to underground railway, chilled out funky hotel with friendly staff happy to help. Great Breakfast, bar area and air conditioning - important after a hot days site seeing!

Small criticism on my room selection - family room for six (bunks) great value and fun, but lacked a simple desk or chair to help get ready, everything has to be done perched on the bunk!

The room was lit with natural light, 2 shower rooms and toilets, and personal night lighting—baggage storage service was free after vacating the room until the time of the return flight. The attitude of the staff was enlightening and helpful, kind and very helpful.

The showers are not level and the entire shower floor and toilets in the same room have not been drained. The lighting for the shower and toilet room requires turning on the lighting in the whole room and if there is an option to turn on the lighting for the point itself.

The location is very good, close to restaurants, bakeries, public transportation and shopping. It took about 10 min with U-Bahn to get to Marienplatz station. The Munich airport is about 30 minutes with a car. We took the taxi from the airport to the hotel and Uber back to the airport and the price was about the same (€90). We had the family room courtyard booked. The room is on the smaller side, was little tight for 4 people and big suitcases, but we made it work. The sofa got converted into two separate single mattress, they were little low to the floor. The water pressure in the shower was great, we missed it when we got back home. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and the breakfast had great choices. The scrambled eggs were made fresh in front of you and they were very tasty, thank you to the chef!

We liked everything, we even extended our stay rather than spending the last night at the airport hotel.

The hotel was super conveniently located - it's about a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station, and then it's a short ride directly into the old town. The room was spacious so we never felt cramped. The breakfast buffet looked great every morning (we never opted for it) and the staff was super helpful, even storing a few things for us in the refrigerator during our stay. We rented bikes to explore the English Gardens, and everything was in good working order, and it was also great to have the spacious lobby to hang out in the evenings, playing cards and enjoying a few drinks.

The only negative was that the pillows were super soft, to the point where we had to ask for more pillows. To be fair, the staff did everything they could to get us extras, but we asked too late in the day. Word of advice, if you need extras, ask early!
