Location of hotel was great - subway station elevator literally across the street. Bakery nearby and great restaurant as well. Room was spacious and clean. Staff very helpful - accepted my lost luggage for me while I was out. Did not charge us for the morning coffee from the restaurant, turned on the AC in the room when we asked (the outside temp was cool, but having our window open at night let in the smoke from people on the street.

The little mini fridge in room was not very cold, so beverages were just a little below room temp. AC was a bit noisy with lots of gurgling.

Nice clean hotel with nice gym in a winter garden. All required necessary amenities. Large tastefully decorated with dominating wooden surfaces "Alpine Chic" room with lot of space for a hotel in a big city.

During our stay we had a construction site next to our room (only an issue when working remotely during standard working hours in our room). More transparency on the free upgrade we gout would have been perfect. This way it was hard to understand how much better the upgraded room was (as we did not have a reference to compare it with).

Nice hotel directly at the underground station, 20 minutes to the centre. The hotel style is pretty, Bavarian/Austrian alpine style. Two drinks for free in the fridge. The hotel is full of oil paintings (often not the greatest ones, but altogether very sweet). Free parking in the street next to the hotel possible, no need to take the hotel's car park. Good breakfast. And sometimes a very good price for the room - we had it this time.

Well, it's not in the centre of Munich. Advantage and disadvantage at the same time. The town is currently renewing its streets not far from the hotel. You don't feel it at the hotel itself, but reaching it can temporarily be not easy during the rush hours.

Room was clean and comfortable. We had specifically requested that we get put into a room with a working air conditioner and the hotel staff contacted us a few days before we checked in and confirmed that the ac was working, which we really appreciated. The location of the hotel is also very convenient as it is right next to the a subway station. It's very easy to get to other parts of the city for traveling and also to the airport. There's a small grocery store and a convenience store nearby so it's easy to pick up some snacks and drinks as needed. The room also comes with some complimentary drinks in the fridge, which was really great.

The room seemed a little dated but that's probably just the age of the hotel in general. Overall, the stay was very comfortable.

The location was excellent especially if you plan to visit Oktoberfest. The U bahn station was directly across the street and the Theresienwiese is 2 stops away. The room was adequate considering we did not spend much time there. 24 hour check-in is possible but there is no staff person at the door after hours - you have to call a local German number to receive instructions for checking in after hours.

We were lucky our phone could make calls in Germany but if not we would have had difficultly checking in after hours as we arrived quite late in Munich.

Super clean, quiet location. It is accessible to subway just across the street. The subway has 4 stops about 12 minutes to get to the main station in Munich. So it convenient to get around the city and other towns. Breakfast has many options, fruits, yogurts, eggs, bacon, smoked salmon and more. It is wort the price included with hotel price.

Just one minor complaint about a male staff at the front desk during our check in. No hospitality skill what so ever. He was abrupt, not helpful, not fit to work there at the front.

The hotel is located near the Ubahn station, which was really nice, The access is really easy and the reception could speak English which was really important to me. It was a calm place, with no noisy neighborhood. The had a beer, a classic sprinkling water and a coke as a welcome gift.

I cound't find nearby markets and had to take the train to somewhere near the central station to find some. The hotel was really nice, confortable, however, the 5th floor is only recommended for people with no special mobility needs, since the lift only takes you to the 4th floor, and you need to take the remaining steps going up by stairs.

The hotel is right on the subway stop which makes it so convenient for getting around town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The minifridge included a welcome beer, coke and mineral water, which is a nice touch. The bathroom had recent upgrades. There is also a very nice sauna.

We did not use the restaurant because we were gone so much but the breakfast price seemed high. Watch out for the shelf above the desk! i hit my head on it a couple of times. They should remove it.

I liked good materials used in the hotel (stone, veneer, wood); the windows isolate well sounds from the outside; The room was clean, quiet. Points for a small working table to put your laptop on, a thing rarely seen in fancy modern hotels! I also like the old-fashioned way to pay your stay (no pre-payment) at checkout. The location of the hotel is reasonable quiet, right at the entrance to U5 Friedenheimer Str. (5 stations from Hauptbahnhof).

There is actually nothing serious to complain about. Perhaps that the first reasonable supermarket to buy food is at 800 m from the hotel (one U-Bahn station).

The hotel is very close to the U-BAHN station so you can get to the city centre very quickly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It doesn't matter if you are traveling with a train or by a car, this place has you covered.
