Our reservation did not include breakfast but it said we could order for 20E. Not so. There isn't any breakfast available except a 6E snack of sorts. We didn't try. The location is right down the street from many restaurants, cafes, small grocery stores and an indoor mall. We rode the U3 into Old Town and turned in our car two days early and took the Sbahn from the airport back to the hotel. Easy Peasy. The room was a little small but comfortable. Not sure I like the one door that covers the toilet room and pushed the other direction, it covers the sink/shower room. Very nice shower. We did use the hotel's parking for 2 nights and it was convenient. For 3 nights, all was good.

Just a tad bit bigger for the room. We would have liked to have the window open more, but we understand that by law, that is not possible to open sideways.

Generally the hotel is good, ideal for a tourist and excellently located near bus, tram, underground and train stations. The staff are good and very courteous! There are a few dining restaurants like the Mexican and Indian restaurants nearby. We expected a buffet kind of breakfast but it was simply snack bags with bread, a cookie and muffin, accompanied with coffee and juice which can be taken from the machine, together with a yoghurt from the fridge. But for Euros 6.00 for the breakfast, that was perfect! Overall, we liked the hotel and would stay there again and again! I highly recommend it!

There're no telephones in the rooms and the reception closes at 23.00 hours. One wonders what would happen in case of an emergency in the middle of the night...?

Excellent location to S1 line for ease of going in/out of Munich city center for Oktoberfest and for access to airport. Safe neighborhood. A lot of options available for food around hotel. Quiet. Shampoo provided. Cafe located next door. There was some construction but didn’t notice it too much. Excellent value for the time I was there during the festival with still convenient access to the fairgrounds.

After 11 there is no one at the desk and came down to get some water from vending machine and the vending machine card function isn’t working and i didn’t have enough coins only bills.

The staff in the reception were all very nice and helpful. The room is very good, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and new towels everyday. I enjoyed my stay, even though I was in München for work, coming back to the hotel after work made me feel at home. The location of the hotel is very good, you have all kinds of transportation around (underground trains, tram, busses and even S-Bahn). I would recommend it definitely and I would love to come back soon.

Small things actually, for example, there are construction works around the hotel, the noise isn't too bad, but it's there. Air conditioning was working, but not very well considering the current weather, it was for me sometimes during the night very hot, even though the air conditioner was on.

I was very tired from my travels and the receptionist could not have been more helpful in my slower state! I'd never experienced a coded hotel door lock system, the front desk agent very patiently explained how to use this. I arrived late in the evening and there was an evening pizza menu available as well as a snack station. The receptionist also recommended several places to eat! The room itself was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable I had ever slept in. I would undoubtedly stay here again. The location was very close to a range of transport links that allowed you to get to most sights and the train station in around 20 minutes.

The bathroom was split into two parts. This wasn't an issue in itself, but the bin was not in the section with the toilet. As someone who menstruates, I found this quite odd and a tad inconvenient

Have stayed here maybe half a dozen times, for good reasons: Value for money. Location - outside of the city centre, but with multiple transport options literally outside (tram, bus, u-bahn, s-bahn), getting to the centre is very, very easy. Safe area. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent secure underground car parking. Easy and quick access from the 99 autobahn.

The hotel is in a terrific location. Within 100m, you'll find a small shopping center with a grocery store (Kaufland) and many other shops/ restaurants nearby. The U bahn is about 50m from the hotel. Parking is available upon reservation in their garage downstairs it cost €5 per day or stay, I'm not sure,but it's a lot cheaper than paying for a parking garage nearby Tipp: There's a really good bakery as soon you walk out of the hotel, which is very good and affordable.

All good, the intention was to visit the City for a concert with a friend,and the hotel accomplish our expectatives, only thing is that there was a construction on the date we stayed there and the workers were just in front of our window working very early in the morning, but ok that´s understandable. For us was great to have the U Station so close, and we can go anywhere we wanted to visit

Very convenient location. Clean and modern apartment. Surprisingly very quiet considering the fact windows are overlooking rail track. Very convenient if traveling by train. Traveling by car a bit challenging due to limited parking. Overall very positive. Good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful.

My sister had joined me part way through, had some difficulty with booking.com but the property themselves was brilliant and when both of our flights home were cancelled they were very accommodating and helpful.

Brilliant location, it’s very useful for transport however being so close to the s-Bahn lines it can be quite loud especially since the service runs through the night - I’m a heavy sleeper so was alright but my sister struggled a little.
