while not really an apartment it was like a hotel room with a kitchenette. there is a big aldi style supermarket almost across the road. the neighbourhood was quiet and very suburban. the public transport was good, the metro is a ten minute walk and then it is 30 mins to the centre of town. this was worth it compared to paying a lot more for less to be in the centre of town; also enabled me to get a non tourist experience of the city and a break from the busy inner city. I was there for a week so I was not under any time pressure.

the room got very hot in the morning (was like a glasshouse) and the air con was not strong. the gym was airless with no window which was very unappealing, I never saw anyone using it. there was a loud drinking get together of seemingly long term "guests" on friday night until midnight with no respect for the noise curfew nor enforcement of it.

I had problems with the first room, so as soon as I talked to the staff, they changed me to a better and bigger room. The new room was huge, the air conditioner was good, but central over the bed, had a nice shower and a dishwasher.

In the first day I couldn't sleep well because it was boiling and the air conditioner was not working. There was no one to help me during the night, so I had to wait until the next day. Also, the sink was clogged. The sun was directly on my window, but they solved my issue promptly the next day.

Clean, feel good environment, near everything you might need. I could easily cook every day. There is a bookshop in the way to the subway that sells book for 1 Euro.

You have to take the garbage to the first floor. It is not a problem but you should know before.

Excellent comfortable accommodation close to Olympia Einkaufsentrum. ~10 min walk to the U-bahn. Bus stop in front of the accommodation. Quiet and neat. Excellent reliable WIFI. Very good functional wifi. Small dishwasher. Coffee machine using coffee pads. Good block-out curtains and shutter.

Pillow could have been firmer

The apartment was chosen because it was close to the event. Perfect cleanliness! The room is big and beautiful, has everything you need. There is a gym on the floor. Location: quiet area, grocery store nearby, bus stop, 10 min walk to the metro (and 10-15 minutes by metro to the city center) and shopping center. They immediately respond to any request! Happy with the choice, thank you very much

Everything you need to self cater, washing machine and tumble dryer 5 euros a load. However, as we arrived at almost midnight, we struggled to find it in the dark. We then got a taxi that literally took us round the corner.🤣 The next day we realised how close we had been.

I would have liked a brush and dustpan in the apartment, but that's just a personal thing. Also, some tourist info/leaflets could be helpful.

I had a safe and secure fully equipped apartment that was close to shopping facilities and public transport. It was easy to travel to the heart of Munich and beyond. A washing machine was also available on each floor.

I would have liked either a small battery vacuum cleaner or broom to keep the apartment tidier in the week of my stay.

The apartment room was perfect and very modern. Also, incredibly clean upon arrival and was perfect during my short stay during the Oktoberfest period.

The bed was fairly hard for me personally as I'm used to softer beds. But. that's my personal preference.

The place is located near the U-Bahn (metro) station with easy access to the centre of Munich in c. 20 minutes. The room is spacious and well-equipped with all the basic kitchen utensils and a washing machine. The check-in is also very easy, even in the middle of the night.

Everything was great!

Comfy room, nice location (9 minutes to the metro), big supermarket and bakery only minute or two to the apartments and also the big shopping center (olympia) next to the metro station. I liked the kitchen because of the full equipment even if we didn’t use it very much. The room was clean as well as the sheets that were changed in the middle of our stay. Overall I recommend it! Would visit next time I am in Munich again:)
