The location is very central, there's a metro station right in front of the hotel. The building looks new and it's in front of the Olympiapark. Closest mall is 1 metro stop away and it is very possible to walk either. The room was soundproof and very clean. It's really nice to have individual routers for each room, easily used the TV.

There should be hair dryers within the room, kitchenware was okay however there was only 1 pot. A pan could be nice. Reception within the Home Apartment entrance is always empty. You always have to call the H2 hotel reception. The water tank of the coffee machine within the room had stains and bad odor. I called the reception twice for this and in both of the calls they said they were going to change it and they didn't. Since there's only 1 free cleaning for week, there could be at least 1 more towel.

Very close to underground station exit. Trouble free journey from Main railway station and good transport links to areas with better facilities. Very helpful staff in linked hotel. Breakfast available in nearby bakery/cafe or hotel. Potentially well equipped.

Poor check in instructions. Request for same not responded to. Equipment in apartments good but not uniform and suspicion that they had been redistributed by previous guests. No table or teacups in my apartment but table and 5 cups provided in my brother's. Absence of convenience stores and eating places in vicinity. A retail desert.

A small and nice apartment service. The apartment includes only the necessary things but has all of them (like a bed, table, and a small kitchen). The bathroom is spacious enough. Wi-fi is good. The location is nice (it is close to an underground station and a wonderful park), yet it is far from the city centre.

Just a few things are to be fixed/added: 1) there is a need for some "basic" things to be added in the kitchen, like salt and oil (maybe, pepper). 2) Using the shower without spilling some water is practically impossible. I would suggest adding some "shelves" for taking shampoo and shower gel in the shower cabin.

Coming to partake a weekend event in Olympiahalle, which is a good 20 minutes walk down the park, I came with low expectations and was honestly surprised by how comfortable the whole apartment looks at first sight. Pretty much everything is new and modern, I found out how most of the things work in few touches. The kitchen - well I'd have used the kitchen, but with some schedules here and there and supermarkets are a bit out of comfy walking ranges, I ended up not using it. But at least that's a good table to brew tea and coffee, or you even have plates and stuffs to use for takeouts/delieveries! Munich is full of good stuffs that delivers! (Just please wash the plates too lol) Also, the major plus is that subway U3 is just right around the corner. When you need to go somewhere, you can get there pretty quickly. Lots of Scooters in front of the hotel to rent as well, if you want to take a quick way down to Olympiahalle/Stadion (or supermarket)

Honestly I don't have a lot to complain here. Maybe just an up to date notion in app/webpage that check in is done in the H2 hotel on the main entrance in front - still they put a paper on the door noting that. That's a few extra steps around the building but still very minor workaround. Also, with the location being right at Olympia Park you are pretty much in a good spot if your main reason is the event there. But with the lack of supermarket in walkable reach, you may need to prepare a bit in advance - or using delivery services or rental scooters nearby!

I arrived before midnight. The entry indicated on Booking was false. Outside, looking for another entrance, it began to rain heavily. I waited a long time at the reception because there were many customers and only one receptionist to deal with us. I wanted to pay Cash. I paid but forgot to ask for a receipt. I got the key and went upstairs to sleep. In the morning, another receptionist told me that the paid money was not found. We are still messaging each other, but the situation is still unclear. I am waiting for a payment order from the hotel to the address indicated by me, even if I will pay twice, but I want peace of mind. They showed a total lack of professionalism, both the employees and the hotel administration. I suspect more questionable things about business management when it comes to respecting their own employees... but that's not my problem.

Was I scammed or was that receptionist too stressed due to too many duties? I will probably ask the police for help in viewing the surveillance cameras, if possible and legal. But I think it would be good to shed some light!!!

Apartment was very clean, very close to subway and bus station, Staff were very nice, apartment in real same as photos, all kitchen devices were there, Hotel was very quiet.

Due to electronica rush and hotel being fully utalized room didn't had curtains (being washed or so) when i requested 1st time i was (ignored/employee forgot) Still when i complained for 2nd time front desk did apologize and did it instanteniosly. In nomal cases i guess that won't happen and my final review it is a very good place just don't be shy about reminding them of what you need in such days like electronica.

The place is clean, comfortable, and very quiet at night. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. There’s an U bahn station just a few steps away, which made it easy to commute to all the major touristic spots. The Olympiapark is right across the street.

The check in was a little confusing because it had to be done at the hotel next door, and some people in the front desk didn’t know how to proceed.

Had a short stay at this apartment. The facilities are really great and the apartment was very cosy even at autumn. The subway was just about 50m from the hotel and was pretty convenient.Staff were friendly the only problem was they gave me a room with one bedroom light that had a broken bulb but had an excellent view of the city.Apart from that ,I really enjoyed my stay and the buffet was to die for

One broken bulb in my bedroom but I was unbothered since I was there for a very short stay and I never got the time to call the Technician to fix it.

Very good location. Close to metro and olympia park. Bed are comfortable, good kitchen equipment. Two lifts for higher floors. Small room, but is enough for one person.

There is small fridge, but without drawer inside. The shower cabin is not tight and water is going outside room 202.

Location is good, next to U Bahn station. good for work related travel as some offices are near to this hotel. standard room is good enough for 1 person to have a longer stay

room cleaning service should be prvided promptly. In my case, I stayed for 4 weeks and 1st cleaning was done in 2 days and then there was no cleaning for next 10 days. or some basic cleaning equipment to be kept so that guest can clean a bit in case there is need
