It's super close to the U2 Milbertschofen station where you can both go to the city center and the airport quite easily. I didn't have much trouble going back home at late hours too. You can drop your luggages if they have space before your check-in time and get them safely afterwards too. Kitchen is amazing, electric stove, mini fridge, utensils and everything. Bathroom was very clean with extra towels and shampoos which smelled quite nice. Everything was very clean overall. Lidl and other markets are nearby and you can get food and cook it home to cut costs. Only thing you cannot cook is oven related things. There was also a kettle and a coffee machine in my room too. The card system is easy to use, also if you need anything there are vending machines in the lobby with both snacks and alcohol too. Staff is kind and respectful. Neighborhood is exceptionally safe from my experience as a solo female traveler.

There aren't much to complain about but at least in my room, wifi wasn't very good. If you plan to take important video calls or voice calls it might be problematic. But of course this might not be the case in all rooms. Other than that maybe having a door hanger system for cleaning or extra sheets / trash bags might be more convenient, If someone had rang the bell on my door to ask for it I wasn't in my room. Lastly (this wasn't a major issue for me though) there is a church bell going on multiple times a day(maybe 5+) so keep that in mind if you have sound sensitivity.

I like the location for personal reasons. My son lives just across the street. However, even without that, the location is comfortable, near the metro station, with fast connections to everywhere in the city, in a quiet neighbourhood with small, cosy restaurants.

It would be better if there’s a lobby where to order coffee, but it’s not a hill that I die on. The pillows are extremely big!!! It’s good to have a coffee capsule in the room at least to know what to buy

I thought the location was fantastic. There was a decent sized supermarket across the road that had pretty much everything. Walk 5 mins and your at the entrance to metro. There was also a bakery, a place you can get some fruit and veg and Laundromat. It was quiet as well and we got a room with balcony and well worth it for fresh air into the room.

Quite budget accommodation except during World Cup. Plenty of rooms, that are big enough for couple. Location is close to U-Bahn. In the kitchen there are many facilities, I also really liked big terrace with the view to the main street. Big market is just around the corner, nice restaurant is just block away. I noticed some people actually stay/live there in some rooms.

Police towed my car, although it seemed that is parked correct on the street. Be careful with that, ask double time.

Excellent location. This was a fantastic apartment for a solo or couple. Has nearby amenities for any thing you need. Variety of different ethnic restaurants. Grocery stores, pharmacies, ATMs for euros, because they don't take american money. Very interesting currency. Public transportation is only a few minutes walk. Everything is within a ten minute walk. Fridays, there's a micro local fresh market. You will need euros for purchasing. Think there were 8 stands. Having an apartment with a small kitchen is a great opportunity to cook up some fresh local food. Unfortunately I missed this one opportunity. Definitely try the rotisserie chicken. A few things and you can have fantastic meal with little effort.

Only two things are you can hear people walking through the hallway and no!!!! I repeat No washcloths. Either take one or a scrubby. They don't sell either in my travels around town I could find.

Very practical. Clean. Excellent use of the space. High water pressure. Effective curtains kept the room very dark in early hours of the morning. Staff were exceptional.

Desk chair (stool) was very low. Mugs were far too small. Light for my kitchenette area did not work. WiFi did not reach my room. (Room 412).

An efficiently run 7*24 reception service. The room met our basic needs. The location turned out to be very good --the subway was less than a ten minute walk (and we could then easily get downtown; to the train station; and the airport too). with some food and cafe options near by. Also laundry room downstairs worked out well.

Arrival time strictly set at 4:00 pm which is awkward when your flight arrives hours before. We could leave our baggage but had to kill four hours of jet lag on a rainy, cold day. The kitchen had very few utensils and dishes, Only one chair for a couple.

It's quite close to bus stations and the room is very pleasant, well furnished and clean.

There is a church right cross the street and the bell tolls every 15 mins from 8am to 10pm, so its quite impossible to sleep in. We did not mind it, though, as we were gone most of the day.

No breakfast as room only. , clean room nice white crisp sheets , however no pillows just 1 big square cushion , not that comfy , but I would stop there again , reception staff exceptionally kind and helpful!!

No breakfast as room only. , very noisy and security tried to quieten men several times , a lot of other people staying were shouting at these men to shut up !

-cleaning and change of linen only once a week, unless requested additionally; -my window was above the main entrance, where it was a little noisy from visitors who gathered and went out to smoke;
