Nice and clean

The room was too small when the third bed added. For the parking, the things in front of the parking spots damaged my car’s tire. The payment for the parking, my debit card that I use all throughout Europe was not accepted (ING debit card), I had to pay with cash The breakfast was not that good! The pankace machine did not work and there was no bacon

Comfortable standard room and breakfast.

There were 2 issues: 1. for some reason our room was cleaned one day, even though we had the no cleaning sign on the door. 2. They refused to pack us breakfast for the day we were checking out because we should've asked for it in the morning, and we were asking for it at least 12 hours before leaving. I'd say this could be an issue when breakfasts to go are cooked meals, but this is never the case in these hotels. If planning to check out Munich and stay there for a couple of days, this is not a good choice as it's very far from down town and Uber are very expensive.

Nice hotel, nice clean rooms, we stayed for 2 nights, beds ok, good breakfast, great coffee, variety of sweet snd savory, delicious bread and pastry, all the people really friendly, helped us with information for public transport, everything was great

Not really much... just 2 observations, breakfast was very good, the only problem was that the hotel doesnt have enough space to sit during breakfast so if you came after 8.30 you had to wait... and the hotel was full that weekend. The other thing is they dont clean rooms everyday, didnt bother us as we were there 2 nights but just as an observation

- Smart and functionally furnished rooms - Relatively clean (although carpets are full of stains) - Very sound proof - Comfortable beds - Friendly staff

- Breakfast was rather limited, rehydrated eggs as "Scrambled eggs" were disgusting, was only offered two very dry slices of the worst gluten free bread I've ever had on request - Could be cleaned better, specially a carpet cleaning once in a while wouldn't hurt - Housekeeping refused to remove breakfast plates from the room (even after calling the lobby, who told me they would be taken away) - VERY few free parking spots available, and the paid underground parking isn't very user friendly

We really appreciated the hotel's beautiful interior design and how well-equipped and immaculately clean our room was. Everything was in excellent condition and functioned perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

Our experience could have been improved with a bit more guidance at check-in. It would have been helpful if the check-in staff had reminded us of key times, such as breakfast hours and check-out time, along with the best process for checking out. Additionally, we weren’t directed to our room, so we found ourselves wandering around the lobby until we returned to the desk for assistance on locating the elevator. At breakfast, there was some confusion around the pancake machine. There was no indication whether it was operational, as it didn’t respond to any prompts, and there wasn’t a sign to clarify its status. A small sign would have been helpful.

The staff was very good, helpful, room comfortable wish there had been a refrigerator , bathroom was nice , good water pressure. Breakfast was very good we were there for Taylor Swift and they really did a good job with all the people that came in.

We had some glasses in the room from the bar that they didn't take when they cleaned but that's about it.location was a little off but that was our fault and we figured out the transportation system and it was fine, was good location for north Munich for the Olympic stadium , the Allianz stadium etc

Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

The parking situation was not good. We had a roof box (higher than 2m) so we couldn’t park in the garage. There were spaces but we physically couldn’t fit in there. All parking spaces outdoors were engaged by cars that didn’t have any boxes or trailers so they could have easily parked in the garage. The hotel was too busy, too crowded-we needed to que up for everything.

Very comfortable beds, good soundproofing so you can sleep without problems. Breakfast included in price was very good. Also good connection to the MOC and city centre.

Almost nobody speaks german anymore, I noticed only one person at the reception speaking german. The underground parking spot is 22 Euro a night!!! 22 EURO!!!!! TWENTY TWO!!!!! Its's absolutely not acceptable to rip off yout guests like that and its a scam. Shame on you.

I liked the staff(except cleaning ladies) They were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was the same every day, but fresh and tasty. We extremely liked bread, which was always newly baked. The waiters were extremely helpful, especially elderly man.

It wasn’t properly cleaned. They didn’t have slippers. There was no water heater in the room.(but there were cups, tea and coffee:))))

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The place was neat and clean, and the staff was very courteous throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and that we had a pleasant stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable accommodation option. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to staying here again in the future."
