The rooms are of a good size, fully equipped with iron, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. It is a short walk, less than 10 minutes from the U and S barn train station and bus terminal. Just a couple hundred yards from a grocery store. A short walk from the center of town, just on the other side of the train station where there are many places to eat. On a quiet street away from highways. The airport is about 20 minutes by train. About 20 minutes to the center of Minich by train.

No air conditioning, so with the 80° heat, the room was 80° well into the night. A window was able to be opened but no breeze. There is some ongoing construction next to the train station and some noise during daytime/business hours

The facility was great. The rooftop was fantastic to get a nice view and enjoy the weather and relax. The parking was good and at a reasonable price. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The room was well equipped with great connectivity and ability to stream with your own device on the television. Restaurants were at a close walking distance as well as public transportation.

Only negative would be there was no control available for cooling and the room faced the afternoon sun that made the room uncomfortable for a period of time. We escaped to the rooftop to cool off. Some construction made for noise until early evening.

Location is on S1 train Line between airport and Munich central train station and Marienplatz. 5 mins walk after off the train. Nice and quiet residential area yet on the other side of train tracks, through underground, there is U3 train as well and two supermarkets, a lots of shops and restaurants and # 51 bus to Nymphenburg palace.

Spacious room with equipped kitchenette. Dog-friendly hotel, and the first hotel we've been to that had a 'pet inside' label for the door to warn housekeepers who may have allergies. Parking garage always had space available.

The cleaning could be a bit better. Bathroom and the kitchenette were cleaned thoroughly, but there was a lot of dust under the bed and chair.

Everything. The roof Terrace is excellent and 24/7 open. Sit down,get your coffe and enjoy the view. Clean, parking poss around (not in the garage - 18€ per day),bike parking. Room modern with welcome drinks. Sound proof room.

Only one thing: we didn't use it, but the ventilation did not work or we din´t know how to switch it on.

Just PERFECT!!! The hotel is new in a beautiful area in Moosach. Almost 5 minutes from the train station by foot and 15 minutes to the city center, by train. The room was beautiful, so cozy, minimal and comfortable. Extremely clean with many benefits inside the room, like Nespresso machine, mini fridge, microwave, iron, iron desk,soap and hair dryer. Very comfortable beds and the staff was really friendly. One of the best hotels we ever stayed in! We would definitely visit again!

The studio was small but adequate and comfortable. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. It was nice having a refrigerator and microwave and the view over a small park was nice. It is very convenient to public transportation, supermarkets, bakeries and drug stores.

There is a very strange window between the shower and main part of the apartment which leaves a person showering with no privacy at all. The bathroom, in particular, could use more towel racks or hooks to hang up damp towels.

Excellent location close to the metro, allowing easy access around the area. The hotel was clean and comfy - the receptionist (Nina) was super helpful on the day of our departure. The surrounding area was nice and quiet.

The kitchenettes were a little under-resourced (we had to ask for a kettle.

The breakfast was really good, good variety of food and drinks. Enough space in a room, mini-kitchen is very useful. Location is rather good, close to S-Bahn and U-banh, but very quiet. a lot of kid's plagrounds around

Bathroom misses the bath) We can't manage to switch the AC on, had to sleep with opened window.

They need to make sure , that it’s clean , everything they offer in the booking announcement should be in the room . The breakfast need a bit of atmosphere, the staff should take care of the food availability, preparation/presentation. We know it’s a job to earn money, but staff in good mood at the breakfast room is nice good for the guests / the impression of the hotel.
