The room I stayed in had slightly retro furniture, but that didn't matter as I mainly used the accommodation for sleeping. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. The small kitchenette had everything you could need. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are bakeries, a grocery store, a sandwich/pizza place, and Lidl/Aldi nearby. Starnberger See is 20 minutes away with S-Bahn.

Cutlery (sharper knives would be good). The ventilation in the kitchen could be better. The sound of the fountain in the square bothered me, but fortunately it is turned off at night.

I have stayed here multiple times and always enjoyed it. The room is in fact a studio with its own kitchenette. Great size and an even better balcony with uninterrupted mountain views on clear days from the upper floors. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. Decent water pressure in the bathroom. Very good location right next to the S-Bahn station; it does mean you can hear the trains but this did not bother me and there was little or no noise discernible within the building from other rooms. I have always found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful. Check-in is easy either at reception or via the out-of-hours key safe.

For longer stays you'll need to bring or buy your own shampoo, shower gel etc. The complimentary ones are small but fine for a couple of days.

Great apartment. Really easy to get to from Munich airport by train, and then a short trip to Munich city centre e.g. Marienplatz just a few train stops. Less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. Nice bistro to eat and have a beer just opposite. Also great bakery which also serves coffee for breakfast just around the corner. Huge supermarket and Woolworths just across the street. Really spacious apartment with everything we needed. We arrived quite lateand the key box system worked perfectly. Great to stay at for a leisure trip to Munich

Booked in last moment, as required accommodation for family with child. Good transport connection, local stores, good working WiFi, parking. The room was spacious, with good furniture in 70-80s style, everything we needed in kitchen was too. We were lucky and windows were directed not to S-Bahn Station. Overall excellent except...

... Insects (dead and alive ladybugs), dead wasp. It was confusing, though it brought some fun to the kid.

Room was fantastic (huge 1 bedroom apartment) with a large bathroom, small kitchen, and a dining table. The hotel is 30 yards from the Westkreutz stop on the S train. There are a couple of restaurants close by.

Location is a little intimidating and is a 15 minute train ride into the Old Town of Munich. Maintenance work right above our room started at 7:00am, and it was deafening.

The apartment was large and had everything we needed (except a washing machine!!) but with excellent hangers and a balcony our laundry dried within a few hours. There were lots of wall sockets and the WiFi worked well (though limited to 2 devices at a time). The trains into Munich were quite frequent and the station was just a few minutes walk away. Plenty of supermarkets in close proximity (walking distance) and some restaurants in the area surrounding the Forum. Parking was plentiful.

Being so close to the station, you can expect to hear the trains! Not a problem if you either keep the windows shut (but it was too hot to do that) or have earplugs. A fan would have been welcome but with the windows open we were fine. We were very glad we had a corner flat giving us 2 windows and more of a breeze. Salt and pepper and some coffee, and cooking oil would have been much appreciated.

Great location, just by the train station where you can catch S-Bahn lines to the center. Bus station also right in front of the hotel. Very comfortable apartment with all necesities. Kitchen with microwave oven, large refrigirator and all the kitchenware. Lots of wardrobe space, working desk, comfortable chairs for relaxations. Large supermarkets accross the street, different restaurants near by. Everything you need in a quiet and affordable neighbourhood.

Absolutely nothing to complaint about.

Good location - next to S bahn, which took 20 minutes to get to Marienplatz. Supermarkets and shops nearby. Room was large and comfortable. Checkin staff pleasant. Good WiFi. Parking available for 5 Euros per day.

TV had no English-speaking channels. Room decor a little dated but still tastefully decorated.

The room is very spacious, and there is lots of room to put your things. Bathroom also is big and comfortable, good shower. The location is good because it is right across from a S-Bahn station.

The parking spot is very small.

The apartment was very spacious, the bathroom as well. Separate kitchen, door to the living room could be closed when cooking. Kitchen had everything necessary, no oven but a microwave was available. Parking was 5 Euro per night in the private parking garage - for Munich that's a very low price. Checkin was possible even late night, just had to enter my code to the box at the door and received my room key - easy!

If you leave the window open, you can hear the sbahn, which is going near by. Not really loud though, didn't bother me.
