- Starting from arrival the front desk staff was extremely helpful and the check in process was fast, the elevator was big. - My room was nice eveything looks new, modern and clean. - Interior design of the room impressive the space is utalized perfectly. - Big closet and bag closure with sliding mirror door that reveals shelves and a safe. - The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has sliding doors and everything looked brand new. - Huge sink and mirror and the shower is well insulated with a large drain. - The room also has arm chair, sofa, and big ottoman as a desk chair. - There's a small shelf at the entrance very convinent to keep your sunglasses or phone, keys when you tie your shoes or fix yourself before heading out. - it is a bit far from center but there's good stores and cafes near like 1 or 2 stops from neuaubing(the hotel's s bahn station) if you want to explore the area. -very safe and clean area no homeless people. I was back one night at 23:45 and had to walk 15 minutes to the hotel. The streets were dark and no one was outside it looked scary but I reached the hotel safely.

- no iron for clothes - no mini fridge - no soundproofing I could hear people from across the hall. - the closest sbahn station is 15 min walk and the bus routes does not operate all the time

Me and my mum stayed here for two nights, we were visiting Munich to attend the Adele concert. We arrived at the hotel very late at night, around 10.30pm and the gentleman on reception had everything already prepared to ensure our check in was fast and easy. Our room decor was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and relaxing. We did not pay for breakfast during our stay so we attended lunch late morning, the choice of food was good and the food was very delicious. We had a turkey salad one day and pizza the next - highly recommend! On the concert night (Friday) we had to call the number provided by the hotel if their was any problems as we had trouble understanding our taxi due to the language barrier and assumed he said we could only pay cash, we hadn’t got cash on us. The same gentleman who checked us in arrived within seconds to the hotel via car and helped us resolve the situation. The morning of checkout, we asked if we could checkout late in which a different gentlemen on reception this time granted us for free. On checkout, we was given a complementary small bottle of wine. Great, appropriate, professional, friendly, polite, kind and helpful staff. I would differently recommend this hotel to family and friends. Me and my mum both said we would happily return here in the future if we ever came back to Germany. The only facilities we did not get to use due to our short stay which we highly regret is the spa area, the spa is located 1 floor down in the lift from reception (ground floor) and is unreal, me and my mum had a look at it and its very very nice. If your thinking of visiting this place bring your swim suit/shorts and take some time to relax! We regret not doing this. Thank you for our stay!

Only down side to the hotel is its 22 minutes away via taxi from munich city centre, if you would like to be more central to the city centre then maybe this hotel isn’t for you. They had great bus routes and a bus stop just outside our hotel, however two buses are needed to reach the city centre - buses are regular, every 5 minutes. If you do not mind the travelling, it would still be the stay for you!

We stayed here for Adele in munich with just a short 10 minute straight walk which takes you to the train station which gets you to marienplatz within 20 minutes. The hotel is boujey and vibrant and the hotel room was stunning. If we had rooms like this in England I would stay here over any hotel chain. The main receptionist was exceptional from helping us with recommendations for the area. The bed was big and comfy to the room being dreamy and you get so much for your money.

How shops closed on Sunday days haha. Apart from that nothing!

Overall hotel is gorgeous, staff were amazingly helpful and friendly! We ate one night in dining room and had a great meal. Hotel is also very close to train which makes it easy to get to many places. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I would rate this hotel 10 if not for AC not working. It was a very warm day and our room was quite hot. Staff did everything to try and resolve issue but alas no AC. However, I did like the louvered shades that allowed you to keep windows open yet still have privacy. Also a manual on how to work the lights would be helpful, they were somewhat confusing

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms very spacious and first floor rooms had really nice balconies. Location quit convenient - train station 10 minutes to walk and then 15m to main station. Breakfast was tasty with really good choices of cakes :) Hotel has restaurant which was ok and food was good. nearby many restaurants and bakeries but they close quit early in the evening.

Everything was good - maybe on the breakfast table there could of been tomatoes and cucumbers but that is minor.

We really enjoyed our stay at Innspire Hotel. It is located in the quiet street however in close proximity to a road with shops and just a few minutes away from S-Bahn. The hotel staff provided us with a safe parking and we do appreciate this gesture. There is a nice Italian restaurant adjacent to the hotel so was no need to search for a place to dine in the evening. It also provides a good continental breakfast for extra charge. The staff of both the hotel and the restaurant is friendly and helpful. The rooms are super cosy with careful attention to details to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

For some reason we received only one room key to share which was a bit inconvenient.

there was leaking of water in the bathroom to the floor. We arrived late, and had to use telephone to reach the help to enter the hotel. since we had only internet, we had to wait till someone local will pass and make a phone for us... likely it happened...

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful large rooms, friendly staff and great location. We stayed one night and it was perfect. We will definitely return.

The only thing I disliked was that the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy. Really a minor thing considering how great everything else was.

Very Clean and very polite staff! We also enjoined the spa very much! Which we rented privately for a very good price! Thay gave us a bottle of prosecco and a bowl full of fruit. And to our surprise when at the check out they did not charge us anything and said it was on the house. We are very pleased! Would come back anytime!
