A spacious room, very comfortable, clean. We enjoyed a big fridge. One small bottle of water as compliment. As we arrived late in the evening, we received a code to collect our key from the key box. It was really fast and convenient. Communication with the administrator was only via the booking.com application, but I admit it was fast and supportive. The neighborhood was quiet.

WiFi does not work at all. As we had a room on the ground floor, there were a few insects and spiders. There were no reception staff neither in the evening nor in the morning.

The room turned out to be a suit with a kitchen, bedroom, extra sleeping room and three balconies! But the highlight of our short pit stop stay was the staff which were very friendly and hospitable. We arrived later in the evening and got our key from the dispenser and got to our room on our own. Everything was straight forward. Good breakfast and free parking. We ordered a baby cot which was great and super clean!

If I have to find something I would say the wifi was not available in every corner of our room. Shower is wall mounted only, without the hose shower head, so that was inconvenient for my long haired wife :)

The location was quite comfortable for our trip, and also easy to find. The building is freshly renovated, easily accessible. The check in was super simple, the reception and staff were very friendly. We have been assigned a room that was bigger then we booked, with no extra charges. Which was really nice! The room itself was very spacious, clean and neat. All the facilities were in place. There is a coffee maker in the yard, which is also a nice addition :)

There was a problem with the hotel card - the electricity went off a couple times during the stay. And when on again after wiggling the card. We didn't bother contacting the reception, because it was not a big deal. There was no shampoo dispenser in the shower, which was a bit unfortunate. The prices were quite high, but that's likely due to the touristic season/oktoberfest

Very friendly staff and always ready to help! Very clean! Super high price performance ratio! Easy to park cars! Perfect location to visit Munich even its downtown. Great Italian restaurant nearby Big supermarkets like Kaufland, ECenter, DM, Aldi, Lidl can be reached by foot despite that this Hotel is located in an industry area.

1, During my stay the Internet access was down for two days. The IT staff didn't respond. 2, The toilet buttons (Room Nr. 111) were not working well and sometimes cannot stop flushing unless another button was pressed. We forgot to report the defect after we found a workaround solution.

Very nice welcoming, early check-in, very nice room and comfy beds. In general the building is very nice and rooms are modern and spacious.

We were missing any kind of shower gel in the bathroom. At the day of our check-out (and we stayed just for 1 night), the room keeper entered our room at 8 AM without any sign of knocking the door which seemed unprofessional to me.

Comfortable and clean room. Each room has a security door = 100% security. there is outside parking. A few kilometers away there is the railway station that takes you to the city center, you can leave your car all day with 1.5 euros (if I remember correctly). Basic breakfast. Kind manager.

Our family liked the stay. The self check-in was easy with instructions. The rooms were big and nice, there was a fridge in the room.

It was quite near the railway, but when the balcony door and windows were shut, the noise was not heard. The neighbourhood is a bit industrial, but for one night it was ok.

When we arrived there, in the midnight we just couldn’t open the door. The host should have warned us that the door has a different system. We even called him and he didn’t answer. There was no one there as well… We finally managed to open the door but we were really scared that we wouldn’t have a place to sleep.

It was a nice accommodation for a large family group who needed five separate rooms. It was clean and had plenty if warm water for showers.

Not the fault of the boardinghouse, but it was a little difficult to find, even with the GPS.

Very nice and comfortable rooms filled with all you need for a comfortable stay. Good location 30 min walking distance from the train (or 5min by bis). Two big supermarkets nearby. Super friendly and helpful staff.
