The rooms were really spacious, the biggest I have ever seen and the breakfast was great. Definitely beyond expectations.

Since we were a group of 16 it was difficult to do the self check-in on the tablet. The self check-in had issues on my personal laptop and I was adviced to do it on the tablet. The problem was still the same, but I just worked around it. If I knew I that, I would have done the same on my laptop as it was a hassle to type everything on the tablet. It was easier to contact the staff via phone call than message on booking.com.

We lacked personal contact at the reception desk and found it unusual to enter the hotel without human contact You only receive the check-in mail and instructions for opening the room in German, which is quite stressful if you are doing it for the first time. When there were problems with entering the room, no one answered the phone number for technical problems or returned the call. Fortunately, the residents of the next room helped us and said that it took them 45 minutes to get in, following the instructions, even though their German was fluent. Given the name of the accommodation, we expected accommodation in nature and not on the edge of an industrial zone.

Wonderful apartment, I want to come again, everything is there, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Stunning view, mountains, huge terrace. I slept in the bedroom among the paintings of my favorite artist Yoyoi Kusama

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was easy and for free right in front of the hotel.

The room was not very well sound proofed.

The self check in , it didn't work , would be nice to book in with a receptionist on a desk . We weren't the only ones who had problems checking in

Really nice for a convenient stay near (40k) Munich Airport. Good size Rooms. Great shower. Doors, lifts all worked perfectly. Self -Service breakfast was very good & well presented, with lots of nice comfortable tables - very relaxed. Everything was really clean. Staff were excellent. Two young ladies on reception & a cleaner lady were all very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Not a fan of the water bed! We had a slight problem with self-check-in; as it was after midnight - even though I had made preparations for this. But the problem was quickly resolved by a phone call to the person on call.

Room was very spacious, beds were comfortable. Everything was clean.

The checkin process was unclear. We reserved using booking.com, and selected a checkin time after hours. There was no way to enter the building and no staff on duty. Nobody answered the emergency number. Another guest kindly found my room key in a lock box outside (which i would not have had access to because it required a code). Our welcome letter assigned us to a room that did not open with the room key we were given. My husband went up and down each hallway, on each floor, checking every door until one opened. We werent sure if that was supposed to be our room but we stayed anyway. This was our first stay in a German hotel and we would stay again, now knowing what we need to know.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is lovely with fresh bread, fresh fruit. The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds.
