Hotel and all facilities were exceptionally clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good.
Very minor comment was that I couldn't find the self check-in form in English and that the room was quite dark. Main disadvantage for myself and my party was the distance to nearest S-Bahn station.

Value for money, good location, modern facilities, clean.
Garbage was not collected from the room and no additional toilet paper had been added over the course of 7 days. The reception is not open early in the morning, neither after 20.00 in the evening, plus they aren't answering any messages.

Very good breakfast!
All communications prior to arrival at the hotel were sent only in German. It would have been better to have them also in English.

it has free of charge parking, you can manage everything online i mean room door opening, hotel entry door opening. During 3 days I didn't meet nobody of hotel staff

The room served it's purpose for a late night arrival/early morning departure. Shower was spacious for an economy size room. Check out was easy and pleasant. Room served it's purpose. Dog friendly is always a plus!
When the window is open it totally obstructs the television. Pillows were a bit flat. Breakfast was short with a two hour window. Room was hot. Water pressure in the shower was low. No cups, coffee, or kettle.

Comfortable room nice staff (when there)
All good but no staff after 8pm and my tv didn’t work and couldn’t tell anyone. Ended up having to walk to garage and purchase new batteries for TV remote in the hope that was the problem. It was, but at my cost.

What I liked the most was the possibility to check in electronically, without any interaction. Near the hotel there is a bus station, so with MVV one could easily check out München.

Laura ( the young Woman) was great. Very attentive.
Cleaning in general. Outside appearance suffered. Needs some elbow grease.
