The building and rooms look very new, and the room itself is quite spacious. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were very friendly. Since we have different sleeping habits, they even provided us with an extra single duvet, which was very thoughtful.There’s a bar on the ground floor where people gather to chat—it creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

One small downside is that the shower door is transparent, which could be a bit awkward if you're staying with friends. Fortunately, you can use the bathroom door and a towel for some extra privacy.

It was a nice, cozy hotel with kind and helpful staff and located a very short walk to the train station for easy access into Munich. Gabriel, at the front desk, was especially helpful with directions and a GREAT recommendation for local restaurants!

Our family of five stayed in two rooms, a double and a triple. The triple was partially covered by a glass roof over the bathroom; a bit uncomfortable for my modest family. Also, many people love a very firm mattress but these were over firm for my preference. Still, I slept ok and I’d go back.

Bedroom and hotel decoration is nice and contemporary, and the staff is friendly. The location is convenient to access city centre by train, and there are good options for restaurants and shops in the area. Easy check-in and check-out.

The pillow is extremely thin and in a weird shape, not comfortable to sleep in. There is no air conditioning in any of the facilities in the hotel, makings nights a bit difficult during the summertime. For the price we paid, it was a bit disappointing, considering there are other options closer to city centre that offer air conditioning at around the same price.

The design of the bedroom and the hotel was really nice. The bedroom has a coffee machine,wardrobe, and a flat TV. It doesn't contain a fridge or kettle, but we didn't need them. The bathroom is also very tidy, and the walk-in shower is big. There is free parking at the hotel and inside there is also a restaurant which we didn't try but looked very modern. If we had not eaten earlier, then we would have definitely tried it. :)

. Maybe the matres of the bed could be changed. You can feel a bump in it, but we could still sleep well.

Had to miss the breakfast, unfortunately. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. I had a steak cooked exactly how I like it. I loved the decor. Staff were great. Very glad that the hotel provided secure parking. The location was terrific - in the middle of what felt like a charming village. And for people travelling by public transport, the railway station was only a few minutes walk away.

Wifi is a disaster. Every time I come here, and every room I have ever been in, the wifi just does not work. The network is visible, but either does not connect or has really no internet. It only really works downstairs in reception. Also since the major hotel renovations. I would have expected also investment in improving the wifi, as this is clearly a known problem since years.

The check-in process was quick, the room was clean and had a nice design. The kitchenette had everything we needed for our short stay. When we arrived, there was room in the back garden to park our car (but the parking lot filled very quickly during the evening). We chose this location because it was pet-friendly (we stayed with 2 small dogs) and we didn't have any issues at all. There is also a small park right next to the hotel/restaurant to quickly walk our dogs.

There was no possibility to clean the dishes if we wanted to use them more than once. The WIFI didn't work. We were able to connect to it, both on our own devices and on the smart TV, but the internet connection didn't work. There were some renovations on the first floor (where we were located) between 7 AM and 5 PM, but we didn't hear any noise (as we arrived after 5 PM and left before 7 AM).

The hotel will be smart once it is finished. There were building works going on, so the hotel is only partially complete. The rooms are small but comfortable with double bed for single use. The location is good being only a short walk to Unterhaching S Bahn station taking about 29 mins to the city centre. It is also close to the motorway network. There is secure underground parking at no extra cost right now. The bar area is very pleasant with good service. Self service breakfast buffet was good. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Pleasant stopover

Really only the building works going on, but they were finished at 5pm and hadn’t started by the time we left.

Very clean, big and spacious room, good bathroom, small kitchen in the room, 25 minutes by train from the center of Munich (marienplatz), amazing bar-restaurant, parking, comfortable mattresses, a lot of restaurants around, good value for money.

Well situated with 20 min train ride to Munich. Nice big room, able to cook , it was quiet, comfy large bed, lovely bathroom. Excellent breakfast downstairs.

Outside balcony which was probably mainly for smokers needed a sweep and clean. Really would have appreciated a toaster . It had a kitchen but needed a dish brush and dish washing liquid. They did give me some supplies when I asked.
